I moved into The Residences on High Street recently. They are under new management and have been A+ with their service to me. My move-in was very easy and convenient. The location is incredible and there is so much to do! If there was anything I needed, Cammie and Taylor were always a phone call away. Definitely check it out!

My husband and I have lived here for four years and have enjoyed our experience the entire time! Ruby, Danny, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but kind, timely, and extremely helpful. Whenever we have had maintenance issues, they are resolved as soon as they are able to. The apartments are very high quality and you never hear your neighbors. For the most part, its a quiet community and a peaceful place to live. The location is great too! The only downfall here is the lack of amenities, but the great building, location, and parking ramp make up for it. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone I know!

The leasing office here is top quality! Best customer service in town and you feel right at home.Skyler at the front office is super sweet and friendly and always goes out of her way to make your needs top priority. She is quite beautiful as well.Danny, in maintenance, knows his stuff and is diligent. Once he repairs something you can feel confident the job is done. He is also super easy to communicate to.Ruby, the property manager, makes it all happen and keeps these guys on it! She will go out her way to make you happy with a smile on her face.Highly recommend. Stop looking, go here!

PBbell mgmt has been replaced as of 5/12/2021. They did a below average job of managing what could one of the nicest buildings in Az. New mgmt company starts today. We will now see if the shortcomings are due to ownership or management.The amenities could be great, but we will see if things change. Stay tuned.

Daniel is fantastic to work with regarding maintenance items. Very kind, professional and responsive. Makes all the difference when our unit needs something addressed or repaired. Thank you for always making sure we are taking good care of Daniel!

The staff at High Street goes above and beyond in response to any question and/or request we have. Ruby and Mandy are always so quick to respond and Daniel is amazing! He always makes sure that everything gets done to our satisfaction. He is very professional and so kind. My husband and I really appreciate the staff.

Danny, the person who handles the maintenance is always helpful & goes above & beyond.

The best complex, the best and most responsible management & maintenance team (Danny, Ruby, Mandy, Jose... and many more) despite the challenging time of Covid 19, they have & are diligently and tirelessly provided/providing services and safety to the tenants. I wish some tenants have been more responsible & considerate. This is your home you need to do your part as well. THANK YOU MANAGEMENT!

No amenities (no gym, no pool, no dog area, no commons area). Park somewhere besides the awful spots they assign you in the inconvenient parking garage? They will tow your car. Only one elevator for 33 residents. This is one of the most piss poor apartment managers (RUBY DURAN) that Ive ever had to deal with. She harasses tenants until they have no choice but to leave during a pandemic. She is the epitome of white privilege.

Great place to live with a lot of things to do and neighbors are very nice too.

Feel free to message me directly to ask me why my a/c hasn’t worked in 6 weeks and no one from this management team cares. I had to file a 10 day legal notice to get them to get this done. Message me if you want to know how they treat four year residents. I’ll be happy to share facts and screenshots.

Visited on two occasions to acquire more information about potentially renting here. Recently started a new job as a recent graduate and would be more than able to pay for rent. After I noted that I recently had started work since graduating, I was told that someone would follow up with me in a couple of days after checking with management to see if I would be able to be accepted having just graduated from university and started work. Over a week later I have yet to receive follow up communication and have since noted the writing on the walls that my application would not be accepted and I would not be able to join this community. Wish that management would have just been straight forward about this from the start rather than deal in subtleties and ghosting potential renters.

Great maintenance staff...Daniel is always helpful, extremely courteous and goes above and beyond to please the residents.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Very organized, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, convenient access to the High street with all its amenities. Very sad to leave but moving on to the burbs otherwise wouldve stayed for sure.

Nice apartments, originally built for condos so pretty soundproof. Good management. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants on High Street. Pool and spa is nice and you can walk to anytime fitness.

Good apartments and well built, but they dont have the essentials like a gym. Anytime Fitness was here but it closed unexpectedly and screwed over alot of people who lived in the apartments.

The best apartment you can rent in Arizona. Originally to be sold as Condos to compete with Kierland commons the real estate market crashed the building was converted to apartments.The build quality is of that of a higher end condo. No hearing neighbors above or below or beside you for that matter. Occasionally you do get some street noise if you face the main street mostly on the weekends.The staff is amazing, one of the best run apartment complexes in the valley. The only negative experience (paying a fine) was my own fault of accidentally locking myself out, when you rent there they show you the goofy front door.After moving from here its the only apartment building I would ever want to move back to over a home. I enjoyed the large windows and living room that had a 10 foot sliding glass door that opened it up to the patio. The base apartment had a front loading washer and dryer and high end dishwasher.Its also nice to be able to go eat below in City North, and have a nice meal and drink and walk home.The badAs a dog owner is there really is no place for dogs, and it had no gym. But the pool makes up for it and lifetime fitness is down the road. The parking lot is private and secure but getting to it you have to drive into a public parking garage and often people would speed around corners had a few close calls.

If Ruby Duran still works there, take my advice, turn around and walk away...no apartment is worth living in if she is a manager there.

Lived here for 8 years. The original construction was commercial quality and excellent for sound deadening. If you look closely you will notice details of deterioration. Very pricey for what you get when compared to nearby communities with great amenities.

This place is incredible. Has to be the coolest apartment venue in Arizona due to its location and urban setting (sits above a bunch of shops and restaurants).Feels like living in a 5-star resort.

Best staff and location. You get what you pay for in my opinion.
