About a week ago i came home from work and noticed that my a/c was acting up. I had remembered a friend of mine told me about Keep Cool and how great they where. I decided to give them a call and have them come out and check it out. The service tech that came out was very knowledgeable, proffesional and curtious. My a/c was pretty old and i have had problems with it in the past. He advised me that i may have more problems with it in the future. I appreciated his honesty about the situation. I decided to go ahead and replace it. There service was excellent. They have outstanding customer service. I am deffintaley going to recommend them to my friends and family. I am extremely pleased with the entire service they provided.
