My air conditioning seem to be having an issue. I called Arizona comfort specialist on Sunday and left them a message. I received a text message shortly after saying that they would be able to come and diagnose the problem that afternoon. John showed up as promised,-diagnosed the issue and replaced the compressor. Our ac went out on Tuesday afternoon - I called Wednesday am and had a brand unit installed and working but Thursday afternoon. The entire team was thorough, kind and quick. They cleaned up their work spaces and took the time to show me how to use my new thermostat and app. I managed to get a couple other quotes and their price was more than fair/competitive. I would highly recommend using Az comfort.

Kathy and John were great! They helped me out of a bind where I needed my AC fixed ASAP because of renters I had at my property in the summer. They were quick and professional and will definitely be using them again!

It was very easy to work with AZ Comfort Specialists. From scheduling a quote to the actual installation, every member of their staff was friendly, polite and professional. I would guess they have good leadership and are happy in their workplace. Communication, both written and verbal, was clear and concise. Its too soon to comment on the quality or value of the system installed, but its clearly working and they finished the installation in about 4 hours. The team was efficient and tidy, and they wore shoe covers in my home, which is important to me.

I was in need of a new Heat pump, I received prompt, friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company for service. On the invoice the technician stated that my ac unit uses out dated r- 22 Freon. The technician also verbally told me this. The technician stated on the invoice and verbally that I needed to replace my ac unit in part due to the kind of Freon it uses. However, the technician also too photos of my ac unit which clearly show that my ac unit uses r-410a Freon. (The new cheaper Freon) So, either the technician lied to me, to encourage a sale of a new ac unit or the technician did not read the printed ac information he took a photo of. Either way, not kind of people I want working on my ac. Also the quote to fix the actual problem was over $1,000 higher than the second ac company I called. This company was recommended to me, I would not recommend it to others. (I have the invoice and the ac pics the technician took to prove what I wrote, the appointment was in my wife’s name) they were nice enough, but this was my experience and I would not recommend to friends and family who ask.

AZ Comfort Specialists are simply the best! Had an issue with my old unit which was 15 years old. They have always serviced it since they installed it originally. This time, it was either put a lot into it or time for a new one. Well since it was time, a new one it is. They are great on the price and fast!! Once we got it all approved, they installed it the same day! Very professional installers. Put a new digital thermostat in as well and explained how to work it. The unit is great! AC is blowing cold once again and cooling really fast! You cannot go wrong using them for service or a new installation. I will use them over and over and recommend to everyone!

Arizona Comfort Specialist has serviced my A/C for many years, and when it was time to purchase a new unit I contacted them. I didnt even think of anyone else, because I have known the owner for many years and know that he is a man of integrity. He does exceptional work at a reasonable price. Our AC broke last night at 4am. We didn’t even call them until after 12pm when we came home at lunch to check on it. They sent 2 technicians out and they had my unit fixed by 4:30pm. Turns out even though it was a new unit, a valve on the Freon pump broke. They were friendly, thorough, helpful and informative. I’m so happy this worked out like this. Rainbow Air first did a FREE consultation for us. We knew that we needed a new system, and had already had a different company out, but wanted to compare before making a decision. We were VERY impressed by their knowledge and business demeanor. They also gave us an extremely competitive price. One month later we had them install a brand new Trane system. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and clean! Our system works great and we would recommend Rainbow Air to anyone.

Just had two new A/C & Air Handlers installed by AZ Comfort Specialists. They did a fantastic job starting with an onsite consultation fee that was wave, great explanation of what systems my house needs, discussed options, introduced SRP’s rebate initiative and to top it off this is the only A/C company that I know that has a 0% financing option available to qualified buyers. I will definitely be using this company for annual services going forward.

John, Josiah and crew were out to install a new unit today. First of all, I obtained 3 proposals and this was without question the most appropriate and the most reasonable. Saved a bunch of money! I was skeptical with the other 2 companies and knew immediately upon meeting John that I was in good hands, getting the right recommendation for my house and was safe in following his advice. The install was smooth sailing and on top of replacing the unit, John proposed some internal fixes to make the hot upstairs bedroom more comfortable and save money on the bill. We have been struggling with our AC all summer and every time it shut down, the home warranty company we have would send a new tech, none of which were professional, nor did any of them diagnose and fix the problem correctly. The new unit has been very reliable. ACS has done regular maintenance and a few minor repairs to keep it in top shape for the past ten years. ACS is always on time, never tries to sell parts or work that isnt absolutely necessary and is very reasonable with their charges.
