Ricky Gonzales is an Amazing Property Manager. He has fantastic customer service skills, communicates efficiently, and is very pleasant to speak with. He is very easy to talk to, and gets things fixed in a timely manner.The complex is both beautiful on the I side as well as the outside and its very peaceful and quiet. The decor of the unit is very modern and up to date.I think Rocky Gonzalez should be rewarded for such and awesome job he does here at Madera at Metro. I put my order request in and it was taken care asap. I appreciate the fast and great service. I called because my chiller was not blowing out any cool air. They came by fixed the problem. They were thorough with identifying and fixing the problem.

This place is easy to find, just behind the old metro mall. The facility itself is very nice with a beautiful array of flowers everywhere! It appears to be newly remodeled so I’ve added some fresh new photos. Coming here for a delivery the place was super easy to navigate, clean and with some very nice people. Thank you.

Where do I begin... I can not say enough good things about this complex. I spent 4 hrs working on a problem, spoke to several different people all ending in a dead end & no answers after finally finding & speaking to Madera at Metro who was absolutely amazing & so helpful regarding a rental agreement my issues were solved. I still have a fire hazard for a stove. And maintenance tells us that more than likely Ill be charged when I move even through the stove has years of cake up grease from previous renters. And also commented that other units on the property are worse. I was told by the Office that maintenance determines if I would need a new stove or not. 🤦🏾‍♀

Overall I guess I loved Madera at metro. Never got any complaints from my neighbors and I loved the maintenance team. They were always very helpful and fast acting. Very nice and chill community to live in, and convenient location in the metro. I also believe they are renovating the place so that’s even better !

Lovely place, the management is very professional, polite, and helpful as well as spot on with maintinence requests. They will patiently listen to any issues and help you out. Which is a major bonus considering the property is already nice and my studio is lovely. Also Rocky is one bomb manager🍻

Increasingly becoming more dangerous. Upstairs neighbor is yelling at nothing and stomping at all hours of the day and night on random days and the guy across from us pulled a gun on my wife after we asked him if he could turn his music down late at night on a week night. Hot water is constantly shut off for repairs. No A/C with 90°+ days. Nobody answers the phone in the office, and cant go to the office because its shut down for covid-19. Gave my notice to vacate and am getting a full bill for the next months rent. And with increasing rent across the city, not getting anywhere near the worth of the property.

Within the 6 yrs I lived in this apartment complex, I enjoyed staying here, near the banks, mall, groceries, and restaurants. Might even want to come back next year as soon I get a job that will pay all of the bills. Thank you again for the managers of this apartment. I will not only give you 5 stars but 10. Lol.

I lived here for about 6 months and my apartment was infested with roaches when i moved in and the complex sprayed twice but never solved the issue as it remained inhabitable to live. The roaches were my only and main issue which ended up causing me to move out because of it making me and my cats sick. It was humiliating to be put in an apartment already infested.edit to response: i have called many times in the last 6 months. i called yesterday. voicemail everytime. ive left voicemails too. yall ruined my life little do you know

Overall the place is alright, however the water gets shut off allllll the time. Sometimes with notice, sometimes without. I got a notice on my door in the middle of the night about maintenance the following day. And its always off significantly longer than they say it will be.Also had a nasty roach problem for a while.Overall, I would pick somewhere else. They raise rent every time you renew your lease.Also was never notified about massive construction next door and my apartment vibrates from 7am to 4pm every day.

After my first year being here I can say it is pretty cool. Staff is friendly and caring. We had some issues with our air conditioning and maintenance fixed it right away.

Living here is very uncomfortable, it’s always hot, the hot water is constantly shut off. Oh and the guy in the office is useless. Apartment charged me $50 twice for non compliance without giving me a warning to comply, so how am I non compliant.

With me coming from another state and looking for a home, I am so thankful I called. Milagros was so kind and gracious as she helped me with the move in process. She promptly sent me the application and information I needed by email so I could apply. She went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful and appreciative for all of her help, love, and kindness. Thank you for every person on staff that helped me. Truly grateful for everyones help and kindness. Also, when I walked in my home it was so clean and very nice. I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for all of the help I received. Took a tour of the place did not rent there and now i get emails every day wanting me to come back and surveys etc etc... this place is like an ex who wont let it go.

I needed a drain cleared. I know theyre so busy and hate to ask. But, when I needed help, even with the water line being worked on and the chillers going offline and all the other tenants needs, they completed the job thoroughly and neatly. I appreciate our maintenance staff and management.

This place has really nice staff and the apartments are nice, but this place is overrun with roaches. Everyday my wife and I clean with bleach and then spray. The roaches just keep coming. If, roaches was not here, these apartments are great.

The apartment complex is ok, it got parking lot re-done. Complex have security where are they? cars are being broken into car rim taken off, cops are always in complex. The security gate keeps breaking down, random people park in complex n sleep there. The air vents all run together, u have smoke issues from other tenants in their apartment it run thur the vent n it smells like cigarettes. Other tenants always fighting, hear thur the walls, parents cant control their children after 8pm, when some of us work early. Reason i moved from there. Thank you MED 4 giving me place stay.

Since the new management took over a year ago, things have improved considerably. Requests for maintenance have been handled quickly. The staff is extremely efficient and seems to care about the residents.A much improved place to live.

My daughter lives at these apartments......The units are cute.....but she has Roaches and has asked then to bomb but they choose to ignore her, tub drains so slow she takes a shower bath.....to flush the toilet you have to flush 3 times ...( it is not a water saver) her neighbors stove blew up.....you think that because of that they would change out her old, stove that is literally burnt up, the top is black and brown ....its supposed to be white........I could go on. Oh the office (before the shut downs) says its open 9-5 but you pretty much have to make an appointment to get in. Worse managers in the history of managment here doesnt exist. (Only been here a couple months. )

It a shame that I’m trying to call the office seen Friday and can’t get a hold of anybody in their. If ready this please call me back. All I’m trying to do is find out if they received my 60 day notice and they can’t even return my phone call.

Ive been a resident here for 7 years. When someone broke into the laundry room and stole all the keypads with everybodys credit and debit card information, I notified the police then I notified the office and they did absolutely nothing. They didnt even seem to care that somebody broke in and vandalized their equipment. They did not bother to notify residents about the incident either. To make things worse it happened in a 30 minute interval while my clothes were in the wash in the whole time the maintenance guy was right outside the laundry room. So he had to have seen it happen... he literally let these people steal our clothes and vandalize the laundry room this happened on 9/22/20

Plz for the love of God turn on the AC already, I’m tired of having to open my window & have multiple fans on in order for me to feel cool. AZ is not cold enough of a state to decide to shut off the AC from December until March. So annoying & an absolute inconvenience! If I could give them 0/5 stars I absolutely would!!

I have lived here about six months and I havent seen or heard the problems listed by other tenants. Its quiet at night, unless someone starts yelling to their friends. I have only seen 1 ant and that was taken care of by my thumb. The maintenance guys work at keeping the trash picked up and maintaining the units. The office staff is friendly and professional. The heat and A/C work just fine, unless its 118 degrees outside, then it struggles, but I am sure most do when its 118 outside. I do see sometimes there is trash at the dumpsters but I would say that is the dumpster companies problem. Also when you have tenants throwing out couches, beds and furniture it becomes a problem.Now if I was spending $2500 a month rent, yes I would expect better so for the price I dont have a complaint. Neighbors are nice, people are friendly and its quiet and clean. What else can you say.P.S. Only four stars because nobody is perfect.

Im not going to get into details but Ive lived here for 2.5 years. It has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a place I have lived. Im middle aged so this isnt my first rodeo either. Ive never run into the problems in my life that I have had here. There are multiple problems with this place and most of the negative reviews I would believe based on my experiences. I would say the folks that work here are nice, in that they are polite. However, how nice can you be when you work for a company like this? These buildings need renovation not just updating. I would never recommend this complex to anyone I cared about. There was about an 8 month period of time I experienced no issues that lulled me into a sense of complacency here, but rest assured I am leaving ASAP. I have already switched apartments once within Madera at Metro because the initial apartment wasnt habitable and they recently just offered to move me again.....no thanks.

The Madra at metro apartment facility charge 4 every little item on top of rent. Maintenance was submitted they expect tentant to pay for their mistakes when move in wasnt pleasant. holes in wall, bath tub looked like it was painted n was told its tub mat that making it pull off when safety isnt factor... The management lost my move in deposit n had wait 90 days to get my $ back. This bad experience i ever been thur.

Recently moved out, only because a job transfer. But I loved living here! The metro area is very convenient for my living, with every thing I need close by. My only complaint was that I only got one assigned parking spot and my guest always had to park in uncovered parking. Other then that I will miss this place!

Ive lived here for a year now and Ive NEVER lived anywhere worse!!!! The manager Leslie is a joke, she does NOT care about her tenants at all!!!! Any issue you have to her she smacks her lips and offers some BS excuse as to why she isnt doing her job correctly. Its supposed to be a gated community? HA! The gates never work. They allows bums to chill in the parking lots at night, the laundry room door only opens if you touch it just the right way, and bums have keys to them since your laundry is always going missing!! Leslie and all her little girls in that office cop an attitude as soon as you point out something going on in the apartments that you dont like!!!! Do not know how she got that position but she needs to be terminated immediately and maybe just maybe this place will start to look up. Terrible management=Terrible place to live!!!! Maybe youll think a little bit before you cop an attitude with me again little girl, this isnt the only website Im gonna blast your ass on. Already contacted your manager! Happy holidays!

This is a terrific apartment, I cannot understand how anyone would say otherwise. For me my experience has been amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. They are always pleasant and are always performing preventative maintenance rather than reactionary repairs. Given these apartments were build a year after the Metro Center Mall (built in 1973), these apartments are in great condition. Given the age, we were inconvenienced by frequent water outages for a few weeks, but that is to be expected. There are other apartments in the area that will cost you about $200-$400 more per month. All I can say about the negative reviews is that they are probably unhappy no matter where they live. Not me, I am thrilled with everything about this apartment and happy to be here.

Luis did good on fixing my AC but when it came to giving me a filter they took 4 day to bring it to me on less I called again and complained about it.

Worse place I have ever lived. I am so thankful for have leaving that place. The girl who sits in the front has bad customers service. And seriously? She came into the back office when I was speaking with the assistance manager, about a dress! No one cares. Wait until Im gone. Management DID NOT do anything about our loud neighbors who bugged everyone in the building and they were constantly reported on too. Plus, we had a bed bugs infestation as well as roaches. If I could give no stars I would. When things break... it took forever for them to fix it. During the summer the AC broke every other day... it was always so hot. Nothing comfortable. In the beginning I asked to see the apartment to see if it was too my likening... they made up excuses for me to see it. Until I finally signed the lease. On top of that, no matter how much I express my unhappiness with the place, they wouldnt let me leave without paying a whole lot. Inside of the complex looks like crap only on the outside looks good. I suggest people to go inside and walk around. Oh the gate is a joke... its always broken.

My relative lives here and I feel so bad she got into this lease. Please believe the reviews. The place has a bad roach infestation problem inside and out. Roaches are even outside these apartments roaming on sidewalks and everywhere and the infested apartments are not being treated. The apartment is very outdated and old paint jobs are horrible and amenties are extremely old. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. The price is extremely high for and old infested living complex.

If i could rate this place no stars i would, they constantly shut off your water, the coolers dont work very good at all, they control when its switched to cold and hot, when you put the fan on high its like low and the low is barely blowing, they are like swamp coolers so when its humid outside they dont work at ALL!!!!!! and since they are constantly shutting off the water they dont work. I have been here 6 months and they shut off the water at least twice a month, some of the office staff are rude they dont care because they dont live here, they only care about their own!!!!

The maintenance team at Madera is always polite and very helpful in repairs and any questions I might have. I am very satisfied with all the work they do.

We moved in Saturday and have submitted several requests to have our ac fixed & it still has not been taken care of! Our unit will not cool our apt down under 75 degrees. This is ridiculous. This is unacceptable in Arizona weather. Management & maintenance needs to step it up a bit.

In all fairness, if I have an issue.. I quickly forget that the management is here. And instead of taking out some concerns on them to let them know, I dont. Jessica (one of the managers here) is super friendly.. She actually goes outta her way to address my concerns and problems to get them fixed. So far my 3 year stay here has been relatively peaceful.. it is a nice place to live.. I feel this place can be a whole lot better.. and theyre working on it. Jessica is concerned about how comfortable her residents are here.. and even though I may not be the best renter, theyve ALWAYS been super nice to me and my daughter all the while being the most understanding. I forget these things.. Sooo, all in all.. Madera at Metro is a nice place to live.

Management is pretty good and are doing good keeping this community up. The area and residents prove to be pretty horrible though.

Laundry room door was secured. Put my clothes in and come back all is gone. Reported to office worker. Door was repaired incorrectly. Put more laundry in and came back. Door broken in again. I tried to report to the manager Assistant (Esmeralda) and manager(Thomas). He was too busy playing with his phone to listen. He told me im not available repeatedly. So I asked if he wanted me to report it to the police. He said as you wish. After waiting AZ and talking with police. I find a notice on my door for too much storage on porch. I moved in Nov 1 2018. The heat has been off the whole time and the water has been shut down from 9am to 5 pm a total of 11 times. Thats in 2019 only Moral of story no customer-serv here. Plenty of retaliation for asking for them to do there job. So think twice before moving here.⁸

I love living here. The only problem I have here is how they do the Utilities. I dont think it should be split among the people in my building. I dont use the stove at all, I use my toaster oven instead and I was billed $15.53 for Gas, plus $63.73 for Electric and $41.44 for water and I dont understand why I am being billed for Sales Tax when I havent bought anything, and for the AUL Admin Charge.I dont understand WHY they dont put out doggie poop bags on the other side. It would be nice if they would build a doggie pen for dogs to run in, and the jacuzzi has been filled in and doesnt exist anymore when it has been advertised in their brochure. This is supposed to be a gated community but people prop the walk through gate with rocks every day and the drive thur gate doesnt work half of the time plus in order to punch the gate key, you have to get out of the car to use it. Most of the time the laundry rooms are dirty and machines Dont work and have to be fixed. When a package arrives the office doesnt call you, and the mailman leaves a notice instead.Other than that, I do love my apartment. The utilities keep going up each month. The staff in the office is great and the maintenance guys are good most of the time. Who ever is taking care of the trees is butching them and we have no shade. Welcome to the apartments. 😀

When looking for a place to call your new home, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! Signed my lease after walking a “newly renovated” unit which appeared to be pretty solid up until I moved in. First night had some tweakers yelling and cursing up a storm a couple of buildings down and then that same night after moving all my stuff in I come back to an incredibly strong odor of marijuana. (so much for that absolutely no tolerance for marijuana contract) After moving in I go to turn on the A/c because it’s 85 degrees in the apartment and it’s blowing out straight hot air!! At no point in my lease signing was I told that management had control of when to switch the A/c and the heater on and I just had control of the flow of air. With a 1 month old child in an 85 degree apartment the only thing I can be told is to open a window and “they should’ve told you when signing your lease”. Then 3 days after moving in, in my parking spot, my car was hit and the entire bumper was torn off and fenders damaged (1500 worth of damage). Again so much for the overnight security that was guaranteed in my lease. And of course the office “couldn’t do anything about it and no one was registered for the parking spot next to me”. Then it’s time for rent to come around and I get a money order in a weeks advance only to find out the pay system is all online!! (Wasn’t explained in my lease signing) 4 days after rent is due!! So I get tacked on a $70 fee plus the rent. The odor of marijuana is still consistent 3 months later to the point that I have had guests asking if I smoke because the smell is so strong. 4 air fresheners spread through my livingroom and still can’t win. The “security” gate doesn’t operate, (also guaranteed in my lease) and hasn’t been for nearly 2 weeks now. Water is ALWAYS being turned off. It seems as if all leasing agreements are one way roads but I know I’ll only ever get contacted if I somehow am in violation of my leasing contract not if the property management is. And to put the cherry on top somehow my apartment is currently still 80 degrees at “full blown A/c”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

Roach infested, noisy neighbors that throw parties and keep their door open 24/7 and smoking weed, security patrol & manager does not respond or do anything about it, they put a small stove from the 90s in your apartment and expect to return apartment with the stove looking like new, they turn off the AC and take forever to turn it on in the summer plus when you go pick up your packages at the office the person doesn’t hand them to you and cannot find them.

I applied for a apartment on Oct. 25 and I gave them $204.00 to be denied. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received one dime of my money back. Stay away from this place. They scam you for your money. Very upset.

This complex is a nightmare. They shut the water and air conditioning off with out warning. They are scamming some kind of electrical billing service, which is not metered. If the women managers dont like you they just evict you, and when they do, even if your rent is paid up, they take you to court in Surprise, Arizona. This makes it impossible to fight the charge. The parking lot is dangerous at night, and there is little outside lighting. The complex is falling down. You also have to carry rental insurance, which adds about $25 on to the rent. Just keep driving by, you are much better off renting elsewhere. Have a great day!

Its horrible not only have we been evacuated twice in the 3 months weve lived here due to gas leaks, but had to live without using our stove as well. What did we get as a thanks? A cold pizza and one can of soda. Um so two people live here so 12oz of coke isnt going to cut it. Did I mention they offer breakfast at 7am sharp, but I was stood up on that one. Oh and dont get me started on MEB either I have tried calling to work out a solution with them, yet even Melanie herself wont wont return a call. Even in Miami I never ran into such a great corporate facade for a slumlord. Dont get me wrong if taken care of the place would be nice, but the management makes it the dregs of the slums. Probably forgot more but gate is also broken 90% of the time, the office girl cant comprehend the easiest of things (like whether or not we have dogs when we sent her a picture of both of them together), water is on and off all the time, cant buy a second covered spot yet there are ones that are never used, dog waste bags never filled, and when the gate is working the code only works sometimes. Im probably just distressing and bitching at this point, but one evacuation from suing for every penny Ive spent here and then some. At some point how can I turn a blind eye to my safety. All we needed was a place while we sold a home back east and got one here, but Id be happy with going down to a two bedroom instead of three to fund a lawyer at this point. AC never works, always having problems with roachs and other insects, utilities are over-charging, always harassing when attempting to pay rent. management is a joke! To Management. Worst apartment complex ever! Been at a studio for 2 months and apartment got flooded and it took them over a month to fix while I had to sleep in walls that were all messed up and bathroom pulled apart for a whole month!! The kitchen is old and to expensive for what it is. Probably appliances from 1970’s these apartments just suck in general. Do not recommend !

Scam I owe $10k because they had a major infestation of bed bugs changing your name doesnt wash that. Away.Bed bug scars on my kids arms taking advantage of the poor the maintenance team came to fix a shower took it apart and im left to foot the bill and they have cardboard in ceiling when it rains I called to report that billed 10k fraud housing department I will be making a video about them do not move in there your better off renting a house or manufactered home community dont do it!

Very friendly staff! The girls in the office are very welcoming and always positive. As well as maintanence, everything is always kept up and very clean.

I currently live here and it is the worse apartment I have ever been scammed into renting, the office girl rosy swore up and down there were no bugs in the building yet as soon as we moved in we were getting treated for roaches and seeing them all the time (they even moved the people in the apartment next to mine it was so bad ), they then act as if they didnt know there were roaches til just recently, aswell as it took about a week for me to notice but the ac or chiller unit has a terrible smell, turning it on leaves my apartment smelling of musk and mildew even to the point where running the air is not an option, and it makes such a loud noise you wouldnt be able to run it anyway without getting drove crazy.. mind you its the summer time in Arizona. Every time they come to the apartment they fix the loud noise it makes but deny the smell even exists, they say thats crazy they dont smell it, then any family member or friend walks in and its the first thing they say why does your apartment smell like that Im scared it could be mold and they refuse to do anything about it, the staff is a complete joke with no concern for the health of the tenants who live there, also everytime the noise in the ac gets fixed it breaks again right away and starts making it, Ive now lived here for almost three months and its gotten to the point where they dont even send anyone about my ac anymore, they believe its fixed and Im right and they are wrong, I asked for a new apartment in the complex because this one is unacceptable, only to come home the next day with an EVICTION NOTICE on my door! They rather just evict me then simply solve the problem, I havent run my ac in over two months and the worst part is the electricity bill is shared between the building, Im PAYING for everyone else to have running ac while I swear to death in my roach infested apartment!! And the reason the eviction notice was on my door was for failure to provide renters insurance, which I do have and had to provide them to get approved for the apartment in the first place, I am now going to go down to the office again today, to try and talk to the property manager Leslie who never seems to be there and never gets back to anyone or wants to do anything about any of the issues in her complex, I am on the border of taking them to court and withholding rent I just want to have ac I pay for it every month just like every other tenant in the complex!!!

I wish I could give no stars. Nothing but roaches and problems. This is my first time renting my own apartment and I wish I would have never signed a lease here. There is constant issues and problem, when me and my fiancé first moved in we had no working hot water, the water was so ice cold you couldn’t take a shower, maintainance came and basically told us we were lying and there was nothing wrong. After complaining for 4 MONTHS straight of not having working water I finally got a call from the manager saying that they had to replace something in the walls and that they had been aware of the issue the whole time! So the whole time they had been lying and saying everything is fine just to cover up their mistake. After the water was finally fixed for our apartment, they continuously shut the water off completely for a full day at a time at least a couple times a month, sometimes the air conditioning doesn’t work and when you go to complain they say “sorry I don’t know what’s going on” or “well it should be working” on another occasion, I specifically informed the front office that I have a dog and I do not want maintance coming into my apartment without me being there, when I was at the pool I come to find out that maintance had went into my apartment, LET MY DOG OUT and LEFT! I found this out because I see another person walking my dog on a leash! This was so traumatic to me and when I go to let the office know they had blamed it on me and my fiancé, they had no sympathy that they could have lost my dog forever and did not apologize, they made no attempt to contact me when he let my dog out of the house and when I approached him he acted clueless. After this whole ordeal, we come to find out that we now have ROACHES!! We are fairly clean people and we just kept finding them, the apartments made US pay 75 dollars for pest control when it is not even our problem, and still there were roaches after they sprayed. And on top of that we had to wait 2 whole weeks for the pest control to actually come due to the front offices mistakes. And to top the cake we now have a leak in our ceiling and we are on the bottom level, I notified the office about 5 days ago and this is the second appointment that maintance hasn’t showed up to. They told us that they were not going to fix the leak just simply patch the ceiling up. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is awful and dangerous and dirty it is not family friendly, there is crime and even in the middle of the night there was someone banging on my door. I do not feel safe and was one of the worst decisions moving here.

Terrible. Worst place ever. Only Apt was upstairs, and it took 2 weeks+ to get a new air motor so I had almost no air conditioning. The whole complex has had their air conditioning go out several times since Ive been here and needed to be fixed. They had me sign a 33 page lease. Dishonest between them and what their websites offers. They told me they only do 13 month lease agreements, and then changed policy for a 3 month and increased the cost I signed up for from $503 to $623 for a tiny studio. They are partnered with local banks that charge $8 for Cashiers check, and will only accept Cashiers Checks as payment. So it doesnt matter what the banks charge, you will have to pay it. They had a pest inspection done, and I was having an issue with gnats. This was reported but they never did anything about it. Phone outlet was no good. A Centurylink guy had to open up the wiring and fix it. They would not reimburse me for this cost. Stay away from this place!!

Staff is friendly including the maintenance team! And the girls in the office are so caring and willing to help! !

Management changed their form of payment services, so it made me late on payment of April rent, given new payment form WIS on 4/5/18, so how possibly could your discrepancy be my responsibility. Paid rent on time for the last 12 months, why would I be late now? Had my money to pay a week before rent due as always, the other thing is my apartment flooded about a month ago and still till this day I have big holes in the walls and drilled cardboard covering them. Also, pets are allowed in the complex, but tenants allow them to urinate and do there other business where ever some clean up and others dont. So you smell and visually see it walking out the door. Water shut offs every month, gas turned off. Im glad my lease ends 4/30/18 Im out of here, never will rent from them again.

This is the worst place to live. I wouldnt recommend to a homeless person. Roaches every where. People trying to enter your apartment almost every night. Gas stove leaking constantly report it and they say its normal. When you tell them you didnt receive a notice. They do not care its all your fault. Call the office? No one ever answers. Leave a message never get a call back. Try and leave at the end of your lease ha yeah right, you have to stay another month bc they didnt contact you via phone more then 30 days before your lease end date to remind you because you didnt recieve a notice on your door that they need a 30 day notice. This place is the worst place i have come across. Pass it up i promise there are cheaper better places who will take care of their residents and not charge an arm and a leg for a nasty apartment. Do not live here!!

I moved in to an infestation with absolutely no warning. They wanted to lease that bad. Roaches in the drains and when I complained the staff pretended it was a new problem yet my neighbors have had this issue for months. The staff dont make timely calls back at all even though their office is usually empty? The gates dont work correctly either.Edit: This complex cant seem to run out of issues and when you try to talk to management they really couldnt care less. Living here is gonna be the story I tell people as a tragic experience that happened to me.Heres a list so you know if you wanna live here.1. Chronic roach infestations. I had to be transfered to another building because it affects like half the rooms here.2. Staff members have attitude.3. Upper management will try to wait you out instead of take your call or return it.4. Laundry room flooded, machines are $1.25 to wash AND to dry and they work very poorly, and you are unable to refill your laundry card after 5:30pm or on sunday.5. Crazy neighbors that scream outside my building, usually profanity or racist slurs.6. Have forgotten to complete work orders Ive requested on SEVERAL occasions.7. Youll see about 5 stray cats per time you see your neighbors. There are THAT many strays here.8. They have a take no prisoners policy on late payments, including when they change the way to access and pay your bill and dont inform you via email, call, or contact you in any way thats modern that this change has been made.9. The pool, which is supposed to be the silver lining to this, is obscenely over run by crickets and roaches, especially at night. Dont even walk by it.10. The gate to the parking lot literally gets broken 3 days after being fixed, and is usually left broken for at least a week to three weeks before they attempt to fix it. A friendly neighbor of mine used that to break her lease agreement with them.11. The property manager, in an attempt to win an argument, boldy lied to me so she could try coerce me to pay an extra 70 dollars on my rent.12. Utility usage cost is pooled among like apartments (all studios, all one bedrooms, etc.) And then split evenly among them, meaning if you try to keep your utility costs low, youll still have to pay for your neighbors. (This conclusion comes from most of the neighbors)13. For about 5 months our water was being shut off about 2-3 times a week due to constant emergency water valve repairs.14. My heater/AC works when it wants to because the controls still dont work. Thats one of my favorites because its like a suana that I dont have to pay for. 😒15. Frequent police visits to the complex.

Lived here for 2 years and it has been terrible. This place waste every penny on the outside appearance of the apartments and not a dime on fixing issues on the inside.ROACHES!!! Its disgusting, no matter how hard or often you clean, they are everywhere! Its to the point, where we sometimes sleep with the kitchen light on to try and keep the majority of them away! We are clean people and deep clean at least once a week maybe more. They do send people to spray, but it makes no difference and sometimes they dont even show up. I have actually seen roaches crawl out of tenants front doors on multiple occasions.UNSAFE!!! Maintenance is a joke! There are multiple things that are unsafe and health hazards in these apartments. We live in a studio on the second floor. The ceiling leaks everytime it rains. We complained about this multiple times. They sent a maintenance guy out, he looked at it and left and never returned. Everytime it rains for 2 years we bring out the buckets and trash cans to collect water!FLOORS ARE SINKING!!! I dont know if there is a termite issue or what but there are multiple spots on the kitchen floor that sink downward. You dont see this visually but you can feel it when you walk on it! It seems very dangerous like you or your foot can fall through at anytime. Same thing in the bathroom when you step into the tub. It squeaks and squeals like the whole tub can fall at any second!AIR VENTS are so disgusting they are black. They shoot out dust that will cake on the walls after a week or two. I am certain these vents have never been cleaned or replaced since this place was built. I 100% would not be surprised if me and my family were breathing in asbestos or some other dangerous airborne bacteria.AIR CONDITIONER broke half the time, especially during summer months. The first year we were here they had the air off for 4 MONTHS!!!! Then they threatened to evict us when I put a portable unit in my window to try and keep my new born cool.Domestic violence, Police and Firetrucks here daily. Pools are dirty, Laundry Mat over priced and dryers rob you of your money cuz they take 2-3 cycles to dry. Had my mailbox broken into as well!They recently repainted and remodeled the whole exterior of this complex. Landscaping companies are here 2-3 times a week cutting the grass and trees.Yet they cant repair the leaks in my ceiling or unclog my toilet thats been broken for 10 months.Absolutely the worse place I have ever lived.You see this place, run.... -_-

Thank you so much for being apart of our life. Being our first home with our first new born son. Spent 3 years there ! And loved it... We grew so much there. Meeting awesome people! So many memories happened there... Every summer was fun! our friends kids and mine as well learning to swim and...you guys Always made sure the gate was closed and locked for the kids safety. And always kept it up all clean!. When maintenance was called. Even emergency... You responded ASAP .as in I got a knock at the door 11pm at night to make sure we were ok lol . I appreciate your whole staff yes maintenance most of all. They also kept the place clean. And made sure the dog owners always had doggy bags. And always said hello to my service dog Bru. so that hed remember them and to show my dog im ok...or helping me with my grocery bags. I appreciate you...your guys deserve a lot of credit.
