Why this place closes at 12:30 on a Saturday when people are trying to move, I dont know? The lady was kind enough to wait for me so I can pick up my truck to move, but BEWARE!!! They will charge you a deposit and if you go over, you get another charge of your deposit plus the difference, instead of just charging you the difference. For example, my deposit was $220, they are saying my full balance was $268, THEREFORE, I was charged $220 PLUS another $268 for a total of $488!! Thanks budget, I am making settlement this week and you just shorted my down payment funds!!

This is the worst truck rental place to rent from. Tier blew out. Never heard a truck cry until now. Had to waite a yezr and a day on the high way for repairs. Calling to see if budget would give a discount $1,500.60 bucks for a dinosaur truck thst cries. Believe me all i can do is 😆. What eles is there to do.I have not told every t hing. Here but this place id a mess sray with uhal. I shors am goi ng 2

I made a reservation for my move and received a confirmation email and everything. I even talked to someone from the customer service line to confirm my appointment. I get to the location to pick up my truck and THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED!!!!! This is honestly the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever dealt with. I will never make another reservation with Budget again.

If you want to rent a truck this place is it if you need photo copies or something faxed they can do it. Always really pleasant it cost me .25 cents to copy my birth certificate.

Truck reserved a month in advance, Budget changed my pickup location with no notice, no truck available at either location on moving day. Both Budget employees acted like the situation was funny, and my problem not theirs. Will never go with Budget again ever. 0 stars.

Total rip off... truck rate was originally $23.99 but somehow the grand total came to $140, didnt find this out until all of my deposit wasnt put back on my credit card. Ok insurance was $37, and I drove 14 miles- so theres the extra mileage charge.. even though I put gas in before returning, I was charged $16 for them putting in more gas. A $35 cleaning charge?!? It was raining and our feet were wet from moving furniture in the rain, which I explained to them when I returned it. Extras, taxes, hidden charges. STAY AWAY!! Go to uhaul instead- $40 and no hidden charges. Called customer service and tried to complain, have been on hold for 30 minutes listening to stupid elevator music- what a waste of my time.
