These guys are great. Wonderful Customer service, very friendly, and always willing to help. Weve rented trucks from here several times to move a camper. They were super accommodating when we got their truck stuck in the mud and were late returning it. It was a really stressful fiasco and the guys here treated us like family!

Reservations mean nothing, have a backup plan.I reserved a cargo van to move my college age daughter out of state, this reservations was made 2 + weeks prior to the requested date. I was schedule to pick up the van Saturday July 13, 2019 at 7am I received a call from Enterpriser Truck rental staff at the Norwitch Drive location in Philadelphia at 3pm Friday July 12,2019 informing me they have no vehicle. The staff person suggested I call around to see if other Enterpriser Truck rental offices have one. I asked him to help assist me in locating another vehicle in the area and was told that I may have better result if I do it myself. So I didn’t get upset yet (But I was very close).I called 5- area locations (Pennsauken NJ, Plymouth Pa, Bristol Pike and Levittown Pa, and New Castle De) without any success. I then called customer service to see if they can assist me and to make a complaint, and was told nothing can be done today (Friday ) but someone will get back to me next week (WHAT!!) how does that help me? So now I’m upset I called back to the Norwitch Drive location and ask for the manger, who tells me there nothing he can do, but he may be able to get me a van on Tuesday July 16, 2019, or suggested I call another company if I can’t wait- I asked for his boss phone number he goes silent… and give me a phone number to a person who has yet to response to my voice mail message left Friday ( and its now Monday 7/15/19 at 2:30pm).I was using Enterpriser Truck rental because they had unlimited mileage, I can not tell you how upset and dissatisfied I am. The staff’s attitude, how they were unwilling to help, they did not offer a solution to the problem, there senior management did not return my call and customer service was useless. In short I had a reservation and was left high & dry less within hours of moving out of state and felt like the staff said Fxxx –you and good luck.

I rented a cargo van one way for a move, and the desk person, Anthony did not go over the roof with me at check-out. Long story short, I was charged over $1000.00 for pre-exicting roof damage I did not cause. I will NEVER rent from this horrible company again. Be sure to check everything, but I would stay away from Enterprise, especially this location. You have been warned!

Stay away from these crooks! Brainless manager will charge your card for the damage for this little crack without even notifying you a $1000 which was my deductible. The truck had more than 120000 miles and it was in horrible condition already and I’m not even sure if it was there. Anyway think twice when you rent from them
