Tried to call and get someone out for an emergency repair, as the website claims it is 24 hours. They told me they were too busy for the day...even though its 24 hours, and then hung up on me, I tried calling back twice after that, and eventually kept getting sent to voicemail as if I was blocked. They are so close to me and couldnt even help, and then had to be super unprofessional.
