The technician spent an hour on the phone with me trying to help me diagnose and get my old heat pump to function. Turned out that it must be replaced. His quote for a new heat pump system was lower than the quotes I had received from other contractors. He came with the new heat pump and installed it the same day for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration for any heating/cooling service.

Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration replaced my downstairs unit and they listened to my needs and made recommendations and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each. The installers also did an excellent job and as they were very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Lastly, the price for a two stage unit was very competitive and included redoing the drip pan from the prior builder unit which was not leveled correctly. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency call after hours for a leaking AC. The dispatch service was awesome, got me on the schedule right away for that night. George the service tech, called immediately after we hung up with dispatch and said he’d be over in 15 minutes. Thank goodness!! He was very professional and helpful. We were in desperate need of getting our old furnace repaired, which failed during the coldest night. The technician from Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration came first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem to be a failed blower motor. He advised us to replace the unit rather than repairing it, due to its condition and age. We had them install a new one the same day and had heat by the evening. I called Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration after my compressor and coil failed on my air conditioning. The technician came the next day to evaluate the problem. After that was done, the crew came the next day to install a new compressor and coil service was fast as well as the cleaning process. Everything was back in place and the unit works great. Price was very good compared to 2 other HVAC company and I would definitely recommend their services.
