Had a oil leak on the motor of my semi. Called over and had road service within a hour. Ted was the one that assisted me. He got my leak plugged as well as gave me a ride down the road to pick up 10 gallons of oil for this engine. He also went out of his way to call me personally a day later to make sure everything was still good. Treated like family with these guys. If we ever have trouble in Philadelphia again you guys will be the first call. Thanks team!

Excellent service. Highly recommended. My car battery was deader than dead at the PHL airport. I mean dead. Called Edwards late evening, and maybe I got lucky but he arrived in about 20 minutes. Plus, he had to hoof it up to 4th level because the tow truck was too large to enter. Had a portable Li bat that will start a semi and it woke my car right up. On my way, Thank you !

Car died while driving, called them and they showed up quickly. Charged my battery and even plugged in to my car to see what error codes I had and explained them. So now when I take my car to the mechanic I know exactly what to tell them to fix.

I called for tow & pricing I was giving a rate of $125 to go 0.3 miles so I asked why the price because I had just got off the phone with two other tow service where pricing was fair $65 & $85 but 2 hour wait due to flood the representative not only got loud but hung up when I called back he said maam if you dont like our price shop around no customer service skills at all I mean hello honour our business before you have none...

This happened a while back, but wanted to make note.My girlfriends car broke down on a bridge outside Philadelphia. Edward was kind and professional. He towed the car to a local shop (who were also great), made sure my girlfriend and her friend felt comfortable, and set them with a cab driver to get them where they had to go.He even checked in on them by phone later in the day.I cant recommend Edward highly enough.

Dude tried to charge me $225 to tow my car less than a mile from my house. And this towing service isn’t even a mile from my house.Is this 100 per mile or something. Lol. What the hell is that about.
