Wow, I was a bit dubious at first. Their price was much lower than two of the companies who’s adds I see on TV and hear on radio. A family member recommended them so I took a chance. The owner confirmed the advertised price and gave me an install date. They actually made the installation 2 days earlier than quoted and the final price was exactly what they quoted!A different way of doing business nowadays. This company is a throwback to a more honorable time in business. I highly recommend them!

Pros:- Prices are told to you and don’t change.-Cardinal is quick at scheduling you for install.-Warranties offered are better than competition and don’t come at a premium cost.Cons:-install wasn’t done correctly at first and they left wires exposed.- They didn’t clean up the work space, and my roof was filthy afterwards.Overall:Cardinal made it right by coming back out to complete the repair, and now everything is done correctly. It is a little alarming they didn’t seal certain section of our roof and that could have led to a total disaster during monsoon season. But in life sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was about what I expected. Just make sure you double check your install, and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Stay away! Improper install caused so much water damage in my house. Dont let their low price fool you, I found out the hard way.

Really excellent customer service! Several years ago our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. It was Fathers day and it was 119° outside. we called them on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had a new air conditioning unit. Great price, excellent customer service and great follow-up!

We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours.They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company.I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.

Great people to work with. I highly recommend. Had our HVAC system go out during an extreme heat warning here in Chandler. Cardinal Heating & Cooling said they could come in just a day and for an unbelievably low price too! They put in a Trane, which comes with a 10 year warranty. I was quoted by another company for 3X the price and it was a cheap system too. I actually got up on the roof to check their installation when they were done and it was neatly installed without damage or debris left around as they cleaned up after themselves. They were really nice and friendly too. Cant say enough good!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with.They installed a unit for me in April and now the heat doesnt work and I have been trying to get them out for two weeks now. All they do is lie and not return calls or text. This will be my first time to file a complaint against a business with the BBB. This would be the place on earth I would do business with again.

Wow! I called on a Friday afternoon for a new install. The company called back immediately, came out and measured, emailed me a contract. Called to acknowledge receipt and stated they were going to pickup a new unit from warehouse, and was scheduling a crane for 9:00 AM, the next day! The professional service and follow up exceed my expectations, and the price for the new unit was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They put a brand new unit on my house in 5/2018 under the old homeowner (now 7/2020) and it wouldnt turn on. I called several times and they declined my call 4 times then on number 5 they let it ring till voice mail. I left a message, I checked in online, I tried calling 2 hours later and they declined it again but sent me a txt. After telling them the problem they said first thing in the morning 10am the following day they would come repair the part that broke. I asked a few more questions about the warranty on parts and what the labor would cost and they didnt respond. Next day I couldnt get ahold of them again and it was at 4pm that I called Parker and sons and they sent a tec right over and replaced the part. From my call to it being fixed was maybe a hour. They also took pictures and had to fix a ton of wiring problems from when cardinal air installed the unit and said the reason the start up cap went bad was because they wired it so it was getting power all the time instead of just when it needed to turn on. It was $140 service call that took less then 15mins ( other then fixing the wireing) total time at my house was less then 30 mins and cardinal air couldnt even give me a call back, txt or email me from my online check in. Poor service and crapy install on a brand new unit.

Needed to replace the 5 ton air conditioner after 13 years. Estimates were all over the road. Some competitive. Others were blatant theft.I did not go with the lowest estimate, which was only by $300. I decided based on the level of inspection and determination of my needs by the estimator, who was German. I needed work done on my system and I needed proper installation and I got it all with Cardinal.I got a great price @ $4,625 out the door for a 5 ton Goodman 14 seer. This included new air handler, duct work, new pan and straps (a lot of work in my attic) and proper install of condenser & heat pump and hook up.Now I have a new warranty, new pads for my unit and it runs quiet at night so I can sleep.I encourage you to allow Cardinal to come to your home and give you an estimate. I did.

My office building had 3 AC roof top units all in disrepair. We replaced 3, 4 and 5 ton units and received excellent customer service and pricing from Cardinal. German and his team coordinated with my roofers on removal of the old units and replacement the next day so the roofers could finish the new roof prior to placement. The project was done seamlessly, I really appreciate the professionalism I received from Cardinal Heating and Cooling and will recommend and use their services in the future.Update: 9/2020Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating for Cardinal. We have had a 2 issues with the units and cannot get any response from multiple phone call and messages. Ultimately we had to have another company come out to service our new units. They also supplied the wrong tax ID# for reporting their 1099 tax to the IRS (necessary because we paid by check for our business). Cardinal heating and cooling seems like a fly by night operation with horrible customer service after taking your money. Neither German or his receptionist answer or return calls, dont make the same mistake I did find a reputable company it will save you money in the long run.

We were putting off buying a new AC because the estimates were overwhelming. Cardinal Heating And Cooling beat our highest estimate by OVER FIFTY PERCENT. The unit was installed less than 24 hours from contract signing. I was cold and comfortable in August.I will only use Cardinal from now on, for all my heating and cooling needs.

German installed my mothers roof goodman heat pump unit 4 years ago. It stopped cooling just now. He had someone out within 4 hours fixed it and the cost was very reasonable. Was just a small issue. I would not hesitate to buy a new unit again from cardinal, prices cannot be beat and service is exceptional. Thank you again. I also had a goodman air conditioner unit and gas furnace installed in my home 4 years ago at the same time as my mothers and have not had one issue.

I recently purchased a Trane furnace and AC from Cardinal Heating. Im very pleased with the quality of the installation. Prices for the same AC units vary widely for the exact same unit. I saved a minimum of $1500by using Cardinal.i encourage you to shop around. So far Im very pleased.

FAST, quality. My 4 ton heat pump AC was installed Monday after a Friday phone call. Price cannot be beat. My brother in-law works for a local AC Company and couldnt come close to beating them, especially with a Trane that I got installed! The air handler was installed properly with no leaks. This thing cranks compared to my old Goodman. Thank you German and Cardinal Heating & Cooling.

Best A/C companany in the valley in my opinion. I had Gotten quotes from different companies and they were just giving me prices that were so ridiculous and just knew they were trying to rip me off since I was in the market for a new A/C unit. As soon as German came to my home it was way different, he gets straight to the point tells you their best price and you dont have to worry about over paying for something that you know shouldnt be so expensive. He got my buisness that day and the following week I had a new A/C unit in my home. Best customer service I had gotten and not to say the best price. Very friendly and knowledgeable on what they do. Explained what was wrong in my old system and why i needed a new system. The price for the system they installed was the lowest and affordable compare to other colling and heathing companies in Arizona. After siging my contract they came on time and same date indicated on my contract. Professional work was done. Old system removed and new system installed on same day. The cleaned after they were done with their work .every time i asked a question they answered me and were honset with me the hole time. I recommend this company to my brother and he also got a new system installed. This is long but a well worth reading review.After receiving multiple bids for a new HVAC unit for my mother in law I contacted German at Cardinal. I contacted him at 8am and by 7pm that same night my mother in law was living comfortably with a new unit installed. She had heat restored in her house at the coldest part of our winter so far and at a better value than any other quote I received. Not only was Cardinal the best price but even price cant compete with the great immediate service. German was very quick with his responses and made this process very easy. He did not try to upsell me but delivered the most efficient unit at a very affordable price for someone on a fixed income. The techs on site were also very professional, courteous, and prompt in their work. German, the techs, and the office staff were all very approachable and professional.
