Arrived on time to do maintenance on AC. My technician, Lance, was friendly and polite. After service call he wrote a list of things that needed to be done in the future. I had him address a few of the issues l thought were most important. When he finished those repairs he asked if there was anything more he needed to do and told me I didn’t have to pay for the service charge if repairs were made. That was nice! My AC went out and my home warranty company dispatched a vendor that couldn’t come out for another 5 days. I canceled the service call and called Einstein’s and they were at my home within 30 minutes. Super informative and repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I had a amazing experience with Einsteins. I was referred to them by my mother after my hot water heater started leaking. They were able to come out the same day and replace the tank and also had the equipment to dryout the wet spot in my wall so mold would not grow.

I contracted this company to change out my Air Conditioning system. The salesman that came out to quote the job was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me ahead of time and what to expect. The install took most of the day. The guys worked very hard and respected the space they were working in. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and the system seems to be working well. No complaints

Our ac went out in the middle of the night. We called around and no one answered except Einsteins. They were able to have someone out supper early and were able to get us running right away. Very happy.

On January 2021 I called Einstein to repair my air conditioning units and to their credit they came out right away. They inspected it and told me i needed a new AC and they installed 2 units one for upstairs and one for downstairs that cost about 16k. I asked the gentleman who was doing the install if everything would work and he said yes and I asked if there were any issues and he said no. One important thing to mention was that they did not replace my air ducts and said they were going to use the same ones and everything was good. I asked if we needed new ducts since we were getting a new AC, I figured we get new ducts also but the technician insured me that all is well. He finished the install and tested it and said it all works and left. I called the week after and told them some rooms in my homes arent getting the air and they send out a technician to check it out and he said everything works (invoice 042622 & 042624)Fast forward to today, 8/03/21, I had an appointment with Einstein for maintenance and I also wanted them to check the air because some rooms still get no air even though they said its fixed. The gentleman held up a device that checked velocity and one room had 1.5 velocity while the other 3 rooms had .5, .5 and .3. He said I have three options to fix this and they ranged from 1k to 3k. I stressed to him that the technicians never said ducts were an issue and its ironic that after I pay the 16k, now there is an issue and id have to pay even more. I mean if my ducts were going to be an issue, should the company tell me that before I commit the 16k and expect it to work like promised. The gentleman understood my frustration and even wrote in his paper There was nothing mentioned about duct work in any of the prior visits (invoice 042732). He said he would have his manager call me to see if we can work something out.I never received the call from his manager and had to call them to speak to him. He then asked me to explain the situation, once I did, his response was well we installed the air condition units, not the ducts and the ac works so thats not our issue. It went downhill from there and nothing was done on their end to even attempt to work with me. I was never talked to that rudely before and how a man with an attitude like that is in a manager role baffles me. They were helpful and amazing until I signed the contract and after that it was me chasing them and them basically telling me I have no other choice. Be careful from companies like this. Make sure you get everything in writing.

Had a emergency issue at 9pm. They were able to have someone at my house before 10pm. Extremely happy with Einsteins Home Services for the fast response. Will definitely recommend.

Received the coupon in the mail and called them over for an analysis for a 20 yr old unit in 2020. It was recommended to be repaired rather than replaced back then and it included a 5 yr member deal. Proceed with the deal and had a working AC for the past year. Barely called them over and was planning to replace the unit this year. Asked for the quote during the free furon trip and called two months later for a new quote. The lady who answered the phone did not put me on mute which I can hear the managements attitude and refused to come out for a new quote. The website clearly indicated free quote any time but they refused to come out which Idk how it aligned with the companys mission and vision to serve customers. Today, they came out last time and indicated they cant proceed any repairs on the unit which the only option is to replace the unit. When I called in few months back, the new quote was rejected and the management did not even want to send somebody out for a new quote. Due to the inflation and demanded market, this company clearly doesnt wanna do business with customers who they cant generate profits from.

I called them at 7pm after finding out my ac stopped working sometime while i was at work. They were able to have a tech out to the house in under a hour and was able to get me back up and cooling using parts off the truck.

Tuned up my AC for summer, helped me make my unit more efficient and replaced a few parts to give it extra life. Didnt try to push an expensive new unit on me when we had the opportunity to make my unit last a few more years. Thankful for the help.

I decided to try Einsteins Home Services after my Ac stopped blowing cold air this summer. My unit is older and I have had to add freon to it the previous two years in a row.Not only were they able to get my system up and running again, but they were able to actually fix the leak so it will no longer need any in the future. My last guys just filled it and tried to sell me a new one.I appreciate actually fixing my system instead of trying to sell because it is old. When I buy new I will be using them.

Both units went down and Adrian was out here a couple hours later and fixed both units. He even brought a portable a/c for me to cool down during repair. Quick and respectful service.

Had a wonderful experience with Einstein’s! Had them come out to do a AC tune up. John showed up right on time with all safety protocols in place. He was pleasant and friendly got right to work. Found a small issue that could use repair and brought it to my attention without trying to sell me into anything. I opted for the repair and while we got all the papers signed and were talking a little he let the AC run to make sure it was good. Boy was it ha ha we were both like oooh it’s chilly ha ha! Very happy will use again in the future

Purchased a new Air Conditioning system and Water Heater combo for less then $100 per month. Closest other bid was over $200. Definitely call these guys before making any major decisions.

AC went out Saturday Night. Einsteins got it running by Saturday morning on Fathers day. Fantastic tech did a great job and was in and out quickly.

Heard they were running a special on the radio to flush out the hot water heater so I decided to give them a call. John came out to do the work while I watched. The amount of nasty sediment that he removed from my water heater was astonishing. I can not believe I have been bathing in that amount of filth. Everything is nice and clean now and working fine. Would recommend them to everyone

I switched to Einsteins after my last company could not stop my ac system from leaking out freon. Three times over 2 months my old company came out to add freon and some kind of leak stopping chemical without fixing the issue. Curtis from Einsteins found the leak in less then 30min and had it repaired during the same trip. These guys lived up to their name for me.

These guys have been great from start to finish. I originally had them service my Air Conditioning systems after seeing them at the Home and Landscape show last year. I called again yesterday after waking up with no hot water in my home and they were able to send someone out immediately to fix the problem. If i could leave a 6 star I would.

I scheduled a service call from a cold call. A guy on the phone offered me the world. Supposedly they we’re going to “tune up” the AC. A guy shows up and sprays the coils with a hose. Then runs through the system and creates an upsale quote and says that he cannot tune up until that work is done. Asked for the quote and they send you an email with the “quote” on a PDF that ends up being a flyer... This practice now brings questions on what the guy did up in my attic.... Do not recommend.

Our AC was not cooling the house so I did a request on yelp and they were the first to call me and it was right away at 8pm. Some other companies responded 3 days later. The service was excellent and easy. The technician that came out and explained everything and gave me options for my budget since I’m not working right now. I highly recommend them!

They have a Groupon out there that they don’t honor. Groupon buyer beware. Even after calling to confirm they service my area and was told yes and told them about the Groupon at the time of booking the appointment. They called back a week later to cancel saying they will not come to do the service on a Groupon. But no where on the Groupon did it have any restrictions not to mention their website says it services my area. Then a manager wasn’t available to speak with and was told I would get a call back the next morning. That didn’t happen. Poor customer service.

I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

I was able to have my vents serviced one day after I contacted them and was able to pay for the job remotely, which was very helpful as I am a property manager and didnt live in the same city as where the work was done. My air conditioner went out at 8pm and I needed someone out to fix it asap! I called these guys and The nice lady at the office sent out a technician right away. Lancelot showed up 35 minutes later. He went thru my unit and quickly found the problem. He had what I needed on his truck and quickly had us back up and running! Highly recommend!

We are very disappointed never used their service before . The guy was inpolite and arrogant, and he told us that something wrong with our ac just a few minutes after he arrived which we did not have the problem . Our ac is blowing cold air, and he supposed to come to do a maintenance . It did not work out for us . I will not use this company for any services . There are other companies who will treated customer better than them . Einstein is not the only one .

So, I heard on the radio commercial that Einstein are offering $24.99 tune-up service for your A/C. I called to schedule an appointment. I said Thurs or Friday would work for me. Brianna, the office girl scheduled me for 12-4 pm on Friday. I wrote that on my calendar and scheduled my day around it. I would be the 1st one in that time slot, she told me. I was told that I would get a phone call on Thursday to confirm that day/time works for me. Then I would get a call on Friday before the technician would come out.On Thursday I got no call. Early Friday morning I called their office and asked why I didnt receive a call on Thursday. She told me that I was scheduled for Saturday. Say what?When I asked for a manager to speak to, I was told one wasnt available. How these people have 5-star reviews is beyond me! Shouldnt there be a supervisor or manager available at all times? I would not trust these people if they cant so much as get their day and time straight! Einstein, the not-so-genius, needs to go back to school for a refresher course!UPDATE: The office girl got the scheduled day mixed up from Friday to Saturday (she is in training). I was busy for Sat and had already made plans after that for Friday because I cancelled with them due to being upset with them. Then I got a call from the manager when I had already made plans for the rest of the day on Friday. It would have been better if the manager was in the office right at the onset of the problem.Lancelot did show up in the afternoon on Saturday after I had completed my tasks. He was very kind and professional and seemed experienced. He did find a problem I didnt know I had on a newer unit. I wasnt overcharged, didnt get the repair because it was the fault of a different installer who failed to put a starter relay on the system. Therefore, I will be taking up that issue first with the other company.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AC OR HEATER REPAIRS, they are fraud.Mine is 5yrs old home and fairly new two AC units (big and small). I called Einstein home services to use their coupon for AC tune up. Technician called Lance came and as soon as he came he started showing all types of problems which don’t even exists. He went to attic and messed with gas connection and created a leak and all the Freon leaked out of my system in few days. He is a big fraud and came up with all the problems which don’t even exists and gave me a quote for $3000. I called another company and they showed me how he messed with gas connection in the attic and whatever problems he mentioned they confirmed that they don’t even exists.

I found the ad for Einstein’s Home Services on Next Door. In dire need for heater repair, I gave them a call. Within the hour, Carl arrived to check out our heat pump.He inspected and gave us a complete report on the condition, and explained the options for repair.He made the necessary changes, got us up and heating again in a short time.We are very pleased with the service and we will be establishing an account with Einstein Home Services in the very near future.Happy to have found a local tradesman who offers excellent service at an honest price.I’d recommend this business to anyone.Thanx, Carl. I noticed my unit was quieter than normal and the air blowing was warm. Lancelot went thru the unit and found the problem. He explained what would be involved with repair. And gave me replacement options as well. I went with replacement and my units been in a month now and I couldnt be happier. They even came and cleaned the ducts out and put in a air scrubber for me. The difference in air quality and utilities is huge! Thanks Lancelot and Einsteins home services! Highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a honest reliable company.

Technician was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing in great detail. We have had AC companies come out in the past and felt like we were getting taken advantage of and he really put our minds at ease and didnt make us feel that way at all.I called at 2:20 PM and there was a technician onsite by 4:30 PM. I know that the temperatures are bad now but it was very comforting to know that they were here fast.

I was having some trouble with my AC leaking inside my home. Read great Google and Yelp reviews about Einstein home services. I saw that they take health and safety measures seriously. I felt good about Einstein and called to schedule something. Whoever answered the phone was super sweet and professional. I dont remember her name.When the technician showed up he yells from a distance (50ft away), what happened!? I was confused thinking it was a random person but it was the technician🥴 Lance, the tech, walks up to my home without any personal protective equipment. No mask, no gloves, no booties. I proceeded to tell him whats going on. Hes super short and standoffish. I offer him a step stool / ladder to help him get to the unit since all he had in had was a drill and thin bag.He didnt even check anything. Just opened the covering and made his diagnosis right away telling me that I need a new unit. $7,500 for a 2 ton system. I let him know I dont have that kind of money at the moment... He takes thousands of dollars out of his pocket saying that somebody just gave him that money to replace their unit. That was unprofessional. To wave money around like that especially during these times when some families are struggling, including myself. It was uncalled for. Might as well have said That person did it why cant you?After asking him some questions he lightens up. He said there might be a freon leak. But he doesnt know. (Because he never checked the freon levels🙄) He suspects the coils are freezing over and then thawing out causing the leak inside the home. He couldnt confirm that because he couldnt get to the coils. Replacement of coils- $4,200.Possible problem #3: float switch not working properly. Causing water to overflow and the unit not to shut off automatically.After his visit I called three other companies. All said the same thing the only diagnoses that was different was from Einsteins. In conclusion yes its recommend that I get my AC replaced since its about 15 to 20 years old. But the problem was caused by a clog drain line!Other companies quoted me $4500-$6500 to replace a 2 ton AC unit..When asked about the cost to replace coils I was quoted $900-$1500$7500 and $4200 from Einsteins? Get out of town!My suggestion is to get multiple opinions. At the end it might be worth it paying that $20 to $70 diagnosis fee from 2 to 3 different companies. Could end up saving you thousands of dollars at the end
