Called One Stop based off of all the great reviews and was not disappointed. They got me on the schedule for same day service and although they got behind on their schedule I was kept posted along the way. Jeff was the tech that arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem we had with the leaking unit; made his recommendations and with my approval got to work right away. Before leaving he explained what he had done, showed me the work and gave me directions on how to maintain the float switches he had installed and cleaned up before leaving. Highly Recommend that you give them a try.

Jeff was fast to arrive. Within an hour of calling the company, compared to several other companies I called who said later in the day or even days later. Jeff called 30 minutes after and was already on his way. He was friendly, professional, punctual and quick to repair. I was very happy. Damien was my tech and I was very pleased with how prompt and thorough he was. He took his time with maintenance on our unit and was very informative.I also got an appointment pretty fast and he was right on time! Came home around 5PM. Immediately noticed that our AC was not working. Being 8 months pregnant in the middle of summer, this was the beginning of a nightmare. I called one stop and Immediately got a HUMAN and they gave me a 3 hour time frame. Our tech, Jay Jay was there 15 earlier. Jay Jay was quick, professional and knowledgeable. These guys One Stop Heating & Cooling LLC came instantly right after calling them, ON A SATURDAY! Damien was very polite and professional. He is also very thorough with his work and explained what exactly needed fixed. He ended up fixing my capacitor and changed my fuse in addition to some maintenance on my unit in case anything else was needed. The whole thing was done within an hour!I 10/10 recommend them!

Easiest and best decision ever was calling them to repair our AC! It was 90° in our house but I called them at 5:30 pm, Jeff showed up exactly when he said he would, 8:00 pm on the dot, and we had cold air pumping through the house 10 minutes later! I’ve never been more appreciative of the professionalism, timeliness, and genuine expert level of service. While I’d never wish a broken AC on anyone mid July in Phoenix, I highly recommend keeping their number on speed dial. Ask for Jeff, he’s the best!

Super happy with the whole interaction! Id called around a dozen places and this one was the only one where the person on the phone *immediately* provided a quote (and specified that theres a per-install cost and a per-trip fee). I scheduled an install of two ecobee thermostats for the day after and was very happy with the whole experience. Our wiring was pretty messy and I was glad that the folks who came by were able to make sense of it and could explain it to me when I asked. Overall they were very professional and helpful. Will work with them again if/when I need any other AC changes!

After a long day of work, we find out our AC isn’t working-called around and found One Stop, who was not only responsive, but they were knowledgeable and compassionate. Came out SAME day, (after calling at 5pm) diagnosed and ordered the parts needed for the permanent fix, but not before getting our system running to keep us cool overnight. They were prompt and accurate in their diagnosis but more importantly took the time to explain and walk us through the process and made sure we understood everything- their fees and charges were in line with what my neighbors paid for the very same issue- and yes came out the SAME DAY!!! We are a fan- and will continue to use One Stop- we are so thankful we found them!!!

AC went out at 8pm, was able to stay somewhere else overnight but called first thing at 7am had appointment for 9-12 that day. Jeff came out earlier then 9am, even better! I am a senior citizen with COPD, and also have 2 very small grandchildren visiting me. When our air conditioning went out, I called One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. Being very busy, Jeff came to the house at 9:30 pm. After assessing the damage he scheduled an appointment for us the next day. He took extra time even though he had worked a very long full day and it was so late. The workers arrived on time, the temperature was 116 outside, and 92 indoors. They worked more then 3 hours in the blazing sun and even hotter attic to fix our many issues.. they were so professional and courteous, never stopping or resting. They took extra time to explain things to me, were very diligent in cleaning their work areas. I could never have received better service from a company than I did with them. Jeff called me back that evening to follow through and make sure we were okay and satisfied with the service we’d received..SO VERY PROFESSIONAL…Thank you to Jeff and the 2 servicemen.. what a wonderful company.

So if you are reading this review it means you also use reviews to influence your decision. Found this company via google search, AC went out probably around 6 and went searching for a repairman. Placed a call to One Stop @640 and was told someone will be out between 7-10. Jeff called me @ 7 noting on his way, arrived 7:15, quickly diagnosed the issue like a magnet to a fridge. He fixed the issue, triple checked his work, and did a final inspection with the unit running before returning from his truck with the final paperwork @ 730. As the speed might be a fluke and pure luck, I couldnt have asked for a better tech to fix my issue and being a small business i couldnt be happier to support them. 10 out 10 in my book!

Great company to deal with! Very professional I recently had a new a/c unit installed by one stop. Jeff took the time to go over all my options and gave me his recommendations on what would be the best option. After shopping around a bit I decided to go with one stop because they were giving me better equipment for the price than any of the competitors. The technician was helpful and was able to help identify a leak in my system due to a different companys installation. He provided me with a number of potential solutions and provided a prompt quote for any additional work. Any HVAC work I may need in the future will be with One Stop.

Jeff is amazing! Our AC unit shut completely off this Mother’s Day weekend with a house full of kids. Jeff came out and immediately diagnosed the issue and continued to communicate what was going on. Right as it starts to heat up, you always hope your AC doesnt go out. Sadly, thats what happened this year. Jeff was prompt to call me back and make sure that we got assistance right away. I came home to my A/C unit making a horrific noise and not working properly. I gave Jeff at ONE STOP a call to diagnose my situation and Im sure glad that I did. I went with his recommendations of replacing the older unit and how urgent it would need to be. The Trane unit I chose was going to take a little bit to arrive but Jeff made it a point to receive it as soon as possible not knowing how much longer my old one would last.... and good thing too. Three days later after ordering the unit my old A/C went out completely. Jeff and his team squeezed me in and had the new one installed the following day for my family and I. Not only did they install the A/C unit, but they also upgraded the return duct, and installed a new wifi thermostat in the process to improve the overall efficiency. Jeff provided fair up front OTD pricing during the estimate, which was a sigh of relief as most companies wait a day or 2 to email the final quote. JJ and Damien also installed it 4 days later, which was amazing as other companies are having supply issues and are also booked up for weeks. The new Trane unit is far more efficient and cools down the house 3x faster than the old unit. Overall, the prices are transparent and process was quick and easy. Very happy with my purchase.

Just got my new AC installed today, 4/17/21. Couldnt be happier with the service. Got 5 bids, they werent the cheapest but far from the most expensive (you get what you pay for). Plus the sales guy, Jeff I think, offered to fix my old AC so I could wait a year or so before purchasing a new unit. The installers (JJ and Damian) were on time, friendly, professional and were in no rush and made sure the job was done right (checked AC temp, programmed WiFi thermostat, etc...)
