I lived here about 3 years ago. It was a solid place to live and hassle free. I was paying about $710/month in their studio with utilities included. I was recently browsing their website and not only are their studios now almost double what I paid 3 years ago, utilities are also not included. Im VERY aware of whats going on in the rental/home buyer market but this just praying on people. Theres absolutely no excuse for it.

My friend has lived at this apartment for many years now. His rent has increased the max 10% every year but Utilities were included in the studio. This new company that has just purchased the property about a year ago has Raised rent 10% & is now charging an extra for utilities or something (it is not noted) for the studio. I saw on their website that their goal is to increase their profits for them & their investors 20%. Which means fixing up the property as cheaply as possible to make it appealing so they can charge exorbitant rent rates. Painting the property does not change the area this apartment complex is in, nor does it change the apartments. My friend has roaches & he is a very clean person cant seem to win the war due to how old the apartments are & the other tenants may not be so clean. There is a lot of crime in the area & this apartment complex is not great. The parking spaces are way too small & my vehicle has been hit by peoples car doors more than once. There are homeless sleeping right outside of apartments in field. The apartment is not worth the price for sure. It is a run down & bad area. There are better apartments in area for the price.

My dad had been in search for a place until the paperwork for the purchase of his new house was finished, and he found this place to have good prices and a good location, however, because of the option they have of do a month to month contract my dad decided it best fit his needs to opt for a two month time frame. While living there he did not experience any problems and because of the short period of time he would be there everything seemed to work fine. That is, until it was time to leave the apartment, when they notified my dad that in order to leave he had to have a previous TWO MONTH notice. A look back would info them that indeed his contract had been month to month and logically speaking there is no way you can give a two month notice when you are renting month to month. Is that not why contracts exist? After charging him for a whole month of rent, they refused to pass him on to the person who initially started his paperwork to see if there has been a mishap in the process. They also refused to do anything but charge him and get him on his way.I’m truth, most things can be fixed speaking and if they really wanted to they could have gotten him the help he needed. We are all people who work hard for what we have and instead of making each other’s life’s harder we could help. Hard earned money and work is not a joke to most people, no one would like to have this problem in any place they live in, because in the end of the day they don’t care about us they care about making money at the expense of other people.

I moved here a month ago for my very first apartment, I debated and researched alot before deciding on an apartment, though Presidio was the one that stood out the most, for great location, apartment upkeep, very friendly and helpful management, great reviews on google and for maintenance which has been very prompt with requests, and it took me a while to warm up just living in my own first place and a month later I feel more safe and at home each day, also I am excited about our new pool and gym coming soon! And may this management team stay for a long while-update after 3 months in my first apartment ever, the management team is always working to improve this place, constantly putting in and updating new amenities and is on top of every repair needed, clearly like no other management before, and very friendly and helpful always! I am very happy with my first apartment (:

Paid $250.00 plus for application and holding fee. Inquired if apartment was going to be an upgraded one, and suddenly it was not available and not going to be ready. I have seen this several time where apartment complex take you through the brand new model, and the one you get is the old one with no upgrades. I am going to file with the BBB, and the Consumer Credit Complaint web site for my holding deposit no response to request for my money back. I understand I do not get the app fees back, but my $201.00 is for holding a place that was not available as promised.

So far so good!! I’m really happy with my choice to move here! I’ve only been here a few days and I will update this review if needed. The communication with the team has been amazing! I’ve lived at complexes where communication was horrendous and I’m so grateful that’s not the case here. When I call, someone picks up, when I email, someone answers, and they’ve been so helpful with making sure everything is good to go for me. The complex is currently going through some updates which is not a big deal for me. I appreciate the trees and the green grass because it makes it easier to walk my service dog when it’s hot!! Neighbors have been nice and I can’t hear them through the walls. There is security at night and overall this complex is pretty quiet. The only thing that I see so far that could make this place a bit better is more guest parking spaces throughout the complex. :) But overall I’m really thankful I live here now.

Hello,I moved to Presidio North Apartments four years ago and it was one of the best decisions of the time. First off, my rental history and credit was mildly fair, but they gave me the opportunity. There was a recent change in management team. The complex was relatively quiet and clean. I rent an upgraded studio apartment. The studios are about 500ft2. The walls are so thin I can hear everything including my neighbors music/conversations. However, my neighbors are quiet. I do think the studios are not worth the price hike (There are only a handful of studios that are updated). Overall, it an ok apartment. Maintenance was really quick and there are no bugs in the apartment.I gave 5 stars for maintenance crew!

These apartments are truly amazing. The staff in the office are attentive and get back quickly. They are very knowledgeable and do their best to serve the residents.Same with the maintenance. I have never been in a place where maintenance fixes the issues the day of. I did give a 4 because when I moved out I cleaned everything in my place even the fan and the maintenance still said the fan was not clean. The apartments are nice and quiet as well... which is a plus when you have kids. I definitely need to trust and feel comfortable where I live. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because after the apartments were taken over by another company from the loss of their owner, it seems that they have not kept the outside as clean as before. Plus, the maintenance still charged me for the fan not being clean when I personally cleaned the fan. Other than that I appreciate this place. I wish I didnt have to leave but prices are insane. If I had the money I would have stayed.

The leasing office staff were always very professional and friendly. Everything was always explained to me very clearly regarding my contract. From the day I signed, until the day left, I never had any issues, they were great. The maintenance staff keep the place very clean. Anytime anything in my apartment needed repair, it was fixed quickly, same day most of the time. In the 3 years that I lived there, I literally never saw one single bug in my apartment. Never had any issues with my neighbors, the place was always quiet and everyone mostly kept to themselves. Parking was really safe, I never heard of any vehicles being broken into. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and going on my 3rd year. The location is great and I love the amount of trees and green landscaping there is here (almost like a cabin vibe) ! They recently got new management and re-did the gates so it’s more accessible to and from the apartment complex(great improvement) . I’ve noticed a lot of complaints about the parking spaces on reviews but I never have run in to any issues with my spots (and I drive a Chevy blazer) but I’m sure this may depends on how you or the person next to you parks...However if I had to provide any cons ...it would be that there isn’t any kid playground, or gym in the complex though there is a neighborhood park and LA Fitnesses around the corner (but you may or may not like that since it allows for more quit apt) but I hope that this may be an improvement They make or add in the future (fingers crossed) !

Nice & quiet apartment complex. We have lived here for a little over a year and are renewing our lease for another 13 months. The complex is gated, has a beautiful pool, the grounds are very well maintained, and maintenance is on point. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying there were bugs in their unit, but we haven’t seen ANY bugs or roaches, and haven’t heard anything from our surrounding neighbors. The rent is reasonably priced for our unit, especially in north Phoenix.5 stars because no place is absolutely perfect and the only cons we’ve had have been with parking, which is VERY TIGHT (but if you run into your parking neighbor just ask them to be mindful) and if you have 2 or more cars, uncovered spaces are limited. And back in January, they switched the rent payment from cashiers check to online, which is a lot more convenient but the system is still having some issues with taking payment which is a little annoying but the manager is nice and resolves the issue quickly. Overall, we really enjoy living here and would recommend it to others.

My boyfriend and I just finished a 12 month lease at this complex. As a whole, the facility is clean and quiet. The apartments are very nicely sized. Wood laminate floors throughout aside from the bedroom, even on second floor apartments. We never had an issue with any type of pests. Here are the problems:1. Communication - the complex communicates exclusively through paper notices on your door. These are always dated with the wrong date so that they can claim enough notice was given and tenants have no way of proving that there was less than 48 hours notice. Example: they needed to enter our apartment for a pre-move our inspection. They wanted to enter on a Wednesday and posted the notice Tuesday afternoon, but the paper notice had Monday’s date even though we had less than 24 hours notice. People began hammering, drilling, and sawing on our balcony at 7:30am one morning with no notice from the complex. This went on for a week. Two weeks after that, they began painting our patio. Once again, absolutely no notice from the complex. Two days after they began painting, we received a posted notice that our unit’s exterior would be painted in the next 48 hours. Within three hours of that being posted, my boyfriend and I tried to leave to go to work and discovered a plastic tarp taped across our door and the door frame being painted. On another occasion, we received a notice taped to our door that we had a pending balance of $11.97. This also had the wrong date and was posted on a Friday, but dated for Thursday and stated we needed to pay the outstanding balance by Saturday or be evicted. At this point, the office was not open on Saturdays. When we paid the balance and asked about where it came from, we were told that our initial move-in cost had been miscalculated. Please note that this was THREE MONTHS after the start of our lease. I cannot emphasize enough how shoddy the communication at this complex is. When asking about move out, I received three different answers as to what was required from us from three different people.2. The staff - About 50% of the time, they are friendly or at least cordial. I’m not a fan of small talk, so I don’t really care about people saying hi when you walk by, so I don’t mind this. However, if you express any kind of concern that could possibly be construed as work or slightly negative, the people in the main office become immediately rude and borderline combative. One time, I expressed concern over an incorrectly dated notice on our wall and the employee I spoke to was hostile, would shout questions she didn’t know the answer to to someone elsewhere in the office, and ultimately ended up hanging up on me after two minutes of conversation. The head of maintenance who lives onsite literally will stand on his patio and stare at people from across the complex all the way until they enter their units. It’s extremely unsettling.3. Overpriced - the complex has no amenities aside from the pool, but will still cost upwards of $960 dollars for a 1 bed 1 bath with no washer/dryer or washer/dryer hook ups.I felt obligated to wait to post my review until after receiving and depositing my security deposit for fear of repercussion from the complex.

I must be in some sort of parallel universe because I dont know what these other tenants are talking about. I have lived here for 4 months now. I Love my apartment, the staff is friendly and helpful and the one time I asked about making my shower water hotter, it was fixed the next day.(But then I am polite, respectful and pay my rent on time so maybe thats why the staff is the same with me.) I have never seen a single insect in my apartment(or outside) and no mold either. The parking spaces are fine unless you drive a full size 4 door pickup or something similar in size. The grounds are kept up very nice and the laundry facilities are always clean and functioning properly and plenty of machines so you never have to wait. If I have guest come visit, I just park my car in an un-assigned spot and let my guest park in my spot. It is also very quiet here. I never hear anyone and very seldom even see anyone. No complaints from here in my parallel universe!

Few weeks before my supposed move-in date, I was shown a model which was immaculate and in great shape. My only issue with it was that it had a very out of date stove, but I was told that my unit would in fact have an updated stove, so I thought, Wow, this is going to be great.A few weeks later, the big day came and I walked in to something that turned my head the other direction. Before I continue, I will preface this by saying that I am fully aware that a model almost always looks better than units being lived in because they are that - a model. So I get in the elevator for the first time and it appears right then I knew it would be my last time on this thing even if I were to move in. I get to the apartment, open the door, and get greeted by a big whiff of Air Wick or some artificial clean scent. Beneath that you could smell a leftover smoke odor. It smells like they used a whole can of air freshener before we got there in a desperate attempt to hide something. Continuing on, there was a patched hole in the ceiling (signs of leaking), the bookshelf/partition (for the studios) was torn to shreds, the floors werent mopped, and there was dirt everywhere. And to my surprise, the stove that I told would be modern made its appearance in its vintage form when told otherwise.I couldnt take anymore, so I went back to the leasing office and laid out my concerns. The leasing consultant named Miriam was very adamant that the unit resembled the model in terms of cleanliness and functionality until she eventually dropped her front and further emphasized my fathers point about how much of a dump it was saying, yeah I know... Of course, she turned that switch back on when the manager with the red hair walked into the building. This lady had unhappy people in her building, wiped her hands clean of the situation and walked straight to her office showing very little class. From there, she would then make passive aggressive comments instead of handling it like a person in charge. I would rather her tell me to get lost if it meant shed actually be in front of us, but instead put her childish mannerisms on display and stated, Im not charging you for the new ceiling fan, when hiding around the corner.Bottom line: Im extremely fortunate I dont have to walk in on a monthly basis and surrender my hard working dollar to these people. Though my place was a dump, I wouldnt be surprised if there were some units that were presented in an orderly fashion. That being said, my experience is mainly hindered by the integrity of the staff. Who knows, maybe youll be a lucky person and draw a cleaner unit, but one thing is for sure; these people will be there in the office and they are not people you would ever want to try and compromise with.

My first impression was the staff was super nice and its a very quiet area. After my first couple of months Ive noticed the staff just doesnt care much anymore about treating people with respect if they already currently live there, but if youre new coming in, youll get a different side of them that is warm and welcoming. On the good side though its decently quiet (except the noisy neighbors which youll get anywhere), but maintenance is always quick also.Reasoning for my 1 star review is because after you already start living there, the staff treats you like trash, and also threatened to give me a fee for having a dog (which I never owned a dog before) and began saying that someone saw me or someone else carrying a dog into my apartment (which is impossible because Ive never let a dog into my apartment or anywhere near it) after telling them that, they still warned me to be careful because they clearly didnt believe me. They dont take your side on anything or even act like theyre on your side.Upon my last day of my lease, they were closed, and also closed the next day and gave me zero instructions on what to do with the keys. So I left a voicemail on my last day to be on the safe side, saying that Ive already left and cleaned the apartment up, and that it seems youre closed both days and wasnt given instructions and will come by on your next opening day. Came by the next opening day really early in the morning and they said Im recieving a fee for $53 for returning the keys late. After explaining the fact no one told me what to do, and they were closed the move out day and the next following day, they said a lot of people turn them in late and get fees still even though it wasnt my fault. I asked them if they can do anything because I wasnt told anything, they flat out said no.I contacted the manager Trisha Williams, and she kinda had a rude and sarcastic tone about it and it felt like she was really wanting to just get me off the phone and hang up because they dont feel they could of improved better communication to people who just move in on instructions, but she sighed and saidyoure fine youre fine.... Like it was a huge inconvenience of me.Would not recommend these apartments. Find a place where they treat you right no matter if youre brand new, or someone who re-leases with them the next following year. Can defintely save you more trouble and money.

EVERY morning. In my lease it says no dumpster diving, but since he doesnt live there I guess its ok. I hope you read this before paying for anything. For starters, the security guard who probably doesnt have a proper license or guard card to be doing this because if he did hed know he shouldnt be badgering people. But as soon as you drive up, hes badgering you at your car without knowing if youre there to be a future resident or not. Very bad for business. Moving on to the women in the front office, they are scam artists. They want you to sign your lease blindly, without seeing your unit, and want you to base what youre getting off of a show room. Heres where I made my mistake. Me and my roommates saw the show room and it was a large apartment for cheap so we put down about 150 dollars and thats the money for 2 applications. I had to go to work and couldnt get mine done so we had to put one in with all the money in order for them not to give the apartment away. But they wouldnt run the credit checks without all applications. We read the reviews and saw that people had terrible experiences at this place. So we return LESS THAN 72 HOURS LATER, and we wanted answers for the bad reviews and wanted to see the unit we were going to rent. They became very defensive and extremely rude. Told us that the unit were getting wouldnt be available to see until our move in date which is more than 3 weeks away. When they said that we decided to to pull the applications which they have not ran so we basically gave them money to hold the apartment. And I was willing to pay for the holding fee but wanted a refund of the application fees. They refused, which Im sure is illegal but I think they know most people arent going to go through the legal troubles for such a small amount of money. I just expected them to be decent people. But they were completely unethical and people shouldnt feel so mistreated when only trying to find a place to live.

If its the last thing I do Im getting every single person there fired. I have never been spoken to like that. Disgusting horrible angry people. Whats wrong with people. My daughter lost her best friend in a tragic car crash and they dont even have the decency to allow me to pay her rent. They just cuss and yell and degrade. Horrible people with no dignity!!!!!

Ive been at this apartment complex for less than a month on a six month lease and I am totally disgusted. I am an older man that needed a place short term until a home could be purchased.I reported that my apartment spelled like there was something dead in it and that Ive spent over $40.00 in candles and sprays to clear the scent. No one has ever check or contacted me. Now I find that there are major parking issues. The parking spaces are designed for small cars. I have a 1/2 p/u and can barely exit the vehicle when parked. Now there is a large older Pontiac parked next to my assigned space and has been for over a week and has not moved. The vehicle is parked right close to the white line and the mirrors and fender are over in my space. I drove up to the front Apartment Office to ask for assistance and was told that I would have to find a different place to park. They stated that they would not assist me. I wish there were a way to get out of this place. I strongly urge anyone looking for an apartment to go else where. I did not want to give this place a star. It appears that I have to in order to publish this complaint.

The apartments need a lot of work. Refrigerator and stove need replacing they have unsafe surfaces to get so hot that they burn my child. Garbage disposal doesnt work. There is so much marijuana being smoked in the area that you cant get the smell out of your house. Security staff sided with the tenant that was being evicted through my guest off the property just because he asked those people to leave my apartment and they refused. So security forced him to leave ridiculous. And they also allow sex offenders and child molesters to live there. Watch your children PLEASE.

As someone who works nights, I asked about this before I moved in and was assured it was quite, BUT IT IS LOUD! I have gotten to sleep in maybe 3 times this year. Heres the kind if complex this is. Theyll make rent due on a Federal bank holiday (New Years Day), and charge you $50+ on January 2nd if they dont have their money. Run.EDIT: Ignore their reply, its bull in order to save face. No one ever called me.EDIT #2: I also forgot to mention that these people will tag-team your ***hole with the towing company they use. You see, youre given one reserved spot when you move in. Pretty standard practice obviously, however they dont tell you that 95% of the parking here is reserved. So if youre in the likely scenario where there are multiple people with cars in your household, you WILL NOT find parking if you get off work anytime after like 7pm. And I dont mean you have to park far away from your door and hoof it, I mean that you either have to gamble and take one of the MANY empty reserved spots (conveniently available for purchase at the office) and hope you dont get towed, or literally park somewhere else outside of the complex and take an Uber home, because there are ZERO unreserved spots available. Its ridiculous and pretty shady if you ask me.

One word of advice dont move here. If you are looking for a place to live....yeah it may be a good location because everythings close, but this apartment complex is the worst place to live. Why? Because they tow your vehicle if parked in backwards in any parking space and they have a roach problem. I dont know how many times we told the office and all they did was spray down the corners of the walls and it didnt do S**T. So we took matters into our own hands and boomed the place, bought different kinds of bug killers any nothing its like they like the smell of each bug killer we bought. Also cleaning didnt help at all as will. So once again DONT MOVE IN HERE...YOULL REGRET IT LATER

This place is terrible, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone what so ever. I moved here two years ago, Ill start off by telling you how disgusting this place is. Roaches, roaches everywhere, this is when I moved into 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, my then boyfriend (now husband) came to stay the night, not kidding you he went into the kitchen to get himself a bottle of water and all of a sudden I hear spraying, when he comes back to the room I ask him whats going on he said he saw dozens of roaches gathered in one area and the whole floor moved when he placed his foot near them. That is so disgusting!! Not to mention I had a clean place all the time. Another time is when I came home from work I also saw roaches scattering around and sprayed, my dog actually became sick and would vomit because of how disgusting this place is! I finally decided to order some roach traps on amazon and started seeing fewer roaches. I wont forget to tell you that this complex also has rats, none in my apartment but plenty outside, my dog was trying to play with a rat carcus while I was walking her!!! Now I will say maintenance is good Ive had a broken garbage disposal and they usually come same day and get it fixed. Managment is terrible. I just got married and am moving in with my husband, I gave them my notice and told them Id be out today July, 1st they never mentioned that the office would be closed, its usually opened on Saturdays, I would have appreciated some communication. This place does not value their residents especially those who have never been late on a bill, I offered to pay partial up front and installments on the remainder of what they asked when I broke the lease they wouldnt take it and said they will send the full balance to collections. So Im definitely looking forward to that on my credit... Not. Im just shocked that no one would even call to negotiate terms even after I wrote them a letter which I have a copy of. All I can say is I tried and I will never be returning here again.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Presidio North Apartments was the WORST mistaken I ever made in choosing apartments. Ive had two major floods in my apartment. Ive had two mandatory bombings for cockroaches, exterminators here every time they are scheduled to be on site, boric acid put in the walls behind my outlets and I still have roaches everywhere. I have found roaches in my silverware drawer, my dishwasher, on the walls, under the sink and in the bathroom. When they spray they leave notices on my door to clean my apartment when I clean every Saturday and Sunday. The roach problem is definitely not my fault. Im purposely paying the last month of my lease because they want to inspect my apartment because I had two laundry baskets filled with laundry. My neighbors have them as well. They tried to tell me, two months before Im moving out, that they need to do a roach bombing in my apartment. Doing this will amount to nothing. You cannot bomb just ONE apartment, it has to be the whole building. This probably means they have been bombing single apartments and my apartment becomes infested because they just transfer through walls. Roaches migrate. For the year that Ive lived here, Ive had nightmares about cockroaches and I barely sleep. I can never go into my kitchen without seeing vermin running around. One time I saw 15 small roaches running around on the floor in the kitchen. Roaches lay 40 eggs per day; my guess is one day the eggs hatched and just made themselves at home. Trisha Williams, the property manager, is a worthless human being. She does not care and eventually she will lose her job. If no one lived in these apartments, they should be condemned and demolished. Save yourself the sleep and stress.... D-O_N-O-T_M-O-V-E_H-E-R-E!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a rip off. Dealt with them for 2 weeks, the week before I leave alaska to move there, they have another person contact me and tell me I was denied. Sent them the application fees and holding fee and was told u was not getting the holding fee back because they took it off the market, which is funny because I still seen it advertised. Place sucks, people are rude and they have no communication skills between each other and the clients. If I were you I would try to find some place better, if I would have read the reviews to this place I would have never even tried. Wish you didnt have to give them a star, they dont deserve one.

You will not get your deposit back no matter what. It doesnt make a difference if you leave your apt spotless they will lie to you and keep your whole deposit. I lived there 1 year and when the maintenance man came for the inspection he said he never saw the apt look that good. He said he never saw anyone leave one of their places that good. I even rented a steam vac. They kept all my deposit. Tisha the manager said it was because of Arizona rental fees deposit requirements and regulations yada yada yada. I just moved out of a place down the road and the manager gave me every dime back. I didnt even rent a steam vac. She said all that stuff about Arizona law requiring the apts to keep these fees is a lie.

A very meticulous, quiet, friend of mine who has an excellent rental history, excellent employment with the government was denied here understandably because of their credit score policy. The problem is when you confiscate unnecessary fees such as the holding fee in the amount of $51.15 to be applied to the first months rent. Since she was denied, and there will be no first months rent, the right thing to do would be to refund that portion of the money down. How can you prosper in a community that isnt prospering due to immoral business practices? These practices may be legal but a management company will struggle because of them and thats a word of advice...for free. The nonrefundable application fee is a business practice that is acceptable due to the time put into processing the application. I am very disappointed in this companys nonrefundable policy as there seem to be nice, helpful people working in the office. I will exhaust all resources available to me when filing complaints on her behalf to ensure that people are aware of these legal however UNETHICAL business practices if nothing more.

Hard to go in and talk to management about issues when Im at work from 6 am to 6 PM or later every day. When I do talk to them they dont listen to me and just say this is how it goes or you have to pay a fee/fine. They dont treat tenants like people, just an account folder. Ive heard of bed bugs in the complex multiple times. Leaky water manes. If landscaping is destroyed by storms, it will just lay where it lands until that Friday when the landscapers come. Its up to residents to clear a path for their vehicles after a storm. Ventalation is terrible in bathrooms. Security guard at the front gate (and I use the term loosely) is just an old creepy man that objectifies women and tries to hit on the younger prettier ones and doesnt even acknowledge anyone one else male or female. When I moved in they had professional security guards on site at night, a year later they were gone and they hired residents to attempt to fill these roles. The only people on the entire staff with any knowledge of their jobs is maintenance. The office and security are useless. The women that run this dump dont know anything about business or customer service and are slum lords. Dont waste your time looking at this place. It looks like a nice place but you cant judge a book by its cover cause its God awful.

Ive lived at this apartment for a little more than a year and a half now in the Studio style apartment. Ive got to say that this place is a decent value for what youre getting. Ive only ever had some minimal problems with anything in the place. Ill go ahead and break it down a bit further.Maintenance: Almost all of my calls were taken care of within their 48 hour window. Normally they come by a little quicker than that though. (Only have had 1 time where it wasnt answered immediately, but thats a different situation). I had a problem where a pipe started leaking in the apartment above me. I called the after-hours emergency maint line, and we had someone there within 30 minutes to check it out. They had the pipe fixed, and had to let the area dry out over the next few days. After that they came by and patched it up within a week of the leak. Ceiling has some marks from where it was plastered/repainted, but other than that is mostly fine. The only real problem Ive had is their people who do the kitchen/living area floors do a pretty crappy job. When I first moved in there were bubbles almost everywhere. Got them taken care of, but they reappeared less than a year later, and part of the floor actually split. Besides that, they take care of the apartments.Landscapers: Besides being the ordinary landscapers that are loud at around 8-9am Ive never had trouble with them. If your car has a bunch of pine needles around it from the last storm, some will be removed from around it, but they wont always move all the needles away.Cleanliness: Im my entire time in the apartment, Ive seen 2 water bugs, and a few small gnats. Never had trouble with infestations or anything of the sort. Just gotta make sure ya dont live in a garbage pile, and you should be fine. Even when walking into the place the first time, yea theres a little dust, like they hadnt cleaned in a week or two. But it wasnt bad.Overall state of apartment: When I moved in there were a bunch of problems that needed fixing. They were all handled within 1 week of me moving there. My biggest problems were: My closet door was broken and off the tracks, flooring having bubbles (mentioned earlier), and a few other small things. Most of the stuff was fixed. The only things they could not do were fix the door and keep it as the same door type (would no longer slide, they would put in a swinging door), and some scratches on the cabinets. I elected not to have the door fixed, because I would rather have a broken door thats always open, vs having to deal with the swinging door going into a small closet (some stuff I wanted easy access to in there). A few things look crooked here and there, but that comes down to how much you need everything to be aesthetically pleasing.Overall I give this apartment the 4 out of 5 on here because of my review. The staff has always been friendly, but there are minor annoying problems, such as the door mentioned above. Dont get me wrong, you are gonna get what you pay for, but this place makes a great value, especially for a first apartment.

I moved in the week of Thanksgiving, and I love it! Im not sure about the other complaints. My last apartment community had the same rental late policy, so no biggie..the 1st is the 1st. No parking backwards, was the same at every place I have ever lived, and looked at before moving here. The office staff was awesome. My son is a huge Pokémon Go fan, and so was one of the agents in the office, so everytime we came in, she would talk with him, so he thinks they are awesome, too. It is really quite around here, I dont see a bunch of kids running around unsupervised and the neighbors all kind of keep to themselves and are not loud. They have a monthly newsletter, which I love, along with other cool incentives. There are a few things I didnt consider. The parking spaces are like European sized..lol..if you drive a Fiat..or motorcycle, you will have no problems, however anything bigger..check your parking space, before you sign a lease. I now realize, I need to be a size zero to get in or out of my car..currently on a diet to resolve that issue, but my friends and family, have to get out, before I can park. The gate card, sometimes acts up and doesnt work on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd try, so I have to try it again, to get it to work. It doesnt always do it, just sometimes. There are no parking spaces by the mailboxes, so you have to park im the drive and run out and grab it, or walk up there ( i walk, after all, I have a parking space I need to get skinny for). Oh..the courtesy patrol is cool..he is a nice guy. Hope this helps in your search for a new place!

I absolutely regret moving into this place. I read a good deal of bad reviews before moving in and figured it to be just people blowing minor frustrations out of proportion. I was wrong, they were 100% on the money. They have constant issues with vehicle break ins and theft. Aside from the shambles that their facilities are in. I knew more about facilities maintenance when I was 15 than anyone on their staff....unfortunately I am not exaggerating. It is also overrun with roaches. Stay far far away from this place, for what theyll charge you for a two bedroom apartment you can get a house for, no joke.

First, Id like to say I work in property management and my family has my and their entire life. We had issues with mold and roaches the entire year of living there. We had our apartment sprayed countless amount of times, baited, and bombed 5 different times. The issue was never resolved, the roaches were German/or Japanese and attracted to the moisture in the building so no matter how much we cleaned, treated it, poured bleach down the sinks, they always came back. They came in from outside, from our air conditioning vents, outlets, sinks, pipes, and our smoke detector was full of babies. Every time we would find eggs wed destroy but no luck because the entire building was heavily infested. We told them we wanted everyones apartments inspected, sprayed as well the exterior sprayed but they never did it. Finally we gave up, told the office for the last time to bombed for the last time and then they became accusatory and asked if we brought them in from another place. Weve never had an issue with bugs and moved in February and have not seen one bug. Back to my smoke detector, we told them it was infested and the roaches would make it go off at all hours of the day and night and it took them a months of begging them to come in and replace it. They would never do our work orders, but call and ask how the work order went and when we told them it wasnt done, they would say theyd look into it and call us but never called back. They would not fix anything in our apartment which was already in back shape when we moved in. When we toured the unit, there was a slight mold spot over the shower that they insisted was water damage. It grew and became black and was tested by an outside source(because they wouldnt come to look at it) and it was mold. They wouldnt do anything about it. I was highly allergic to it, I was sick the entire year of living there and also very depressed which were the symptoms of living in mold. Any time wed become angry because they wouldnt ever do anything about ANYTHING in our apartment, they would tell us we were wrong and it would become a screaming match. We finally gave up and had 2 more months to get out of this hell hole. Come the end of our lease, we start moving our stuff out(throwing almost everything away and buying new furniture because everything was infested with roaches) and we remove all of our picture frames, paintings and a very valuable litho gram, we find that behind everyone a black mold spot. It ruined our litho gram and all things hung on the wall. When this happened i took photos and my iPhone screen was cracked, I went to the office and I asked, what does this look like to you? To which the assistant said, looks like a cracked screen very sarcastically. To which I said, what the **** does this LOOK LIKE???? And she said it looked like a bunch of bugs. Anyone in this business knows what mold is, my only mistake was not taking legal action. When we finally moved out, we put down a $300 security deposit and only received $150. We looked at the charges and they charged everything that was broken THAT THEY REFUSED TO FIX along with patio damage(we lived in a studio, WE HAD NO PATIO/PORCH. The only time they were even slightly nice to us is when the lease was signed and the last day we were there because I told them I was taking legal action and interviewing with every news channel in AZ. The only thing they have going for them is how cheap it is and we are very fortunate to be able to spend twice as much now and to be in a beautiful new apartment. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, everything online is a false advertisement and even the price is not worth your sanity, health, and safety. This place should be sued for all theyre worth. Please dont move here, I am begging and warning all of you.
