We just moved to Peoria and the AC in our newly purchased home stopped working after hours. Clean Air sent a technician out almost immediately and though there was a to be expected after hours charge, it was only an extra $100 which was well worth the fast service we received. We are going to need a new AC unit (which we knew before we purchased the home) but the technician got the old unit fixed as cheaply as possible so its working until we can replace it. We have found the only HVAC company well be working with in Clean Air, and would highly recommend them.

Not very pleased with Nelsons service.... the unit was brand installed new by clear air about 2 years back and the water sensor malfunctioned and the unit stopped functioning. Nelson explained that its not covered under warranty and gave an option to take it out with no extra charge other than the service charge. I was fine. After taking out the sensor, he billed me an additional $100 telling he had to make a small repair. I asked him to send me photographs of what he repaired but none came. In the end, I ended up paying $288 for a sub par quality part that I did not ask for and had to be removed eventually.

From start to finish my experience with Clear Air Conditioning was great.Sales: Sales Manager was non-pressure, super knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, provided several options to consider spelling out pros and cons, helped us through the whole process start to finish.Installation: The entire crew of 6 lead by Tucker, Nathan, and Mike was on-time, extremely professional, communicated throughout the whole install. During the final quality inspection they even found some misplaced extension cords i have been looking for, for over 2 years. :) Highly recommend this company.

Service technician Brock N rocked...my Trane Split unit was out and had been for two days. Clear Air got me schedulee for an appointment in the morning and rescheduled to come even earlier in the morning. Brock had my unit, which was not cooling or even responsive, back up and running within 5 minutes of his arriving. He waited for the house to cool down and the unit to cycle and finished all the rest of the inspection and service. I am going in to the weekend with a unit that is functioning perfectly and cooling like an arctic breeze again. I am very pleased!

We just came back from a vacation late last night, and quickly noted the inside house temp was 93 degrees. We called the company for an emergency repair late in the evening, and Thomas was kind enough to give us a repair window today from 12-2. Brock arrived around 1PM, and, in a word, he was fabulous! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor, located the part on Sunday July 4th, and managed to locate it in Tempe, pick it up and returned to finish the job along with other related damage! He stayed until sure the system operated properly, clearly explained everything and was done. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond response and repair time, on a major holiday yet. It is rare in this day and age to find such great service and repair work-it takes a well-oiled team effort, and Brock and Clean Air are to be commended! There is no need to look further than this company for your HVAC product and service needs.p.s.-Brock deserves an extra week off!:)

They were punctual and were able to come out the same day. Whereas the original business (chas roberts) was 3 weeks out 😞. They diagnosed the problem as one of a thermostat not matching the technology of the ac unit that was installed 1.2 months prior. We suffered due to poor instalation by the original company!

I needed my AC/Heat pump replaced as it was over 20 years old and stopped working. I called another company for a quote and received an outlandish price along with work that they said needed to be completed. I called Clear Air and talked with Thomas and Curt who were both very knowledgeable, walked me through my options and explained about the extra work that wasnt necessary for an install. Thomas set up an appointment with me after the decision was made to replace, called me the day before to confirm and showed up EARLY the day of to knock the project out. He did everything I would have expected and more when having new units installed. He relocated some electrical as it was by a hose and didnt want any issues down the road. It was reassuring that he wasnt just thinking of this just as a job, but took pride in the work that was done and was looking out for my best interests. I appreciate everything that this company has done for me and will be using them in the future, as well as referring them at any point I am asked if I know an AC guy.

We moved to this company after a bad experience with the company the previous owner had been using. We could not be more pleased. Communication with them is effortless, appointments are quickly scheduled, our bill comes with a detailed description of work performed along with photographs, and the serviceman is respectful and competent. We were given a free visit from the company specialist/engineer, who reported a number of ways to improve our cooling, almost all of them at no cost, which is proving extremely helpful. The service is not cheap, and we feel that the cost is reasonable given the quality of the work and the value of our investment. We are new to the area and consider ourselves lucky to have found them on the basis of online reviews!

Weve actually known the owner & family for years and never needed HVAC service (waiting for our rusty/obnoxious builder-grade units to fall apart). When the time finally came, we were relieved knowing there was someone we could fully entrust with variable speed replacements, custom supply plenums, new line sets to the opposite side of our 2-story house (unit relocation), and mini-split for the garage.What we didnt know (and were thrilled to discover) is how much the entire crew reflected the thoughtfulness, workmanship, and care of the owner himself. They quite literally didn’t leave until the job was done, and done right–They DO exist!In the 10+ years of living in our home, it never felt comfortable (sound, humidity/temperature swings) during most of the year. Theres no doubt we had to make a large investment for this overhaul, but we are already enjoying the new environment this has already created. After multiple bids, not only did Clean Air come in with the best price, for top of the line equipment, but they were also the only company to do a thorough inspection. The install of the new unit and the removal of the old split system took less than 8 hours. Their team is very professional and we will definitely be referring them to others!

I received a call early in the morning from my tenant that the a/c unit wasn’t working. I initially called an A/C company I used in the past but didnt get an answer. So I called Clear Air Conditioning and Heating. I used them once before for an annual checkup but didnt really appreciate there professionalism. When our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, I would have waited until the morning but with a baby that didn’t seem like a good idea. Clear Air was there for us! The dispatcher helped us troubleshoot some things and then got the on call tech out to us right away. Jordan was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem, fixed it with ease, and all at 2 in the morning! As an added bonus, with the monthly maintenance plan all service fees and after hours fees were waived, saving us tons of money!!! We love Clear Air!!!

Our power went out twice in one night over a 4 hour period. An employee (BW) came over to our house on his own time and helped program the thermostat that was very difficult to work and program. We were able to figure out how to program it ourselves the 2nd time the power went off at midnight. This was on a day were the temperature reached 118 and at midnight it was still over 100 degrees. The next day their sales manager came over and replaced the thermostat with one that has. Battery backup and that is much easier to program. Kudos to Clear Air
