Great appreciation to maintenance worker Sergio . He always have great customer service no matter what time a day or night to fix a problem going on at my apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great place to live and very kind staff.

I was very disappointed because Ive been looking forward to inquiring at these apartments. No point in setting up an appointment online to view what youre interested in. I went through the process, confirmed with someone via text, and then when I arrived, they gave me the key to go view something I was nowhere near interested in- I even chose the apartment I was interested in online which was disregarded. The lady in the front justifies this by saying she tried to call me to verify (which was right), yet I tried to call back and no answer. Also, no voicemail was left on her part leaving any details or information. She nonchalantly said she tried to email me and quickly tried to changed the topic- which is false because I navigate through my email all day and didnt receive anything, even in spam or junk mail.Also, a lady was working in the office with her toddler there. Definitely not professional and gives a bad first impression to future residents.

First time apartment lease on my own and have to say its very cozy the one bedrooms are spaciouse. They keep the pool clean all year round. People here are kind and the staff are helpful. Ive been living here about 6 months now. A bit expensive but other than that i have no complaints worth mentioning.

The Broadstone Desert sky apartments have been simply amazing. When I move from California they made everything happen I was truly blessed to be able to begin my new journey with my family and my Broadstone family. I love it here.

If youre looking for professional staff and honest and hard-working maintenance staff, then take the nearest exit to Broadstone Desert Sky for apartments. I have been here for about two years and I still feel brand new.You have to come by and see the newly renovated clubhouse and offices, the renovated pool and spa, gym, and upcoming new extension to the gym that will have a spin cycle area.This is home to me and I feel safe and welcomed by the other residents who also live here. I have been living at Broadstone Apartments 2 years. Rented a 3 bedroom then downsized to a 1 bedroom when my roommates left. These apartments are beautiful! And the location is so awesome! Located directly next to a strip mall and a HUGE mall right around the corner from that. Restaurants GALORE!!! Right off the freeway. Bus stop right on the block within walking distance. Apartments are BIG with all appliances included, Granite counters in kitchen, wine racks etc. The swimming pool is HUGE!!!! The hot tub is warm, The gym is STATE OF THE ART!!! What more can you ask for? Ive never had any issues with office staff. They accept all packages and service orders are completed in a timely fashion. Community is quiet and beautiful with great neighbors. Again, what more can you ask for? I read some people complaining about bugs but I personally have never had any issues.

The office is very unprofessional about fixing problems they don’t keep up with the work orders and happen to get upset if you question them it’s not luxury living it’s very GHETTO and with the amount you pay to live here it’s unacceptable I would recommend anyone not even an enemy to live here save your self the headache from living here

We have lived here for 1.5 yrs. We will be moving soon due to buying a home. I have zero complaints. The office has been very helpful offering answers to any questions we have, and we have never felt unhappy with their service. The apartment maintenance guys are really good at answering any service requests in a timely manner. When we first moved in there were some small pests but they had someone come spray and its been about 1 yr 3 months since then and we havent seen anymore. A few things have happened here, like my backpack getting stolen out of my trunk, but I left my car unlocked..... I dont recommend that in this area. Its not an amazing neighborhood but its gated, and its pretty hard to get in without the codes. The apartment itself is luxurious and has granite and a fireplace, and they never raised our rent when we renewed in August. They even let us sign a 6 month at the same rate knowing we would be buying our home soon. I recommend this for married couples or singles. Maybe not so much for people with kids only because its hard to keep them quiet and respectful of neighbors. :-)

Very nice complex, and professional staff.. Michael did all he could to find an appropriate unit for my parents to rent.. Unfortunately someone beat them to it.. Regardless Michael was very professional and attempted to find my parents the handicap unit they were in need of...Dont hesitate to rent from this beautiful location/property...Thank you for trying to find my parents a beautiful thoughtful place to live!JonAllen

My family and I loved here December 2017 and we love it! The staff is friendly and we have not run across an issue that they havent fixed in a prompt manner. Micheal made our decision to move here, a great one.

I’ve lived here for 6 1/2 years and I love the staff... Marilyn, Jeanine, Fresia, Terri, Sergio, Juan, Obee and Mike too! They are professional, respectful and will help in any way that they can to make sure our living environment stays clean and well taken care of. I’m a little OCD so the environment is very important to me and I appreciate them all for everything that they do.., and that’s why I’m still here! Oh and of course the amenities are very nice.., hot tub is my favorite!Happy Holidays💋

I stayed at Broadstone Desert Sky for 10 weeks over this past summer. The management here cannot be beat. Janine, Marilyn, Michael and Freshia were the most accommodating and caring individuals I have ever dealt with in regards to leasing an apartment. They all went out of their way to make me feel welcome in a new city for a new job and truly made my time greatly improved. The apartment itself was extremely clean and everything was in working order. There is a pool and gym that I took advantage of during my time here, the pool could get pretty crowded but the gym was usually not too busy. The complex is gated and parking spots are numbered to ensure you have an area to park. The other tenants were quite a range however. Many were nicer older people however there were some who seemed of questionable character. Overall I greatly enjoyed my time here most importantly due to the management.

Come home to a positive management experience with a sparkling pool and spa. Barbecue grills, weight room and a surprise New training room i.e. can you spin? Dogs and Cats welcome. Make BroadStone Desert Sky your new 🏡. Dont forget the Billiards with cable TV.

Honestly I’m very upset! They took $148 from me just so they could deny me because THEY RAN my credit and background incorrectly, the email says that my credit score is at 467 yet my credit report says something completely different! Come to find out it will take 10 DAYS for me to get my $100 back because the lady’s in the office are to lazy to actually do their work! I would stay away and save your $148 they will run your credit INCORRECTLY and when you call them to ask why they don’t say anything! Super annoying

I dont live here but I called to get some information and the lady on the phone was the rudest ever. I kept trying to ask basic information like prices and deposits etc..she kept telling me to just come to the office, and I explained everytime that I live 2 hours away and I couldnt do that. Every other apartment complex in the area was so kind and able to give me the info I needed. I dont know what the deal is with this place. Just based off a phone call, I would not chose to live here

Love this complex. The apartments are huge they are like mini houses. A bit expensive but the amenities are great too. And so close to everything and next door to the concert pavilion and some concerts you.can actually hear pretty well from the pool

Great for 3 years, until the tenants they started accepting, changed. Its not safe here and management is not interested in your personal safety, especially when it involves their NEW tenants. If you complain; expect to be in violation, just as well, even if youre not the cause of the problem. They will treat the one whos doing the harassing as the victim. Ive been here for a few years with no major issues, and then this new tenant felt entitled enough to curse at children and charge at me. Apparently, this is acceptable behavior.Expect management to do nothing, but provide a violation on the behalf of the one whos retaliating for the complaint and send them one as well to make it equal. (Good people who do nothing or remain neutral, are just as bad).My husband is a vet, and currently has PTSD. Which is sad, because they know of our character, and they are aware of this tenant and their vulgar display of bad behavior. But apparently that is not for grounds to make a clear determination in whats really going on. They will not provide a resolution, and have no intent to mediate this out. Their only loyalty is your rent money, and whatever fees they can add for their inconvenience. There should be a some sort of expectation when it comes to their residents safety. But the location is just as bad, so the level of consistency is there.Plus, if you inquire about the several police cars, and a crime scene vehicle on the premises, expect no explanation. Their priceless response; is to ACT just as clueless as you. Or if they really dont know whats going on within their complex, then you now have a clear understanding in the level of their concern.

Upon moving in we liked this place, 2 years later we cant wait till our lease is up so we can move. Raising rent while the condition of the buildings go down. Cheap carpet that stains easily. I hear horror stories from people that moved out that the office would charge them up to $700 AND keep their security deposits because the carpet was too bad to keep. What carpet is $700 because its not the garbage they are putting in the apartments.? I constantly have strangers parking in my designated space or along the curb which makes it difficult for me to back out. The pool is full of people that dont live here on the weekends.Outdated for the price. Take your money down the street and get a newer apartment that cost less!

Very spacious apartments! I have a friend I frequently visit who lives there. And Im always impressed with the space they have. I put 3 stars because I havent experianced all that this place has to offer yet. But I will update once I do!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Got harassed by the security trying to visit my family after coming back into town, he threatened to tow my car and said if we were to swim in the pool my car would be gone when we got out. I had the gate code to get in and still followed me in and parked his golf cart behind my car and sat there, i asked him what i could help him with and he gave me attitude and said “with what?!” . absolutely disappointed in this complex.

These apartments are trash! Overpriced and raggedy. The property is going down day by day, yet rent keeps going up and up. They dont clean the landscaping anymore, they never answer the phone in the office. Trash dumpsters always overflowing with old dirty furniture piled next to them. Oh did I mention Big Rig trucks constantly park in the apartments and block parking from us tenants. Were currently dealing with a water shutoff that has lasted over 16 hours now, with no running water. Dont waste your money, keep looking!!!

A couple of my buddies stay at Broadstone. I visit the place very frequently. Their fully furnished apartments are furnished like decent hotel rooms. I love the pool and it is a great place in terms of vibe.

I’m very upset. I never Had an issue with them except a the apt having bed bugs that i oaid Out of my own pocket to get exterminated twice and ended up having to throw away furniture. You would think paying 1350 a month for a two bedroom apt we wouldn’t have had that issue. Upon move out due to the rent, we left the whole apt clean. I spent Hours cleaning the apt to receive back my deposit, i soent An hour alone scrubbing just the oven. Out of all apt I’ve rented before this is the first i didn’t get back some of my deposit. My deposit was 275, conveniently the things they were charging me added up to 774.32, leaving me with noting left. I got Charged for a cleaning fee 100, carpet repair which i got Professional cleaned and gave them a copy of the receipt when i turned my keys in, charged for replacement of 3 light bulbs, 3 stove burners, early vacant fee which i called The lady in the office asking her by what day did we have to notify if we were going to renew our contract or move out so we didn’t get penalized for a late notice fee and got charged anyways. The lady in the office told me that 25 dollar deposit was needed for the gym key, if i returned It upon move out i would Get 25 back automatically, i didnt Even get that back because conveniently. After all their charges of the apt after i moved Out added to 275. If they were going to charge me 100 cleaning fee i should Have just left the apt in the condition it was in and just moved my things, it would have saved me the hours i spent cleaning!

I stayed here for 8 months. Nice facilities, responsive management. Little drama. I found this to be a good value. I am happy to recommend Broadstone Desert Sky.

If you dont mind spending a little more for rent than other places then this is a nice place to be.

I live here now and everyone in the complex shows so much respect and their so positive, no one creates commotion and its fun playing peaceful outside .

Just moved out of this place. I would not recommend. The grounds are messy, lots of trash around the garbage cans by the pool and mailboxes. There was a pile of about 30-40 cigarette butts sitting by the bottom of my stairs for about 3 months along with broken glass. Dont expect to get your depsoit back no matter how clean your apartment is upon leaving, also got charged an arm and a leg to replace carpet that was nearly immaculate.An upside is the gym is nice. The pool area is also nice but on the weekends expect it to be noisy and crowded with alot of people that dont live here.

This place is really nice. Property is well maintained and plenty of amenities!

Just get the water fixed and back on. So families can enjoy New Years Day 2019.

First of all the rent is waayyy too expensive when half the damn fitness equipment do not work! U can’t use The theatre during the summer months cause it’s way too hot inside the theatre we tried cutting on the AC didn’t change or help so we jus left & never used it again, can’t enjoy the jacuzzi due to underage kids looking at u placing they hands in the water when they should be supervised & not even near the pool area, kids never go in the House I’ve heard kids loud outside playing as late as 10:00 at night on a school night. It’s accidents 24/7 someone literally ran into the gate at the entrance. Not Safe! Neighbors did nun but fight & argue 24/7 and you could hear them clearly tussling. They dish out evictions so don’t be 10 days or less behind cause they will evict u even if u offer half the amount owed. We constantly saw UHauls those was not ppl moving in! They dish out evictions they do not care about they tenants. Dog poop all over the ground because they allow pets & the tenants DO NOT clean up after they dogs, dogs barking loud early in the morning waking u up, fridge went out took 2 days for them to fix it, mailbox look like somebody tried to literally break into it it was very damaged and appeared to be a attempted break in, office alarm always going off don’t ask me why, couldn’t get internet/ WiFi cause they said there’s no service I had no service on my cellular device in my apt, kept putting the wrong mail inside our mailbox after we told them numerous times they no longer reside at our address. The gate is never locked anyone can enter. Huge water bugs when we first moved in. I ordered 3 items only received 2 I believe someone stole 1 of my packages that was delivered. We found better a few blocks up for cheaper much much nicer! Do Not Move Here!Not Worth The Money!

After applying getting the runaround call today asked me for w-2s then when I request my money back said I had insufficient income when I make 70 grand a year.you dont even need w2 when you buy the car so how are the apartment request w2 from 2018 when they had my paycheck stubs and everything they needed

I have lived here almost a year and its by far the worst apartment complex. Looks are deceiving and one thing I will say is that you can pay for an upgraded apartment but have roach invested problems. I do not care for the management because there are not very caring and there very rude about the issues. As you can see the overall rating for the apartments in the apartmentguide rating its a 2.2 for reason. So when you are renting with this apartment company ask them how they up keep there pest control. They only up keep unless you ask, which this should be a necessity without asking. I would say BEWARE of what you get into.

This a fun family friendly property with a lot to offer!

The management is subpar never answer their phone and give you the go around. The water pipes have burst multiple times and they dont get them fixed on time. There have been days were we can go hours without water. No water for showering or using the bathroom. Work orders are done half way and never want to replace old equipment with something new.

I came to visit a friend and I loved the views, extremely friendly neighbors. If I were in the market Id be here first available unit.
