The Turn Apartment Staff have been great since I moved in. Since Day 1, I was greeted with friendliness from the entire staff. Amanda made the move in process very easier and comfortable. If any problems ever arises, the staff is there with the quickness to address any problems or concerns. I had a couple bumps in the road, and Amanda was very professional and understanding during trying times. Amanda and the team at the Turn are great, genuine, and very helpful people. The maintenance at this complex are beyond amazing. Jarvis has helped me on several different occasions every time very professional kind and helpful he is well educated in his job and is very respectful. You can tell he is a hard worker.And Steven is very professional as well He gets the job done with a smile, and very helpful. A few months back he was gone for about a week and was very missed I felt like the place fell without him. Over all both of these maintenance man work extremely hard and this complex Company should truly appreciate them.

We’ve been living here since 2014 and have went through several management changes. By far, this management company has been the best. Having a great staff and maintenance makes all the difference. A special shout-out to Robyn & Jarvis, you’re both wonderful!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We have enjoyed our time here immensely and have had little to no trouble in during our tenure here. I’m grateful to say we have built good relationships with the staff on site and feel 100% comfortable reaching out to them when needed. The maintenance supervisor, Jarvis, is absolutely amazing! He has been a pleasure to work with since day one. Anytime we have had an issue in our unit he has always responded promptly and taken care of the issue in a timely manner. He does great work and has always been very kind and honest with us. It’s a great feeling to know that if anything ever goes wrong in our unit that he will take care of the job swiftly and accurately. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quite gated community that isn’t super big.

I lived here for a year while saving to buy a house and it was amazing! The apartments are very spacious and designed lovely! Plenty of storage and the garages are perfect size for your car and extra storage. They have excellent amenities and the landscape and grounds were impeccable. All the office, maintenance, security, and groundskeeping staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. I always felt safe living here. If you are looking for a place to live...look no further!

The Turn is an amazing place to live! The staff is so friendly and attentive! Anything you need or want is no problem for them! I had a difficult dog and they totally understood all the weird requests that went down! They never made it hard to live here! If I didn’t have to move to another state... Amanda is VERY rude & gives you so much attitude. She is not helpful at all! She should be fire but her customer service is very poor & trys to be little you. The other staff is great and friendly but Amanda should be checked by her boss because she is mean & check your cameras on how she tried your clients there.This is the only reason why I left this apts cause of her. You lost a customer because her rudeness.

We’ve lived at The Turn Apartments for almost two years. It’s been a great place to live and have no complaints. The maintenance staff is top notch, respond and resolve issues very quickly. Our water heater in the garage had started to leak we noticed when we arrived home. Within thirty minutes of calling the after hours voicemail around 6:30pm Steve came diagnosed, replaced and disposed of the faulty water heater. I want to thank him for doing an exceptional job during his off duty time.

The Turn Apartments is one of the best in this locality. It has all the amenities that you would expect in luxury apartment community. It is safe, clean and well maintained. This is the only place Ive ever renewed a lease, and I would be renewing again if I wasnt moving to another state shortly. Our apartment is so beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, big closets, large fenced patio/balcony. The layout is so cute, the appliances are updated. I wish I could just pick up this apartment and take it with me to the next destination. Our unit is upstairs and in the corner of the complex, super private. Totally pet friendly. The maintenance team is super quick with getting things checked out, sometimes it takes a bit for parts but what can you do? Amenities are still super limited due to covid, so the once upon a time 24hr gym is restricted to business hours by appt only and same goes for the pool. The only thing that just SUCKS is the parking situation. Theres no assigned parking unless you want to pay for a garage for an extra 100ish a month. Im in the restaurant business so I tend to get home late when I work nights. Theres been over a dozen times Ive had to park in the residential neighborhood across the street, not too horrible since Im in a front corner unit but I have no idea how people do it that live in the back of the complex. Anywho, this is a very family oriented area with the school nearby and I havent ever really felt unsafe. Thank you for the last two years The Turn Management. Amanda youve been great and thank you to the maintenance team always being so friendly, greeting me with a smile and good morning whenever we crossed paths. 10/10 would recommend this rental community to anyone.

Even though I didnt end renting with The Turn due to the cost of rent, Robin and Amanda offered great customer service. If the circumstances were different I would defiantly rent here.

I love living at the turn . I have been here 10 months and I will be renewing my lease for another year. You cant beat the space and privacy that The Turn offers. The new management is great as well, very responsive and tends to our needs. Dont hesitate moving to the turn, a huge plus is that they offer garages. extremely hard to find anywhere else!

Love this place. Great, small & quiet community with premium amenities, luxurious floor-plans, great staff and beautiful outdoor hiking and scenery right outside the complex. I was on a tight window to make a move and Amanda took great care of me! She was very informative, communicated well, and made sure this was a smooth transition for me!

My boyfriend and I have been here for almost 11 months into our year lease, which we are not renewing for a couple of reasons. We moved-in leasing with the previous office staff and have been here for the turnover of the new management and office staff. We had a couple issues with the previous staff (mainly how maintenance handled the issues we had), but we have had even more problems with the new staff.Firstly, they rarely answer phone calls. When trying to inquire about our 60 day notice it took our neighbors giving us an email they had to finally get any kind of communication (I had called and left a couple of voicemails beforehand asking for a returned call and never got one). When we finally got an email back they had us go sign a paper which was left on the front window for social distancing purposes, which I understand to an extent, but it also had our personal information on it and that didnt sit right with me to leave out unattended for anyone to see.Second, we rent a garage from them and one day we came home and it was unlocked and some of our things were missing. We went to the office to let them know/ ask if they knew why, and they said they had been trying to contact us and left multiple papers on our garage. I can say with certainty we never received any notifications, and there were never papers on the garage. I use it everyday and I would have noticed. They said that they took some of our things out so that we would go see them about an issue and needing us to move garages for a short time. This didnt make much sense to me, and I felt uncomfortable that they moved our things without notice.Also, throughout the pandemic there have been little to no communication about facilities being open or not. When the pools were opened again all apartments received a flyer indicating the stipulations for using the pools. The gym remained closed, and when my boyfriend and I would go to the pool the other residents were respectful of the rules set in place. The pools got shut down again a second time and then opened again (at least thats what our understanding was), and now no one knows when the pool is or isnt open because it is not communicated to anyone, and they are consistently locked during strange parts of the day. Someone recently mentioned our gym was going to reopen on the 1st of September and when our neighbors tried to go it was locked and no one was in the office, and no one has been the last couple days.Lastly, the reason that sparked me to write a review. I had an amazon package that was being delivered today and the driver had to message me asking how to get into the mail room because no one was in the office. I had to drive down to the mail room so he could deliver the packages for myself and other residents. This was at 1:30 p.m. and it is a Wednesday. Apparently they are only closed Sunday and Monday. The driver commented that he has been told by fellow drivers that our office staff is difficult to deal with and that they always have issues with them.There are other things that have been issues, but these are some of the situations that have impacted our time here.Recently there have been a couple of incidences where police and swat were involved. There have also been situations where peoples cars have been intruded if they were left unlocked, my boyfriends included. Whoever went in his car stole a couple of things- mainly anything that was some kind of silver.On a positive side- the apartments themselves are nice and have upgraded features. We have really enjoyed being close to the golf course and having access to the trail behind the complex. I gave 3 stars because even though we have had the issues weve had, my boyfriend and I would have renewed our lease if it wasnt for us needing more space than the one bedroom offers. I personally can deal with a frustrating office staff for the benefit of the location of our apartment in the complex, and being so close so the golf course.

The manager Amanda O. was extremely helpful and professional. I was helping a friend find a new apartment and they helped answer all our questions. They have great customer service. I look forward in my friend moving in!

Disgusted of the poor and unprofessional handling of a tenant walk through, that during the COVID-19 pandemic caused a lack of clarity and assurance of charges related to vacated apartment.Management was changed 1 week prior to our vacating and disallowed is from being present for the walk through.We had been living in the apartment for 2.5 years and many of the issues related to the move out charges were there prior to move in and never fixed by previous management.Damages caused by the maintenance staff was then charged to us and no consideration was made by the office manager. Her statement was, “the current charges will remain.”She would not pick up a call nor respond to a verbal conversation, instead sent emails and pictures that did not reflect the pictures we took prior to leaving.The worst part is they entered the apartment during the pandemic for “filter” and apartment inspection, but would not allow us to be present for the final walk-through.No opportunity was provided to fix any issues prior to charges, such as cleaning or at least be visually present to acknowledge said damages.Normal wear and tear was then assumed to be recent and they charged for full replacement, when they stated only a deep clean was needed.The office manager is unethical and unprofessional in her disposition and for the money paid for rent, which we were never late nor short on, was not taken into account and we were treated unfairly.I do not recommend this location nor doing business with this management company and if you do decide to lease, make sure to document and pressure them to allow you to be present so they don’t take advantage of someone else.

I love the staff and how reliable they are. the apartments are so quiet and there’s never really any disturbances. they have helped so much with the financial burden COVID19 has caused. i would recommend this community to anybody!

I love this apartment community with the exception of one thing: no parking!!!!!! If you do not get here at or around 6:00pm, you will not have a place to park, literally!! And if you park anywhere other than a parking space, you will get towed. There is no assigned parking and no signs stating that you will be towed and no phone number to contact the towing company in the event you do get towed. If I had not spoken to a neighbor, I would not have known about the piece of paper posted in the mailroom with the towing companies name. No phone number. They tell you on this piece of paper that they have the most affordable garages for rent. That’s great but not after the fact!!!! This is a despicable way to extort money from people! If you are the type of person who never goes anywhere in your car after 6:00pm, then this place is for you. If not, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There is no street parking either.

Ive been renting in the Phoenix area for almost 2 decades now, and this location was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting. We put down a deposit on a unit with a scheduled move in date 3 months out, only to get a call back a week prior to move in that the current tenants wanted to stay and the unit was not available to us any longer, as they had already signed a new lease. In addition, we could not get our deposit back. If we wanted to move forward we had to pick a different unit from whatever they had available. This abrupt change pushed our moving timetable back 2 additional weeks, and we had to reschedule our movers, our utilities, and mail forwarding. To make this work, we also had to pay a rental premium to stay over on a month-month basis at our old complex as well.Once we got there, our unit was far from move in ready. It took full 2 days of additional work to get it ready. Even still, once all the issues were resolved, we then got to experience $300/month power bills (see attached) from the ineffective A/C that couldnt keep the apartment below 81 during the peak of the day.The A/C compressor averaged a 16-17 hour run time each day in June (pretty much continuous from 9A-2AM the next day). In addition, the sound levels emitted by the A/C unit were in the 70-75dB noise level range, and vibrated the roof and walls of the unit. (look this up for comparison, roughly equivalent to driving a car on the highway). Attempts to fix it were met with Thats just how it is, nothing we can do. As we were on the 2nd floor, we also got vibration through our floor from the A/C unit below us. Our neighbors reported similar issues after speaking with them.Note: Our unit had single pane windows which were extremely ineffective at keeping heat out.We tried to work out a solution with management, but again -- more fees to move us to a different unit, as well as a refresh of our lease to a new 13 month lease.Due to this disparity between the quality/cost of the unit and our needs for quiet living, we ended up having to break our lease (Note, we were only living there for 4 months out of the 13 month lease) as we could not afford the 2500+ KWh power bills each month, nor the continuous vibration that kept us from sleeping without using sleep pills.Breaking a lease and having to pay for 60 days of not residing there was a very expensive experience which we hope to never repeat.

Moved in last month. The service from both the leasing office and maintenance are A+. Very professional and friendly. The apartment Manager Louis was very accommodating. The grounds are kept nice and cleaned up. Complex is pretty quiet. Other reviews complained about parking but we have had or seen no issues. The pool is very big and clean. Weve been here for over a year and we really like it. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves. It is so very quiet and peaceful too. Overall I really have no complaints and we will keep living here until we find our house.

I moved in recently and I am enjoying my condo/apt so far. I love the location of not only my condo, but the neighborhood in general. The front office staff are really friendly and made the move-in process simple and stress free. The grounds appear to be kept very clean, people are friendly in the community, and it is mostly quiet.

We moved out of state to the turn. Louis was very helpful explaining and showing everything to me prior to my family arriving to as. During our time living at the turn Louis was his team always helped with any problems. The apartment was beautiful and I loved the updates. They also allow bigger dogs and have a dog park to enjoy.The move out process was very easy and I felt like they charged appropriately and werent trying to over charge me. The only downfall was parking but I know the apartments are working on fixing that problem. Overall I loved my time at the turn apartments and would recommend anyone to live at the turn.

I have no clue what they look like from the inside. I went to look at them 7/1/13 but they had an Out to lunch sign on the door. I called & left a message but 3 days later and no one has bothered to call me back. Might be nice but management is worse than poor if this is acceptable staff practice.

This place looks good but it’s over priced. You could be in a better neighborhood for the cost of living here. Louis is kind up until move in. He rushes you off the phone when you have questions or concerns. Day of move in AC was not working.even went out during us living here). Apartment was not professionally cleaned but they will charge you if you don’t leave it professionally cleaned. Bathroom drawers were off track. Also be clear that you don’t move in with a satellite already installed because you will be charged for that upon move out as well. No parking after 6pm. For your money you could be somewhere just as nice w/ better management and area.

Not sure I wanna live here? I remember visiting my uncle as a kid when he lived here and I was in love with the apartment and most of these reviews are great... However there is the one about shootings and it being a nightmare and uncle is used to be a criminal and it currently in jail I believe so Im not sure?....

RUN!!! Probably one of the most unfriendly and sad apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in! Day one moving in, bedroom door won’t close, kitchen drawer won’t open, closet door is broken, WASHER AND DRYER won’t work! And to add to that, AC wasn’t working! This all was going on the day of the move in! We were moving out of state, had a 3 day drive and was shocked what we arrived to.Louis is very unintelligent, didn’t even give an apartment tour, was hard to talk or reason with when it came to issues in the apartment itself. Neighborhood is unfriendly and loud, cops are in the area like every week what it seems like. My neighbors were passed out drunk and stoned at 6AM in front of their door. It stunk of alcohol and throw up and they would never clean it up! The apartment I lived in the dishwasher wouldn’t open all the way, because of the oven handle that’s on the bottom was in the way. In the bathroom there’s no handles to open drawers so if your hands are wet or you just got out of the shower forget about getting into a drawer to get anything. So that’s that, long time coming review. Good luck everyone and RUN!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Management sucks and their report system is a joke. There is never parking, and on a nightly basis you can hear your fill of gunshots and police sirens within close proximity of the apartment.

We have lived here for over 9 years, rent paid on time every month, and it has been an absolutely awfull experience, things never get fixed, the office is rude n very unprofessional, they do help with any problems, the criminal activity has drastically went up, and there is absolutely no parking my car has been towed because of were the office told me to park, and yet rent seems to go up 100 bucks every year, we about 1500 a month, for a two bedroom, and it is definitely not worth the money or the headache.MY ADVICE IS DO NOT RENT HERE DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Moved in 2 weeks ago. So far so good. Staff super friendly and professional. Beautifully updated apartment homes. Parking towards evening time can be tough. Main pool is awesome and clean! Seems that the main pool is cleaned and maintenanced often but 2nd pool needs more tlc. Very diverse complex and I feel safe. A couple maintenance issues havent been resolved yet but Im patient as we were told theyd be taken care of. Ill update my review if this changes.

This place is a joke!! I cannot wait till my lease is up. The parking here is horrible and it’s the luck of the draw if they decide to tow your car or not. My car has been towed twice now. My roommates car was opened and pushed into the middle of the road one night and SURPRISINGLY they didn’t decide to tow her car. We have had people hop the fence from the golf course and just hangout on our stairs. They know parking is horrible but aren’t understanding when you have no place to park. The speaker in the front never works so you can’t order delivery unless you are willing to walk to the front to get the food. It’s honestly harder to get out of this place than to get in unless you are hoping the fence. The walls are very thin I just recently heard my neighbors in some sort of brawl and there was blood splatter on the sidewalk when I left for work the next day. If you try and buy a garage so you don’t get towed they are all occupied and I have seen two just full of random stuff for a hoarder that owns both of them. I have now decided to document everything until I leave this place. They remodeled the leasing office and it looks great BUT don’t let it fool you because you are having to use a key card to open the front gate. It’s 2018 who doesn’t use fobs these days?! Money was not well spent.

The staff especially Louis are terrible, unfriendly and unintelligent. I have lived here 8 mos and when we first moved in they never cleaned my apt. And even though they promised to they never did.Their rental policies are the worst and their fees for water taxes etc are outrageous their web portal for payments is always inaccurate so we get charged late fees because we never know the correct amount.DO NOT RENT HERE
