Jay and Winston were extremely helpful and made my first time renting from Penske very pleasant and smooth. They provided exact type of truck that I was looking for, 16’ with lift gate, when I arrived although the info on the website is in accurate. They also helped to save money when I returned the truck three hours later rather than charge me for the entire day.

I lost out on a truck I had scheduled on a Friday. I called here and Zack found a truck for when he didn’t have any available.When I got there Jay help me out and between the two of them they saved the day and I was able to move my daughter out!

I reserved a van online. Showed up; no van…The guy that’s worked there was nice and tried to help, but sadly with no vans there was nothing he could do.

Ignore the negative reviews, I move a lot of freight within the northeast region and I deal with other truck rental agencies. Keenan and Jay are professionals. The negative comments here are from the competitors across the street.

How do you not offer prices on your websites? And I tried to call and get an idea of cost, they refused to give me any numbers without completing a form and giving my info. Seems shady to me. No I don’t want to join your mailing list. No I don’t want to pay your hidden fees.
