Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would.First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue.Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install.Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof.Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service.

Lies and unkept promises! Tom, cannot keep his promises!! And cannot make his appointment times, that he suggests! First day, he told me he would be at the house around 10:00am, he finally arrived after 1200pm after several text messages. Then he had to come back for day two, because he didnt bring enough supplies. Late again, told me around 10:00am again after 12:00 and more text messages. And still didnt bring all supplies(No new thermostat as promised, per are first conversation). And let me add, around 4:00pm he stopped working and wanted to know if I could pay him  $1,000 cash, so he could make his payroll.  I had to make another appointment for next week. First appointment no show/ no call. I called Tom, no answer, then called office. Received a sad story about Tom and how I should have pity on Tom. Made a new appointment, Again, no show, but I did receive a call from Chrissy, saying she could not contact Tom. With Tom, is always a story, and who knows if its a lie!

My AC stopped working. Tom came out within a couple of hours, at night. He was able to get the unit running through the night until he could get a new unit for me. Within a day his guys had the new AC installed, and blowing cold air. Thank you Tom…I highly recommend your company.

After 6 months of installation and running,this is still the best HVAC I worked with! Here’s a summary:- Prices for a new air compressors, duct rerouting, installing new ducts, insulation was literally the best I could find! “And I shopped around for 2 months”- Tom and all of the techs really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked great. Even called the next week unsolicited to check on how things are going and made a free visit to inspect- It did take them an extra day or 2 to get all the work done but that’s mostly cause they wanted everything done how you want your house done and let me say they fixed many things they weren’t even contracted for. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!I replaced an AC compressor both outdoor and indoor unit. Installed a new return duct system and rerouted many of the existing ones and I also did insulation. The fact a customer is writing a positive review 6 months after installation alone should tell you how good a company this is. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Frank and his team were amazing and very professional. They replaced my entire AC/Heating unit inside and outside. I would recommend them to any friends and family. They had a quick response time and great attention to detail, making sure everything was working perfectly and up to code. Thank You!

WORST Company ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Paid a deposit only to have a tech show up and not know how to do the job of replacing a thermostat. Was told I would get a new tech, never heard back from them. When I asked for my deposit back I was told they had to look into it. Havent heard back since. AVOID these THIEVES at all cost!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Their tec put too much freon in my unit it stopped working they charged me for the freon and charged me to come out an extra time never paid me back they removed the freon that I paid for go figure. I would suggest go with someone else!

I called on a holiday weekend and Tom answered the phone I told him my issue and he came to my home within the hour he was professional personable and well an awesome person he had my AC fixed within 2 hours ! Ill never use another company its AZ TRUSTED AIR FOR ME!

What a wonderful company!! Ive never gotten such excellent customer service in my life. The owner always puts his customers first at the forefront of it all i never feel like hes trying to get over on me and theres alot to be said for that. One of our worst fears came true and our AC went out yesterday. It was 91 degrees in the house last night when we went to go to sleep. AZ Trusted Air sent a guy out at 11 PM who told us we could go to sleep and he’d take care of it. I woke up this morning to a text message from him and a FREEZING house. We are very lucky to have great businesses like this who go above and beyond to make sure that we stay comfortable and safe. If you’re in AZ and have any AC needs, I’d give them a call!

The AC went out at our rental unit and our landlord thankfully uses AZ Trusted Air; Dom was out quickly and he was extremely courteous, professional, and easy going. He troubleshooted extensively and was able to diagnose and fix out problem and get us back to cool and breezy in our home. Thank you for your service Dom, both for our country and to our house! Would use AZ Trusted Air again in a heartbeat.

Our AC unit went out during Memorial Day weekend. Big thank you to Tom for coming out last minute on a Sunday to get it fixed for us.First off, He set up a portable AC unit before he started his work so we could bear the heat during the day. Quality service.He was quick and knowledgeable during the diagnostic and laid out some options for obtaining the part. We chose to do a same day fix as the AZ weather is creeping up. Tom worked hard past 9pm to get everything working, including making a drive to Phoenix to get a brand new (not refurb) part, and a trip to Home Depot when one of his tools broke.I would recommend using AZ trusted air and will call again for any other issues in the future !

WOW!! These guys went above and beyond for my family one hot night! We came home late on a Friday evening (husband and kids in tow) and our home was hot!! The warm temperatures were just creeping in that weekend and we could survive the night, but definitely needed someone out the next day (Saturday). They were willing to still come out as late as 1:00am in the morning to fix our problem - AMAZING JOB and SERVICE!!! We will definitely be calling them again for any other AC issues or upgrades!

These guys are AWESOME! My AC went out on a 107 degree day and I have a 4 month old...not only were they super friendly but they were here to fix my unit in under 2 hours. The tech took time to explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent future problems. I will only use them in the future for all maintenance and AC needs.

All I can say is Tom and the very nice lady at the office saved us!! Our thermostat had gone out and I was trying to wire it myself. Tom and his crew showed up the same day. Excellent customer service and made the repairs for significantly less than I was quoted by other companies. This is a great company.

Started the job Aug. 16th it is now Oct. 3rd and still has not completed. Lied to my rental manager to be paid without finishing the work. Did not show up on time once for any time he came out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They are not to be trusted. They need there name revoked. I dont even want to give 1 star..... When he started he wanted me to write a review before he was even done and I was being nice I wish I didnt. Dont let Tom Fool YOU

This IS the goto business to contact for any of your hvac needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. My a.c. stopped working on the hottest day of the year in Arizona. I called AZ TRUSTED AIR. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, made the needed repairs and I was pleased with the bill too.
