Reliance has been great! We have used them over the past few years to maintain our system and recently replaced our AC unit. They are always very professional, clean up after work and responsive. Highly recommend using them for any maintenance, insulation or installs.

These guys are fantastic! Daniel did a great job walking us through the different options we had and the costs, etc. for each. They were flexible with us when scheduling the install and I received a text confirming the appointment that included a picture of the crew. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They took great measures to cover and protect the floors, etc in our house. They worked quickly and efficiently and gave us a thorough explanation of all the work was done and the costs and coverages. The new unit has the house cool and comfortable and is practically silent. We’re completely satisfied with Reliance and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

My AC started not cooling but running constantly. I called at 4 pm on Thursday and there was a repair man here by 830 Friday morning, even in the middle of summer.My family has been a customer for over 25 years; dating back when the father owned the company, through Dalen coming out to help, to now his son working in the business. This was my first time using Reliance and it will definitely not be my last! My air conditioning unit went out a few days ago. I called and spoke with Samantha, who was very professional and nice. She set me up with a call window between 2pm and 5pm. I received a text at 3pm that Azel was on his way, along with a photo of him. He arrived within 15 minutes. He repaired my unit and it was up and running within an hour. What a great technician! He was very personable, respectful, and he kept me informed as he was working on the unit. I was very impressed!

I cannot give enough praise to Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning....As a new home owner in a recently built home, I never expected to need service on my air conditioning!! However, my unit suddenly stopped working on what was of course the hottest day of the year so far, at 117 degrees!! After spending all night without air conditioning and making at least a dozen frantic calls and leaving messages with multiple companies, Reliance was able to book me FIRST THING that next morning. They gave me a 3 hour window estimate for arrival but the technician arrived at the very start of the 3 hour window, thankfully, as my condo was already 91 degrees inside! Azel, my technician, was extremely professional and courteous of my home and took time to answer all of my questions. My unit was back up and working in less than an hour, and he even discovered that the part he had to replace was still under warranty, so obviously looking out for the customer!! I would highly recommend this company based on my experience...

Of course our AC died on a Friday August 13th, approximately at 5:15 PM. Daylen called back immediately. We scheduled a Monday morning appointment. Complete unit was ordered and installation began Wednesday at 7:00 AM. Enrique worked all day with his assistant Kevin and finished at 4:30 and VIOLA we had wonderful AC. Very clean, careful, and utterly professional. Will definitely recommend them to everyone and definitely seek them out when other needs are warranted. OMG I almost forgot Daniel, he was the lead and our Knight in Shining Armor. Be weary of other AC companies out there. NONE can compare to Reliance.

We have used Reliance Heating & Air for at least 10 years. They are professional, competative and thorough. We recently had our A/C go out during the hottest part of this summer (2021) and they quickly helped to replace our A/C and get us back up and running. We needed to replace our two units that had the old Freon that isnt available anymore - Reliance did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.I asked several friends on social media and elsewhere who they recommended because I knew this was going to be expensive and I dont have the time to be involved with the minute details. After receiving several leads and investigating their reviews online I got a couple quotes. We also live in a subdivision where all of our homes were built in the same few years so Ive noticed all the local companies updating our neighbors ACs in the last few years.Reliance wasnt the cheapest but it also wasnt the most expensive. It was the best. You can get a cheaper quote with a one-person company if you want - that can be a good option for some people - but my family wanted the confidence and support that comes with a larger company.The salesperson Daniel came right on time, was professional, and answered all my questions (I used to be a mechanical engineer so I definitely had questions). He explained the cost/benefits of one-phase, two-phase, and variable speed options. We didnt go for the most expensive option, Daniel helped us find the one that fit our family and budget. He wasnt salesman-y at all - definitely low pressure and knew what he was talking about. We felt so good that we made our deposit the same day.The day before our install, our neighbors had their AC units replaced. Same house as ours. Their company came with three big trucks, 5-8 guys, and there was stuff all over the lawn and street - it was a mess for 2-3 days.When Jose and Roberto arrived in one truck, yes just two installers, I was a bit worried. Turns out, I had nothing to be worried about. They were professional, hardworking, answered all my questions with ease, and polite. They were so quiet that all of my Zoom meetings didnt even know all the work being done at my house. They were finished in one and half days.My experience was off the charts. My wife and I feel great about our experience with Reliance.

Reliance came out to install a new thermostat and the technician was Very knowledgeable and professional. He wore shoe covers keep my house clean. He explained everything he was doing and even noticed something might be starting to fail on my AC unit that he investigated. He cleaned up everything and was very polite. Their fees are very reasonable.I would definitely use them again.

For anyone that might believe customer service is a dying art, this company will prove it is very much alive and well! The owner, Dalin, and his family and team could not be more responsive or professional in everything they do. We met them years ago when we had a dying air conditioner and rather than try and sell us a new one, he invested a ton of time to keep it up and running for at least another season and it cost a mere fraction of what a new model would. When it finally came time to purchase a new one, Dalin showed us all of the options that would best suit our needs and educated us patiently so that we did not pay for items, or upgrades, that would not benefit us. By doing so in an ethical and honest manner, he saved us a tremendous amount of money from what other companies tried to charge us. When it comes to vehicle and air conditioner repairs, we always used to feel at a disadvantage because we did not know much about those items. Working with Dalin and his team has given us complete confidence that we always receive the best service, the best price, and the most honest and ethical service we have ever received. We cannot refer him strongly enough to friends and family.

Thank you to your team! Our a/c went out last week, Daniel came over and reviewed our options for replacement. He was personable and gave great suggestions. Today their crew showed up - Jose, Enrique and Kevin - went right to work, they covered our floors and were so careful not to bump our walls or doorways as they removed the old units and replaced them with the new Trane unit. They were polite and cleaned up as they progressed with the install. At one point we had questions regarding the unit being installed, and Daniel answered our questions on the phone and then stopped by the house to make sure we were satisfied with the products we had purchased. Jose took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and helped me load the app onto my phone to use the wi-fi function. Again, great team and we are so happy with our choice.

Our Tecnician was Brayden and he is awesome. It was a record breaking 115 degrees today and our a/c stopped blowing cold around dinner time. Oh no! External fan motor bearing bad shape and it overheated shutting the system down. Brayden made the afterhours service call with 30 minutes, accurately diagnosed the cause, had the right motor on his truck, and had it replaced and cold air blowing in leas than an hour. Brayden was totally courteous and professional and literally saved our lives. We will be doing all ongoing service with Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning and highly recommend them!

Early morning I woke up to find my a/c was no longer working. I called them and they were able to get someone out within hours! They were polite on the phone, and even sent a text with a picture of the technician coming by. Once the tech was here he diagnosed it and explained in detail what was wrong. He fixed it short term and described my options moving forward. I already knew I needed a new unit but hoped it would get me through this summer. Another gentleman came by and went into detail about their Trane systems. We decided upon one, and to my surprise it was installed next day! The install crew were professional and even tried to stay as quiet as possible since they noticed I was working from home. I am so fortunate to have found this company and have already recommended them to my friends and family! They are very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. Needed AC unit to be serviced cause its a bit old. Parents recommended these guys so I went with them. Service dude showed up at the beginning of the 3 hour window they gave me. Guy was friendly, professional, and an all around cool guy. He didnt try to rip me off by getting me to buy a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Outstanding service and attention to detail. After 24 years in the military, I have found most companies just dont do things as nicely as I would like them. Seems most want to make the big money but do not want to take the time to do things correctly. I was so pleased with the Reliance Heating and Air. Dalen (Owner) assured me that his guys would go the extra mile to take care of my home and install the equipment with care. I was prepared to be unhappy (Mostly, just because thats me). i was pleasantly surprised when the two installers, Enrique and Jose arrived, they even arrived on time. They took the time to spread tarps protect the areas they were going to work. This was a complete A/C install so requiring a good portion of the day. I was called away for work while the installers were still in my home. I had no choice but to provide them with the code to my garage and leave them with access to my home so the installed could be completed. I returned from work that evening, the garage door was shut, my floor was swept, doors and lights shut off. It was hard for me to tell anyone had even been there. The AC/Heater has performed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the reliability, cleanliness and truly, attention to detail that Reliance took, not only with my home but the install of the equipment. The owner of the company came out to check our air conditioner. I really appreciated the extra security measure of sending a text including his photo when he was on his way. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us some expensive repair we didn’t need and even mentioned keeping an eye out for parts that might fit our existing older system. My husband and I have already recommended this company to a neighbor and will do so again without hesitation.

I own a commercial building and had one of my 24 year old systems quit.I called and Daniel came by the same day and gave me a very competitive quote for a new system. Wow! My husband and I were so impressed with the performance of this company from start to finish. Each person we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We called about our air conditioning unit on Tuesday, and within an hour Geoffrey was at our house. He explained what was going on with our air conditioner and gave us several options. He was out to our home that day and was very friendly and thorough. The quote he gave us was lower than other companies. We had other companies lined up, but cancelled them after speaking with Daniel. We chose Reliance due to their great customer service. On the day of installation, they were there when they said they would be. The installation went very smoothly and successful. They cleaned up everything at the end. We would recommend Reliance to everyone.

Reliance is a very informed and customer sensitive company. We have gotten tremendous customer service and I have been educated on everything that they do. Our bills have come down and would highly recommend them to all. They are price sensitive and only recommend what is best for our situation and what we are trying to accomplish. All techs, sales people and they owners are very knowledgeable and it is a breath of fresh air to feel great after talking with them at our house.

From the start, I was impressed. Response time was on point. Daniel came in, ran through my current AC and gave a great detailed proposal on what needed to be done and how to maximize the efficiency of our home. When it came to install, Jose, Enrique and Roberto did a very detailed and clean install, made sure I knew how to work my new system, cleaned up everything and were in and out in the time they quoted me to get it done. This company is fantastic. My experience with them started last summer when I had my 14 year old AC die. After reaching out to a few companies, these guys were super responsive and quick to get a tech out to assess the situation. 2 days later they had a new system in and running. Second system for Reliance in 14 years. New split system installed on 9/19. Started at 6:30 am finished at 12:15 pm. Worked hard, cleaned up, technicians very experienced. Did a very good job of taking care of me when air completely out.Fair pricing, prompt service. Company has high degree of business ethics. Very satisfied.

We had our appointment to have our new AC unit installed at 6AM. The technicians arrived on time and did not waste any time. As soon as they announced their arrival, they started working on the project. The team of Jose and Enrique were both very professional, friendly and polite. They worked clean and very organized. After the main job was done, Jose took time to give me a tutorial on how to use our new thermostat. He also explained the features and benefits of the new unit and how it will also save on our electric bill. After the installation was complete, it was very nice to see how clean the work was. Woke up on Saturday morning with the AC not working. I tried getting a couple of the large companies out to fix it but they were more interested in selling me various service plans that I didnt want prior to them sending someone out a couple days later. I called Reliance and Daniel was out and had it fixed in under an hour. They didnt try to sell me anything and just fixed my AC. I was given a fair price and he did great work.
