Just moved in. I have an eye for detail, and does this place deliver on value. I am in a 2 bed/2 bath and it is amazingly spacious! Beautifully designed interior. I feel absolutely safe and secure here. Also, lost my wallet here and had another resident return it a day later. Great staff, great neighbors, great everything!

The entire staff was amazing, they were communicating with me thru my entire transition I was making from pennsylvania to arizona. It was incredible and definitely one of the best experiences with how difficult living situations can be nowadays.

My husband and I relocated here from Chicago. We knew very little about the area so we had our work cut out for us. While on vacation, we scouted many rental properties and ultimately decided on The Reserve. We completed the application online, and selected our unit. The process was so easy and quick. We called the office with questions as needed. Josie, and Norrma were always eager to assist. Picking up the keys was also a seamless process. I had scheduled for a cleaning lady to come in but to my surprise the apartment was spotless.As for the grounds, they are well maintained. I was a little concerned about the valet trash service but it has been a lifesaver. My neighbors are friendly but most importantly QUIET 🤫, weekdays and weekends!Im sure I will love it here.

Josie made all the difference in choosing the Reserve over other apartment facilities. Moving my son from MN to AZ I wanted a safe, nicely kept community, which there are many in AZ, however, none of them had a Josie. I knew after her spending time with me on the phone, this was the place for him. She makes everyone feel at home, important and part of the community. Her amazing personality makes you feel welcome every time you call or walk through the door. She works with you to help navigate the process of the lease, expectations etc.. I would highly recommend The Reserve and especially Josie.

My wife and I lived at these apartments for 3 years (moving out of state a week ago) and had a fantastic experience. Through the years both Josie and Norma were extremely helpful, professional and friendly! All of the maintenance staff were friendly and quick to fix things when needed. We definitely miss them all!Our apartment building was quiet, clean and worth the rent that we paid. Out of all the apartment complexes that weve lived in, this one was the best.Thank you for making our time here great!

Beautiful place to stay.. upgraded appliances, space saving designs, well maintained lawns and common areas, very nice people in the community. Parking spots are less, so if you are someone who has a night shift job or return only in the nights, it’s best to reserve a parking spot or garage. There is a waiting list for reserving a parking spot. The leasing office staff are very kind and helpful

I have lived in a lot of apartments in the last 7 years and in my opinion this has been the best experience. Not just because of the area and quality of these units but the staff is very responsive. Josie Harrington her self was always so quick and very helpful when it came to issues or needing something resolved. Also her straight forward attitude is something that stuck out to me. She means nothing but business and will not beat around the bush like a lot of these other companies and apartments will do. Great person to have on their team to make this community great! Josie was amazing! My boyfriend and I toured the reserve and she was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive to our needs and very patient with us. She was also very up-front about fees. The apartments are gorgeous and well kept. Unfortunately, we found a home closer to our workplace that better suited our needs. Move here!! You can tell the reserve cares about their residents.

Ive been moved in for 5ish weeks now. I cannot believe how quiet this place is! All the things I was worried about having in an apartment are really non-issues.Great pool, nice green spaces in-between the buildings, quiet, cleaner than expected. Parking FOR GUESTS is the only issue, but Josie warned me about it ahead of time, so it wasnt unexpected. Overall Im currently very happy here, and think the staff is top notch and fun. 5/5 specifically for Josie!

Residents and staff members are all friendly. My apartment is perfect. Feels like we have 2 master bedrooms.

We love living at The Reserve On Cave Creek! It is in the perfect location, it is clean, beautiful updates, great staff and maintenance team, gorgeous grounds... it is great to come home! :)

I lived here from July 2019 to July 2020. The only real complaint we had was the parking. We like to host and there just wasnt any room for guests. And sometimes there wasnt room for US. The only excess parking option was the street north on Marco Polo. Our unit was the furthest away from that street. My roommate literally used an electric longboard to get to his car much of the time. Other than that, the pool was great, the staff (especially Josie and Nora) were hardworking and helpful, and the rent was competitive.

Unable to find parking at night even by 9:30pm. U have to worry about going home to find a parking spot.UPDATE:Parking situation is STILL BAD. I wish I never moved here. Literally don’t move here if you like being out and about.

While researching for my desired location to live, I came across the Reserve on Cave Creek. This was my first and last stop. Spoke withNorma. She was extremely helpful in working with me to choose my living quarters.Within a week, I decided for a larger appt. I then spoke with Josie.in a matter of days, I had exactly what I asked for. Amazing!I have been here at the Reserve for 4 plus months. Spent a week here visiting relatives. These are very nice Apartments. I would live there if I had to. Right near Central Phoenix and Scottsdale. Right off the Loop 101 and real close to State Rd. 51.

The first impreesion is always the one that sticks. Josie was friendly, informative and especially helpful. She was very kind in helping my wife and I with finding our new home. If you are looking for a new place ask for Josie she will steer you to the best fit.

I’ve lived here since November and I have to say it is the best experience I’ve ever EVER had with an apartment. The apartment staff is extraordinarily helpful and nice and I just can’t recommend The Reserve enough.

This apartment was absolutely horrible. The office was rude and stand offish and I was lied to multiple times about different things. You are also forced to pay 35$ a month for trash that is sometimes collected. It makes the hallway look horrible and smell. Parking is another issue. During the weekdays it is very hard to find a spot despite needing a permit to park. It is also “gated” which 50% of the time the gate it broken which they continue to blame on covid not being able to fix it. Also I have lived here for a year and the community area in the front building has never been open despite paying a building fee. Overall if you just need somewhere to stay it is fine but if you ever have a problem I wish you the best of luck😂😂

I recently moved into The Reserve at Cave Creek and from the very first impression, I knew this was my new home. From the tour to the application and then even the move in, was absolutely phenomenal. Josie Harrington has been amazingly helpful and extremely responsive. I would recommend this apartment complex and amazing office staff to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to rent.

STAY AWAY THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS!!! I’ve been a resident here for 8 months & I’ve gotten my car towed twice here once was my very first night here, and the second time today. I never park in the front but last night after a long day at work there happens to be no parking in the back so I decided to park in the “future residents” parking in the front by the office keep in mind my car has a resident sticker on it and I never park In the front I go out to leave for the gym at 10am and to my surprise my car is gone. I go into the office and the two ladies both of them had no cares for me or my problems asked them if there is anything they can do for me and both said no nothing they will not help at all 3 days before Christmas to a resident who is always on time with rent and has never had an issue.

Good apartments, though feel they could use some TLC on the maintenance realm.

The management at The Reserve is literally why I moved here! Josie and her staff are incredibly accommodating. I was going back and forth between what apartment to go with- she was so patient and understanding, even gave me some personal insight and advice! Definitely wanted to give them a shout out for making my first move into my own place seamless. Another great thing about this place, you can transfer apartments within the complex as early as 6 months without penalty if you decide you want to upgrade to a bigger space! I went with a 665 sqft studio w/ sunroom apartment, and I’m not crazy about the tile in here and the hallways/stairs are a little dirty outside, but the studio is really a perfect size for me right now & I have peace of mind with the safety here, quietness and knowing the management is there for me! My queen bed fits in the sunroom with about 2 feet to spare on sides for reference! I will post pics in the future when my place is finally settled :)

Its like being at a resort, but you get mail. The staff is great, the neighborhood is quiet, and its close to good shops. A++.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Josie and Norma are great! They are super helpful and a lot of fun! I moved here from the East Coast and couldnt believe all I was getting for the price. I made great friends at the grill and pool and had a good time shooting pool as well! Perfect placement near the 101, 51, and close enough to the 17 for any work commutes. I highly recommend this place.

We moved here a little over a year ago and met with Josie for the first time to tour The Reserve. She was kind, charismatic, and welcomed us with open arms. Im pleased to say that more than a year later, shes still the wonderful person who helped us acclimate to Phoenix. Josie and Norma are consistently friendly and were greeted with positivity every time we visit the office. We do miss getting our packages delivered to the office because half the fun was visiting with them. The maintenance team is always on their A-game and weve found them to be very responsive to our needs when weve submitted requests. Happy to have made this our home.

Parking here isnt reserved unless one pays extra for a garage. I wish I were joking.

I came in on Wednesday .. i did a tour with Josie she was really friendly from the jump and had great energy.. the tour she took me and my wife on was very nice, they where having an event which she told me happens every Wednesday. There was tacos and margaritas being severed so not only did we get an amazing tour we got a great dinner as well.. Cant wait to move in Sep! definitely 5 stars!

I’ve lived here since January of the year and have waited until now to leave an honest, genuine review. This has been my first apartment experience and I’ve been so impressed with living here ! Where do I begin?! I’ll start off with the apartment itself. This apartment stood out BY FAR from any of the other apartments I had looked at. The space for the price is amazing and the walk in closets are such a luxury. One of my main concerns with an apartment is having to deal with neighbors. I’m a very light sleeper, but I can honestly say I haven’t been bothered once. Yes, I can hear some walking above me or kids rough housing, but it’s totally manageable and hasn’t been disturbing in the slightest (super surprising). The walls seem to be sound proof. I adore the ladies in the front. They’re super friendly and easy to talk to. Josie has made this experience such a positive one. That woman is such a doll! Anytime I call regarding something, I’m responded to promptly AND she quickly handles anything that I need. This place actually cares about you and your needs. From what I have read in so many other reviews from other complexes, that’s pretty hard to find.There were some security concerns and Reserve handled it quickly. They now have personalized codes to get into the complex which I love. This makes me feel like they genuinely care about our security. They now have an awesome system for picking up packages (an automated locker). The pool is nice and always clean. I NEVER have problems with parking. The complex is close to the freeway, which is great. They do several fun activities where they offer free food and drinks, my favorite is when they have donuts and breakfast drinks in the morning before work!This has been such a great experience for us and I’m really grateful for it. We moved from out of state so having such an easy transition has been a blessing. Thank you, Reserve !

We moved in a week ago! The staff is great, very patient and kind. Weve had a really great experience so far and cant foresee any issues. The layout of the apartment is practical and spacious.We moved here from New Hampshire and Josie was VERY transparent about costs and fees, with no surprises. We had a much different experience when we were surveying options elsewhere, and receiving estimates well over what was discussed in person.Also a shout out to Alex who was very responsive to a maintenance need. He was kind, professional, and very welcoming.

Went in for a tour and Christian was the best ever. He was very informative and outspoken. The homes here are modern w/ a nice comfy atmosphere. This is a beautiful property and i’m sure lot of you would love it as well.

This is one of my favorite apartment communities in the valley. The units themselves are gorgeous and the property has so many amenities. As great as the apartments are, the staff is even better. Josie in particular is an all star. I absolutely love her because she takes such great care of the residents. Now when I call the office I always just ask for her. I know that not only does she hear me but she takes action for what I need, always. What an asset she is to the team. Classy place

The Reserve on Cave Creek is deserving of 5 stars due to the NEW ownership as of 2016. The location is superb being right next to 101 and the insides of these apartments are very well taken care of. Granite counter tops, large walk in closets are a few great things to expect. The office staff is very helpful and friendly! The only reason The Reserve doesn’t have all 5 star reviews is because of previous ownership so don’t be fooled. Come check them out you won’t be disappointed!

Had the best experience at The Reserve. I met with leasing agent Josie who was super friendly and knowlegable. The property is beautiful and the units are roomy &gorgeous. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for spa style living and amazing leasing agents.

Just moved in with my brother and we are beyond thrilled to be here. This apartment is incredible for the price. The staff is awesome, but Josie goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

I received a tour from Josie she was polite, engaging, and knowledgeable about the property. the reserve on cave creek is my first choice. I hope Josie stays a long time as I plan too. I hope the rest of the staff is of her caliber.

Listed price was around $1600/mo. Went there, they add about $300/mo in fees. About $45 + tax for trash to be taken to the dumpster + many other fees. These are mandatory fees. Actual price is about $1950/mo. Not only is this a bait and switch. But landlords are creating many new forms of revenue streams that are non-competitive in pricing and are NOT optional services but instead are mandatory aka covert rent increases.

Came in to the office today, had some questions about my lease and renewal and Mikayla was phenomenal! Really great experience she was able to answer all my questions. I really like the positivity in the front office and how they really care about there residents, one of the reasons I will be renewing my lease!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the leasing agent Josie. She was very friendly and funny. As a Realtor and apartment locator I truly appreciate this apartment community. I always want to bring my customers here because of the unique features offered to the residents. The floor plans are spacious and well thought out. Not many apartment communities have custom features like arched entryways, hardwood floors and granite breakfast bars. Outstanding standard items include 18” ceramic tile flooring, cherry or maple cabinetry and sunrooms. The residents are treated to an elegant decor in the game room, business center and private conference room. Additional amenities like garages for rent and available electric vehicle charging stations separate this community from the rest. The best part of these luxury apartments is the management. Josie is a very positive and professional leasing agent.

I have lived at Pietra/The Reserve on Cave Creek for two years. Pietra was fantastic! I am happy with my apartment for the most part but not management or the service with the reserve. I love the large walk in closet, built in shelves and desk. The Reserve on Cave Creek has been terrible. Unfortunately, I am not going to renew my lease. My rent is going up $100.. For what? The pool has been closed in the summer for construction. When it is open during construction I am embarrassed to show my friends and family that this is where I live.The hallways are always disgusting. There is always trash and debris on the ground. Pietra used to power wash the hallways, I dont see that happen anymore. If you get home late especially on the weekends there are NO parking spots available. You would be lucky to find a parking spot a mile away or out on the streets. Security is not existent.Maintenance came into my place for an inspection and broke the water heater closet door... Didnt even bother to fix it. The staff closes the office when they are doing tours or for whatever reason and that can take a very long time. It can be very frustrating when you are home for a limited time during business hours and the office is closed. At Pietra, there was a community discussion board that allowed tenants to keep others informed.. That is gone... I would not recommend living in the first building facing Cave Creek road because the traffic noise is very loud especially with the fire station around the block. I enjoyed living at this complex when it was Pietra but now its over-priced for what you get.

The Reserve at Cave Creek is a great place to live. It is located in North Phoenix close to the best parts of the city. This is the only community in the Phoenix area that offers a fully enclosed sun porch to their residents. There is nothing like this place in the Phoenix area. Prices are reasonable and the community offers very modern accommodations. The staff is helpful and very friendly. It is a good place to live. It is a smoke free community also. The Reserve is a good alternative to renting in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek, and Paradise Valley. If you have to rent you should check this place out.

Josie is AMAZEBALLS! She was super accommodating to my crazy busy schedule with trying to finish all the steps to moving in. The apartments themselves are super update and even have recycling and valet trash pick up. Josie made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help us with our application process as well as very good at communicating everything we needed. I have had some bad landlords in the past but was pleased when I met her and she has a great positive energy! Very glad this is a gated community and the pool is a nice sparkling bonus. Very happy you have a choice between a patio and sunroom as well ! Would give more stars if i could.

Wonderful apartments. Originally Condos so they have many custom upgrades. Large windows, updated kitchens and high ceilings. Front office staff is helpful, friendly and available. Especially Jessica and Norma. Love my new place here.

Lived here since 2016. Awesome amenities, staff, and layout. Super helpful and friendly staff. 24 hour gym and pool. Recently reconstructed gym, pool, clubhouse, and office. Gated community and they keep up on trimming grass, bushes, and trees. Office always holds packages for me for convenience.

The employees at the office are really nice! Everybody here is friendly and the apartments look great.

We are so happy we moved here! My husband and I were crunched on time to find a new place to live, and the front office understood this and did everything in their power to help us. They were incredibly kind and helpful during the whole process. We toured the property, signed the lease, and got our keys all in the same day! Our experience since move in has been nothing but positive. There are weekly resident events that help build a sense of community here on the property. The pool and club house are great places to hangout. Dog friendly, family friendly- we will be here for a while!

........I promised to update this review ...Here is the update.... Yes there will me some extra charge on top of rent but its worth it.....Josie at front desk and others as well are extremely helpful....I signed the lease when I was 2000 miles away....While I was skeptical initially ...I made correct choice....Club house and swimming pool (excellent) and gym (little small) but are emacculate and well maintained.... Minor issues in the apartment that gets taken care off fast.....While I havent seen other apartments either ...I am glad I didnt have to go visit different places to find one.......These are competitive apartments and spacious and well maintained....I am sure the new management will excel....

The office staff has been more than accommodating. They follow up with phone calls for lease signing and some maintenance issues. It’s a very nice place to live. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other.

They are so accommodating, and truly care about their tenants! One star for quick maintenance response and polite staff.But I believe their politeness is for charging you. You will definitely pay much more than you expected, since the moment you sign a contract, and even after you move out. I left before the contract ending, and paid off for all following months, then guess what? I was charged for water, sewing, garbage etc., while I was thousands miles away.Seriously, if you are rich and dont care about additional unexpected charges (about 25% per month and more when move out), this is a good place for you. Otherwise search some places else.

Peaceful outdoor environment, beautiful details in living spaces (arches, moulding,baseboards), upgraded kitchen and lighting fixtures. Love the valet trash pickup service (but trash compactor OVERFLOWS on weekends). Parking situation needs improvement, VERY few spaces and guest parking is essentially non-existent. Some staff members are amiable but wish more were approachable.Overall residents are friendly! Events are really fun thanks to the CARES team! GO CARES TEAM!!

This place is great. Its well maintained, gated community and all the ladies in the office are the best. If I ever needed anything fixed they are on top of it. I suggest to anyone looking for a place to live there is the place!

I have been living at the reserve on Cave Creek for about 3 months. I love the apartment, I love the location. Thats about it, I have been nothing but very very respectful ever since I have moved in and this is actually my first apartment. Our second month moving in September our A/C unit ended up going out. I contacted the front office, Gina told me she would get someone out there to fix it. Mantainence guy came out and said we needed a new unit I said okay fine, he brought in a portable A/C unit. They brought in a new AC unit and its been crashing on and off this entire month. We are expected to pay full months rent. I went in after he third time and I was a little flustered, made my point and they basically told me the same story. The apartment above me also has their A/C broken. They either arent fixing what needs to be fixed or they are just cheap and dont want to get it fixed the right way. Its frustrating because we pay full rent and in my lease Im supposed to have working AC. Its Arizona in the middle of the summer and they act like Its such a surprise that Im upset. I will be moving next year

The leasing agents were so welcoming I felt at home as soon as I stepped in to inquire on a place. The apartments are so nice inside and out. I loveeee the layouts with the sunroom can’t beat that for a couple extra bucks. Man cave ? Or maybe adult living room ? So many great ideas. The area is nice as well, everything is pretty much up the light driving distance, local shopping store, few fast foods and gas station. Everything you need is right there!

Convenient location, very limited first parking

The apartments are large and nice inside. The downfall is the other tenants. Especially the dog owners. They let their dogs to their business anywhere and at the bottom of the stairwells because they are too lazy to actually walk them. It always smells like either urine or smoke. And the courtyards bbq area is basically a big dog toilet. I would never cook out there or let a child play in that grass. I left after the final straw of MJ smoke everywhere. It Seeped into my apartment and I felt like it attached itself to me when I would walk to my car. So yes, the apartments are nice and cheap. But the neighbors and area.... not so much.

The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly....and if we ever needed anything done by maintenance (which was rare) the supervisor Zenon always was fast, friendly, and kept us updated on the process the whole way.

I have had a great experience with this apartment. The staff is very professional and friendly. CARES is awesome too! Highly recommend.

If I can give this place ZERO STARS i would! This place scammed me! I have perfect rental history and make the income needed and once i did their application i paid $40 and all they cared about was my credit as their only reason to deny me! Never in my life have I ever been denied an application just for an apartment! They recommend you to get 3 even 4 co-signers so that they can charge $40 each just so that can collect the money and deny you right then and there. Theyre taking all applications everywhere even those on Section 8 and guess what? Theyll take your money and have Transunion DENY you on the spot! This place isnt even worth what theyre asking for! Theyre asking that you have perfect 800 credit score and 4 times the income for what? TRAILER TRASH VALLEY! Go outside and your next door neighbor lives in a trailer home, on all sides of this apartment complex. Thats all this place is, is an apartment in the middle of trailer trash hillbilly territory! Since when do people get denied for their credit and credit only on an apartment application? They didnt even ask for a deposit because they already know they werent going to go that far with their scam of tricking any and everyone! How pathetic, needy and low down can you be?! Their so slick and scandalous that they only spend $5/month on Transunion credit service subscription, yet theyre taking thousands of applications, charging them $40 each then they will flat out deny you without factoring anything else. Thats how they are scamming the system! BEWARE!! What do they think this place is Scottsdale Condos? I can see if I was denied there, but not here in the middle of Trailer Trash Valley!!! This place isnt even safe enough to walk your children around. I know I dont trust my little children playing or even walking on trailer trash grounds! Youll see drunken hillbillys climbing the gates in the night trying to vandalize and break into your car. PLAIN OUT SCAM OF A PLACE!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Excellent service and clean properties so far.I see how there are old negative reviews, but Ive lived here so far for about 2 months without issues. Management is on que, courtyards are kept generally clean except for some waste here and there which isnt bothersome and technically not their fault but the tenants.Rooms are phenomenal, no maintenance issues and no pests. High quality furnishing.No noisy neighbors and clean facilities.Overall things have been great here. Ill update the review on move out in 6 months (they were very reasonable and accommodating for short term leases).

Beautiful complex, large well kept apts, pet friendly, great pool area/gym! ...Not what it seems once you’re living there. Spent two years there, first was great, second the place has gone to the dogs. Riff raff moved in, lots of crime and noise, staff doesn’t seem to care, the place is consistently filthy and there will be trash left all over the place for months.Nice physical apartments but I would not recommend to a friend.
