I broke down on the Delaware and Captain Grace came to my rescue! She was professional and extreme helpful. Went over an beyond what I expected and I am thankful for her service. I would highly recommend getting the insurance. Hopefully you will never need it :-).

I broke down on the Delaware River Sunday July 26. TowBoatUS was there in less than 1 hour. Captain Buckley was prompt, courteous, and professional. Was I embarrassed? Well maybe a little, however, not as embarrassed as I would have been without the towing insurance. Thank you Captain Buckley and TowBoatUS. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a boat. So we laugh now, but turning around to see your motor missing from your sailboat is enough to make your heart stop (pretty sure ours did). Somehow it was hanging on by the gas line trailing behind us under water! We gingerly pulled it back into the boat, but could not get it started. Time to call in the cavalry! We started sailing back toward the marina and a short 45 minutes later Captain Grace with TowBoatUS came to save us! She had a mechanic on board and he taught us how to drain the water out of the fuel line and got the motor running well enough for us to limp back to our slip at Winters Marina. The whole process was incredibly smooth. Captain Grace was cheery and really brought calm to a very stressful situation! Thank you for saving us! (A bit of friendly advice, make sure you have towing insurance for your boat)
