We chose this company to replace our old ac...on the advise of a neighbor who worked for the company.....BIG MISTAKE....we were looking for a new quality unit...instead...without our knowledge...they sold us a discontinued carrier unit....they installed it.....damaged the ceiling opening (which i had to repair).....one month later...middle of summer...the new unit blows up...there were no replacement units...anywhere in the us.....so they had to install a rescue motor......bottom line....HUGE HASSLE....they offered a free 10 year service contract as compensation...HERE is the kicker...called their service dept....guess what? they dont have a service dept anymore....i know this because another neighbor who had marlin install their ac and who was having problems..called and was informed they no longer had a service dept....so i guess our service contract is worthless.....Also...apparently marlin installed a bunch of units in our sub division because i have talked to several neighbors who have had major issues with improper and substandard ac installation......in summary....DO NOT choose this company...you will be sorry...

Anselmo with Marlin Services was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. I was happy to purchase the package pricing so I can get my unit serviced again in the fall by this company. I will refer Marlin and Anselmo to friends and family in the future for sure.

I had a new gas line run for a new gas stove. Everything from the scheduling Dorena took care of, the permitting Norm took care of and the actual installation Lonnie and Cole did was great work. Also because my stove hadnt arrived in time for the install Lonnie and Cole took extra time to stop back out and hook it up and make sure everything was working.My thanks to the crew at Marlin!

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

Robert Mitchell was extremely helpful when I was in need of changing my A/H and Condenser. He was professional and informative. Thank you and I look forward to continuing using Marlin in the future.

I needed a plumber. My toilet wasnt flushing and was coming up in my shower. Marlin came out, charged me $89.95 told me I needed a new toilet and that would be about $500. They, of course, would apply that initial charge to my service. Fortunately for me, I knew a toilet and installation shouldnt cost that much and told them no thanks. Walked away $90 poorer. I get a real plumber out and turns out my toilet is just fine. I have roots in my line. I tried to call Marlin and have them refund my $90, but they stated that Steven tells everyone that calls that it is $89.95 to come out and look for the service charge. Except I have a problem with that. Steven didnt tell me that. For that price, I would have gone with another company. In fact, I did after the Marlin plumber couldnt even take the time to properly diagnose my issue. It was $69 to come out and the plumber took the time necessary to thoroughly assess the repair.Bottom line - In my opinion, Marlin does not care about you or your plumbing issues...only getting their $89.95 and whatever other cash they can get you to cough up. I mean really? $500 for a toilet?!?

I called Marlin Services needing someone to look at our water heater which had been leaking and was shut off. It was warranty work. I spoke to Dorena who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she even offered to have someone come out the same day. I had called another company and they were reluctant to come out at all and the best they could do was 3 days, so I was ecstatic to find a company so helpful.Lonnie and Cole showed up when promised and even though this particular water heater had a recirculation line (which was more work, and I didnt know to mention that when calling), they cheerfully went to work and replaced the water heater and hauled the old one away. They were friendly and efficient and the whole overall experience with this company was excellent. I would highly recommend Marlin Services.

Just got my A/C repaired by them. Pretty happy with the job they did. They were on time and were quick with fixing my A/C.

Ive dealt with Marlin three times. Each time they have done a great job for me, provided quick service, and not gouged me. Most recently I moved out of state, my tenants AC unit went out, I was able to deal with getting someone out there and getting the AC unit up and running within the hour, and they fixed the problem a a reasonable price without trying to up sell me. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with them. I purchased a brand new AC from Marlin a few years ago. With temps over 107, I am sitting in heat. Every single year, since purchasing the new unit, something has gone wrong. Many times the repair was not covered under warranty. Although I didnt want a citrus tree, something smells like a lemon.Who wants to bet that management wont respond to this comment?! Only compliments acknowledged, hmmm...

He is prompt knowledgeable and professional. He always explains what the plan is for checking my air condition. He is pleasant and respectable to me. I could not ask for a better service person from your company. I am so very pleased with him being assigned to me and I always hope he is my air conditioning man. I just had my A/C unit serviced by Robert last week and I have to say it was THE BEST experience Ive EVER had dealing with any service repair or maintenance call. Not only did he show up at the very beginning of the time requested...he even made a call to let me know when he was on his way. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct all the issues. Given Im not a professional A/C guy, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didnt make me feel stupid or intimidated to ask questions so I understood exactly what I was paying for and why the work needed to be done in the first place. Im an AZ native so trust me when I say Ive had plenty of dealings with A/C companies and techs in the past and nobody compared to the level of service and the UNBELIEVABLE results that I got from Robert and Marlin Services. Id recommend him and Marlin to anyone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price. Its hard to believe, but thanks to Robert, Im actually cold in Phoenix in the middle of May!!!!
