Dover Heating & Air Conditioning is a straight up honest company. The service tech came out on time and let us know he was on the way. He took his time to find the root cause. He explained everything that needed to be done. Then he spent the time explaining the system to me and what and when I should maintenance certain parts. I cant say enough good things about the service but it starts with trust and honesty.

Dover Heating & Air Conditioning technicians came to my house on the hottest day of the year in just within two hours after calling him! They were able to salvage the blower assembly and get us running in just an hour. I give him a five star rating and highly recommend their great services. The price was great too!! Would not hesitate to highly recommend!!

The technician was amazing, showed up on time and walked me through every component of the heating system in our house. We are now ready to tackle the inter seasons. 5 star HVAC company! Very knowledgeable in matter HVAC. They stand by their work and will correct any issues if encountered. Diligent to getting the job done right and returning if necessary. He kept us updated throughout the service and answered our questions. He was very honest and seemed to be very passionate in his job.

Our A/C system stopped functioning in the middle of June. Dover Heating & Air Conditioning made an after-hours trip to our home and didnt charge extra. Our technician James was on time, courteous and knowledgeable and quickly determined that our thermostat had malfunctioned. A quick swap for a new one and we were up and running again. He also provided tips to prolong the life of our unit. I will definitely be using Dover Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.
