During the torrential rains last night Jay came out to tow our car. He was amazingly professional, contacted me to ensure proper delivery of our car to the service station, confirmed when it arrived and even sent me a picture (seen above! The red car)! If he is an example of Mo’s towing crew this place is top-notch! Thank you Jay for coming out in the rain!

I was at 5th and vine and got stuck on the bridge called him when I drove down to 5th and vine . I’m pregnant for one and had my kids with me as well . He was the best thing to happen to me that day because I was just done I thought one tire was messed up it turned out to be 3 (lord help me ) he kept me at ease and took great care of me . Even offered to ride in his truck . And it was very hot that day . His price was reasonable and the tires as well . Not only does he tow but also get you rite with the tires . I was amazed . I found him on goggle and the rest is my testimony. Thank you mo from Philadelphia for being my Guardian angel .

Understand that I have never posted a negative review but these guys are seriously flawed. A car broke down in front of my house last Saturday night at Midnight. The front driver-side wheel for a Door Dash driver sheered completely off. I spoke with the guy and offered to assist him. He was ok. He called Mo’s. At 2am, The Tow Truck Operator rolled in with music blasting and his door intentionally kept wide opened. He woke up my entire family. I had guests over who needed to sleep for a 10 hour drive back to their home. I asked the Mo’s Tow Truck Operator if he could turn it down because we couldn’t sleep with his music blaring. He ignored me, took his time to tow the car away and afterwards filmed me at my window with his phone and said, “Enjoy the rest of your night.” Never, never, do business with arrogance.

I had an accident 1/5/21 at 7am in Kensington. I’m from Delaware and knew NOTHING about the area. After dealing with Philadelphia police department I called my insurance company for roadside and realized I couldn’t use the service due to an accident. The officer suggested they could tow but had no idea where my vehicle would go or how long before the truck would arrive. I use Instagram and remembered I followed Mo’s Towing so I called. Jae the owner answered the phone and I explained how I knew him and what I needed. He immediately jumped into action because I also explained where I was and I’m not from PA. He wasn’t able to get to me but he contacted another tow company and got them to me ASAP. His professionalism was excellent despite he couldn’t get to me, he made sure I was safe and took every step necessary to ensure that. I will ALWAYS use and refer his service or Wheels Up service because they both are professional and made sure I was safe in an unfamiliar place.

Was recommended by family. I called and was greeted both professionally and promptly. Made arrangements to have my car (white highlander) picked up. My driver (so sorry I didnt get the name!) was extremely helpful, patient, and professional; stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Within a half hour, he had picked up my car and was in transit to final destination. Have saved the number in my phonebook, would definitely use again, and will be recommending their services. My car wouldn’t start after running some errands and Mo’s Towing showed up to tow my car within 20 minutes of me calling them. They were very inexpensive and made the towing experience very enjoyable. I would definitely use and recommend him and his company!

I was so disappointed with the service. I had a car Completely parallel parked in front of my two car driveway at 8pm, which lead me to park elsewhere in a lot risking getting my car towed. I reached out to the police, had the car ticketed, then reached out to have it towed to Moe’s towing at 11pm— giving the car a couple hours- a chance to possibly move their car. There were no “multiple follow up calls”. They were very prompt and asserted me that they are a 24 hour service, And would be willing to tow the car that is parked in front of my driveway as soon as The next driver can get to it. I sent my information, address, number. I trusted them to remove this car from the front of my driveway, they also stated that they have relayed my information- address provided to the nearest driver which will remove the vehicle. No one ever came. I called again at 1 am, and 2 am- NO ANSWER! And send a text clarifying- is anyone still coming- no reply: The car parked there for approximately 11 hours until morning in which the owner removed their car. I received a call around 8-9 AM asking if I still needed a car removed. The driver of the car left for work in the am and removed their Own vehicle. Unbelievable and extremely disappointed and unreliable!! Those are the facts. If i were a stranded car on the side of the road, this is the company i would not be calling.

Call him twice this week, he was right on time. He is has great personality and friendly guy. And the price was reasonable as well.

My car randomly broke down and I called Mo’s Towing and they came in a reasonable time and was very professional. I had to get it towed to a an auto body shop to get repaired and the cost of the tow was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Moes came through BIG TIME for me when I needed them, on more than one occasion. They are professional, courteous and have reasonable tow fees. If you need towing, this is the only phone call you need make.

Got stranded during a terrible snowstorm and Mos towing came to the rescue. Every part of the experience was 5 stars! Customer service and driver were so accommodating and helpful. They came pretty quickly and were affordable considering the absolute chaos that was happening on the roads that day. I had a 91 mazda miata that was absolutely slammed on its nuts. i know its my own fault, but its extremely difficult finding someone to tow slammed vehicles safely without ripping off any body parts because the cars are so low. anyway... the was stuck in the back of my old apartment and i needed to get it to the street because i moved. i thankfully found mo’s towing. they came out same night and had it strapped on the back of the truck before i could even tell him to be careful. he was able to maneuver it out from the back lot of the row home and get it on the street super efficiently and he made it look SO easy. because it was only to the street and less than a mile, he hooked me up for super cheap too. most companies would charge a bunch of standard fees. can’t say enough good things about this company. i was thoroughly impressed by how genuine & fair they were and even more impressed by the skill level of the driver. highly highly highly recommend mo’s towing. at this point i refuse to go anywhere else to tow any of my vehicles. stand up company w/ stand up employees. if you own a lowered vehicle, mo’s is your best solution for a tow.

Mos tow service is the best so far that I used hands down I was told 30mins and they came on time I call southphilly towing and was told a hour and a half waiting time told $230 to go from 31st and chestnut to Chester pa Im like wow then I call mos good fair prices customer service was A+ CLEAN TRUCK the best mos
