I own a quick service restaurant. I use Just in Time for all my refrigeration needs. They are always quick and professional. I have always been pleased with the service and the pricing, which is VERY rare among commercial service companies.

I own a restaurant and had issue with the ice machine, I called just in time in February 2020 to fix itThey came charged $280, machine started working but within a week but in three weeks it had the same problem, so we called them again they charged $525, saying they have fixed the problem. Today we are having the same problem, I called them and they told me they will come to do diagnostic but will charge $185/trip.She said they DO Not give warranties on anything they fixed.Never using this company anymore.

6/26/2012 wow this company is so shady!!! Do not do business with them!!! My air conditioner was having problems cooling down my house. So I called just in time to come out and have a look at it. The Tech nations name was Tony. My coils were dirty. I could have clean them myself for free but my two daughters were alone in the house. So I said go ahead and clean them all he did was sprayed them out with water!!!! And that cost $114!!!! Okay I was desperate!!! My girls were hot. I paid him and he left. The air conditioner never cooled down so that wasnt the problem. He came back the next day and said it was the Freon was low. And recommended 2 pounds of Freon. He said it would cost $260!!!! For 2 pounds of Freon!!! I said no way. Then he says Ill see what I can do and looks in another book and says okay $60. So I watch him try to put Freon in my air conditioner. He couldnt put any Freon in because it doesnt need any Freon. Then he says its theTXV valve and that it will cost $680!!! To change it. Im no air conditioner technician but that little part was $50 and add his labor would be $680!!! I said Id look around. Then he had the nerve to try to charge me $69 diagnostic fee. It was the same problem from yesterday that he didnt fix I didnt pay him. PLEASE PLEASE do not do business with these people!!! Im curious what the owner is going to write Ive never done business with them before and I never will again. PS Im going to post this on my Facebook TO.

The accusation made by April Brown below is false. She is mistaken in her assessment. The owner is and has always been a fully licensed and insured contractor. And is in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

I received awesome service from Just In Time Refrigeration. I have not had my ac unit serviced in a few years. After they serviced the AC units, charged them and added some freon, I was getting even colder air blowing into my home. Thanks for the great work and I will use you all next time I have a problem or need to have my units serviced.

Responsive and do what they can to save you money.

Do not ever use this company! The owner doesnt even have a contractors license!
