So we use Integrity for everything. This year we called them up and asked about having someone come out for a split system for our bedroom. They had installed new ductwork for us about two years before, and he asked how it was working. We told him about a few hot areas, a couple weeks later they replaced the entire duct system for free, and it works awesome now.This was something where a normal company would have just installed the two thousand dollar split system and made money. Instead these guys fixed the actual issue, at a substantial cost to them, for free.Thats honesty you dont find in a lot of businesses. As long as they stay open well be customers.

We had Integrity Air-Conditioning and Heating replace our old HVAC unit early last year. The unit has worked perfectly and our electric bills have gone down due to the efficiency of the unit. It has now been one year and we had them come out to do a maintenance check. The technician did a thorough check and everything was working as it should. Very pleased with the service.

Integrity Air have been our HVAC experts for more than 20 years. In addition to doing the annual maintenance on our system, Integrity has done big jobs such as moving our air handler to the attic, and routing and adding ducts to improve airflow. A few years ago they replaced our heat pump with a super high efficiency unit. The work has always been done right the first time. Their techs are knowledgeable, on time, courteous and professional. Their name says it all!

The technician was prompt and did a great and thorough job of inspecting the AC into to make sure it was functioning correctly. They may be more expensive than some of their competitors but they have a high standard of quality that is unmatched in the industry

My HVAC issues were complicated. I have a home built in 1969 with a flat roof and the house has had several additions done to it. Through all of those additions, the master bedroom did not have enough air supplying the room and the added walk in closet had no supply to it at all. the dining room was an issue as well. Integrity was the only company who would work with me on getting the air flow just right. They know venting and with a little creativity they got air blowing into the master bedroom, walk in closet and dining room! When I discovered a water leak after the duct installation, they came right out to fix the leak, no questions asked. Im happy I decided to use Integrity and will continue to use them. I highly recommend this company!

The service here was super fast and super expensive. The tech called when he was on his way, which was less than a half hour from when I called the office for service. He showed up in a mask, which I appreciated. He spent less than a half hour at our house. I called for service because one of our units was not putting out any heat even though it was turning on and our other unit would not turn on because of the thermostat. The first unit had nothing wrong with it, we just did not give it enough time to heat up. For those of you whose heat does not start up right away or the unit kicks on. but does not blow out warm air, leave it on for at least an hour during the cold nights before calling for service. For our other unit, the tech changed one wire in the nest thermostat so that the heat pump would work. Apparently the wire was connected for gas heat rather than electric heat. The cost to tell me that there was nothing wrong with either of my units and switch one wire under the thermostat cap was $170. What I should have been charged was $69 to diagnose the first unit and $30 to fix the thermostat for the other unit. Instead, I was charged $69 for diagnosis for each unit even though the second unit was never inspected, let alone diagnosed. When I complained about the price, the tech said that I was lucky that they did not rip me off like George Brazil or Parker and Sons. If this comment was designed to make me feel as if I did not get ripped off, it missed its mark. He went on to say that other companies charge you for unnecessary repairs or sometimes even break your unit in order to sell you a new one. Wow! Who knew that this business was so full of thieves? The tech further told me that he and the other technicians are not on commission, so he does not set the prices. When I called Gary to confirm the price of $170 for changing one wire, he said that was the correct charge. When the tech asked me to sign the invoice. I asked him to wait while I retrieved my glasses. When I had returned, he had signed it for me with a squiggly line. What level of integrity does that indicate?Update two days later I found out that the technician switched the contact on one of the units to “closed” so that the unit was on even when the thermostat was off. He did not switch it back after “fixing the unit” so it stayed running without heating or cooling the house for 48 hours straight before we noticed it running. We did not hear it running in the house, so we assumed it was off. We called another HVAC repair company to help us. They were very nice and reasonably priced for the service they provided.

Integrity installed my system several years ago and a check up is performed every spring.Johhny was on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He described what he was going to do then did just that. Afterwards he reviewed the results with me and provided a brief explanation of the meaning of the measurements noted on the form. He also gave me some tips to keep the system running optimally.I live in a condo community a few unit owners rely on Integrity Air to service and maintain they systems. All are pleased with the quality of service received and the technicians performing the services.

Replaced two roof top HVAC heat pumps (2019) on residential flat roof. Integrity personnel were very professional and explained what was needed and the expected cost. The service advisor advised to install smaller units (3 1/2 down to 2 1/2 ton, 2 1/2 down to 2 ton) then I had. Installers did a very clean and quality install, left no mess, plus install was completed on schedule and ready for the new foam roof to be installed.Though I was a bit skeptical on the downsizing, this is my second Arizona summer and the house is just as cool with the side benefit of about a 15% drop in our electric bill.During the annual one year checkup, one problem cropped up, a key circuit board developed a defect. Technician did check up on both units professionally. Circuit board was replaced under warranty with no questions, no hassle, no cost.I chose Integrity based on recommendations of Rossie-On-The-House radio show and his web page and of several friends who all had the same great experience. You may save a few dollars choosing a less professional company, but you will pay in the end with poor service and cheap equipment. I have used many contractors over the last five decades, and in my opinion, integrity is not just a word for them, Integrity is their DNA.

Integrity was priced fair (considerably lower than three others for the same and lesser units). They didnt spike their prices because it was summer.Our Rep saw our sons Navy photos during the initial visit (after wed already decided to use Integrity) and explained they have a military discount and offered it to us, for our two young boys enlistment.Integrity communicates well, shows up when scheduled, and now take online payments! We have them out every year for maintenance and there were a couple times when we had trouble--Turns out, it was our thermostat programming. When installing my new system they were on time, professional, and did a great job. Each year I make sure to have their annual preventative maintenance performed, and the system has worked great. Integrity AC has been a great company to do business with. They installed a new AC system for us in June 2013 and it has been solid ever since. We have had them back annually since then to inspect the system and replace the filters. Couldn’t have been nicer to work with. They changed our unit from ground mounted to roof mounted, did it with a minimal disruption and the workers were extremely courteous. At the same time they added a new unit to a remolding project we were also doing. Everything was done well. I would recommend them to anyone for new construction such as our remodeling project or to replace an existing unit as on the main house. Great people and company to deal with.

Please be VERY careful with this company with respect to their warranty. We purchased a new rooftop package unit, and 3 years later there was an indoor coil leak ($1900). They refused to cover the labor on the job because we did not have yearly service by them. Of note, this unit was nearly 5 digits in price. Indoor coil leaks are nearly impossible to catch before they happen, so they got off the hook on a fine print, obscure detail. If yearly service could catch something like that that I understand, but thats not something that could be predicted.

Great service and pleasant guys. They installed our last a/c unit 23 years ago and installed our new unit in June. You cant go wrong with these guys!

So I called Integrity Air to come fix our AC issues but that was not the case. I have 2 units that control 3 areas. The first unit was good but I had a unit that had a temp split of 10 deg. The tech told my wife that the TXV was bad and it would cost around 400-1400 to fix it. So I called another AC company to get a second opinion. and they found that the AC didnt even have a TXV it was a piston that needed to be added do to the original company not installing the piston. (no integrity didnt do the install) the other company installed the piston and fixed the issue on the spot. so I had to pay integrity 69 dollars a unit for someone that had no idea what they were doing. so thank you to integrity for costing me 153 dollars for not fixing a thing. I wouldnt recommend this company to fix a dead battery in your t-stat because they might tell you your compressor is bad.

After being a customer for 15+ years, I am no longer. AC failed 6 weeks after their semi annual mantenance. A rubbed/worn hose leaked all the freon. Could not respond to emergency request lost another technician last week. AC by J was on my roof until 9 PM last night doing the repair.Cost me $1,600.Avoidable - should have been caught in maintenance insoectuon/servuce. Integrity wouldnt even refund my annual maintenance fee of $180 paid 6 weeks ago

Just last month, the Ac broke in our house and everyone was in total panic. We had just moved in and didnt know about any local place to get it fixed and not to mention our lack of information about that Ac. But we finally found a very good company that could help us with all the problems while we just relaxed and watched the magic happen. The workers were very professional and got the job done in a very short amount of time. The service was very effective, and they showed us everything we need to know about the system in a very simple manner. In general this company is just superb and I will definitely recommend you to go and check this out if your Ac is broken.

A very lovely place, but too crowded.

Integrity is more than a name its a philosophy with this business. 14 years ago I received 4 bids to replace my air conditioner and heating unit. Integrity was the only company had sent a tech to check my ductwork and measure the needs of my AC unit. They prevented me from making the mistake of buying too large of a unit for my home. The installation of my unit what is done seamlessly start to finish. The owner showed up on my job while my unit was being replaced and discovered a large leak in my ductwork near my old swamp cooler. There is no telling how long I was losing cool air. He repaired the ductwork on the spot at a very reasonable charge. I have used Integrity each year 2 make sure my system is ready for the long summer months. The major difference with integrity and their technicians is they do not work on commission. They are well paid and do not need to upsell the customer. This is very rare in the air conditioning world. Integrity is a family-owned business and they treat you as part of the family. Service managers name is Gary and he is a fantastic person. Every summer I have a confidence that my equipment will be working properly and that they will have my back if a problem should arise. I highly recommend this company.
