The owner of the company was so sweet. She took care of everything all I had to do was give her my number and she said she would use it if she needed something for me. She didnt need to call me because she handled it herself. She said I reminded her of someone and nicknamed me shark boy.....I forgot that I was in even mad. Wet wet!

No stars the worst. I called at 846am i was told to call back at 9am during business hours. Website says 24hrs. I called back to see if my car was there they said yes. I get off of work to get my car after calling 3 times I was told come back tomorrow between office hours 9am- 5pm. I was never told they closed at 5pm when I called.

They came fast to my location and were very professional and courteous and went above and beyond the norm. I would recommend and use them in the future for all vehicle tow needs and they have excellent body shop and restoration experience and care.

Will never use this company simply because their dispatcher is not professional, unhelpful and rude. Please invest in the customer service training!

I was connected to Hitched Towing & Recovery LLC via the roadside assistance provided by my vehicle manufacturer. My vehicle got towed by Hitched LLC, which I absolutely do not have a problem with since I did not see any No Parking placards posted at the lot where I left my car. What I do have a problem with is their attempt to scam me into paying an extra day of storage. As shown on the attached screenshot from my call list, I called Hitched LLC at 11:43am on Saturday 12/5, the same day my vehicle got towed with a simple question “How late can I retrieve my car?” due to being at work at the time. The lady that answered the phone quickly replied “9 o’clock”, alarmed by suspiciously convenient late hours, I clarified “9PM?” to which she replied “Yes”. After finishing my military drill weekend, I hopped in Uber and arrived at Hitched LLC at 6PM to be informed by the same lady I spoke with that their cashier closed at 5PM. I showed her this same screenshot indicating that I spoke to her a few hours earlier to find out whether I needed to leave work early to get my car, to which she replied: “Yes I was here when you called but I don’t know anything about that”... I managed to get my car after a great deal of pleading and dealing with enormous amount of rudeness and ignorance. I get that the times are tough but if you’re struggling to make ends meet scamming people into paying more shouldn’t be the answer. Would love to see response from the owner

My daughter had an accident in Philly. We found Hooked Inc via Google. The dispatcher was very nice. Doug the tow truck driver introduced himself via text when he was on his way and as he reached us. He arrived with his tow truck very quickly. He took her car all the way back to the suburbs (about an hour) out 422West directly to the garage. Doug dropped it off and put the key in the night drop off by himself. Doug was very professional and a great guy. He texted pictures of the car at the garage to let us know it was dropped off and secure..We felt lucky to have Doug. He made us both comfortable and at ease. The receipt showed up on Square with no problems. I highly recommend Hooked Inc. and especially Doug.

Hooked Inc hooked me up. I gave them a call on Tuesday and they promptly had me set up. I wish I would have gotten the tow driver’s name but he took care of me. It was courteous of him to allow me to go home and not have to sit by my car to wait for him. I left my car on the road, went home and he brought the car to me shortly after.

Having car trouble is the worst! Hooked made it all easier. Ruth in the office is fantastic. She confirmed our tow and called us back to made sure we were in a safe area. Doug was our tow guy. He called with an ETA when he was leaving the office. He called from around the corner and started on the phone with me until he arrived. It was POURING! He said to stay on the car while he took photos and filled out paperwork. Doug knew where the car was going and had no problem with a 27 mile ride. He called me when he arrived at our mechanic to let us know that the truck was safe and the keys were in the night drop with my name, number and make and model. You cannot get better service than Hooked, Doug and Ruth. Thank you!!

It was Fourth of July weekend & here I was broken down in the middle of traffic for 2 hours.. I had called 3 other towing companies whos prices was almost $200 before contacting Hooked Inc.. The price I was given was very reasonable and affordable. Doug gave me a 30 min wait time but he arrived even before that, he was very professional and quick. I think the entire towing process& driving to my front door was 30 mins & Doug was gone in the wind!Thank you again for all your help

Best tow truck service I have used so far! Every other place I called was going to charge me an arm and a leg on top of a 1 hour + wait time. Hooked charge me half the price and came within half the wait time! Definitely using them in the future!

They are life savers .. i was stranded on 95 for almost 2 hrs waiting on another company and i contacted them and they came right out, hooked me up and had me home within minutes. The Driver Matt was awesome! Price was reasonable! Will definitely use again if needed!

This place is just a sleezy scheme giving real tow companies a bad rep. If you see signage for Hooked near where your car used to be, call the police and have them run your tags - if there isnt an incident report with the police then report your car as stolen. Hooked doesnt follow the law, so feel free to take them to court. Youll still have to pay to get your car back at first, unfortunately.Dont even bother calling them - despite having 24/7 listed as their hours, they dont have anyone working the office until 9-9:30 AM. that means they cant even check for your car until that point, unless you get the police involved. Just call the police, skip the hassle of dealing with their sleeze, and report your vehicle stolen if theres no incident report of when it was towed or to where it was taken.In case you have to pay:Have about $210 in cash ready to go. Its like $205 or something for the (illegal) tow and (stealing) storing your car, and they charge extra for paying with a card.And since I know the owners going to give me a sassy reply: I would agree, that IF I WAS parked illegally, then Id have nothing to complain about. However, myself, 3 other people, AND A POLICE OFFICER agree that my car and others were towed illegally from a spot that was completely OK to park in. Ive gotten tickets for parking like a jerk before, and I deserved those tickets. Between Hooked and the individual who called our cars in, Philadelphia law was NOT followed and no laws were broken by those who were parked.

Despite the fact I was getting my car towed on a rainy day, I had a great experience with Hooked. The operator, Andre, was very professional and nice. He explained everything and made the process run smoothly from the time he arrived until he got me to my destination.

I had to get my car towed to the dealership after waiting hours for another tow company and when I reached out to hooked Inc they were there very quickly Doug even called to make sure I wasnt waiting long and to guarantee his quick arrival. He was very professional and knowledgable of what he was doing. My brakes went out and he was able to hook my car right up and was on his way within minutes.I even left my phone in the car and he was willing to go back to get it out for me without a problem I can definitely appreciate the customer service Doug provided. Constantly idle their white trunk overnight outside the same apartment building. Watched the driver stand around for over an hour, waited for cops to write two tickets for cars in that apartment building parking lot. Less the 5 seconds (yes, actually less than 5 seconds) after the cop put the tickets on two cars, the tow truck driver took the tickets off the cars. He then sat in his truck for 20 minutes and then towed one of the cars and came back for the second. To sit around waiting for cops to write tickets and tow cars immediately after when neither of them were blocking anything just speaks to the kind of scumbags these people are. I can’t believe that a tow truck would call the cops, sit around and wait for them to write tickets just to make a quick buck. It’s actually disgusting. Mean while, the tow truck driver decided to not tow a car blocking the driveway to a parking lot of a bar no less than 15 feet away from the two cars he did tow. It’s arbitrary and not helpful to anyone. Also, STOP IDLING YOUR DAMN TRUCK FROM 11pm -2:30 am. It’s loud and disturbing.

My car wouldn’t read my key or start and Matt came late night with a flatbed tow truck and had the SUV up and headed to the mechanic shop within 15 minutes. Very friendly and quick service. Highly recommend Matt and hooked inc for any towing needed

My car battery (Lexus RX 350 2007 car) died in my drive way despite jumping it, so I had to get it towed to Auto Advance for a new battery and installation. I called two other towing companies (Mikes Towing and Philadelphia Towing Pros) but got no call back, both of whom told me I would get a call in ONE HOUR from SOMEBODY. I called them both at 9 and 10, respectively, when I got no call-backs from one (Mikes, whose voicemail inbox was full) and I called the other... I highly recommend everyone do NOT use those two services. I am in a hurry because I have to study for exams...It was now 12 PM. I then called Hooked Inc, I got a professional dispatcher who took down my information, told me I would get a call within 45 minutes, and within 30 minutes I got a call from Moe (Hi Moe!) saying he will be 15 minutes away. He was true to his word. He was professional, cordial, offered to help install my battery as well with his tools. My new car battery worked and the car was running. I will highly recommend Hooked Inc to everybody I know and honestly believe that Moe deserves a raise for all the trouble.

I will definitely be using Hooked Inc. again. I turned my car on and knew something was wrong because there was a loud rumbling sound. I didnt feel comfortable driving so I called Hooked Inc. The woman on the phone was very respectful, kind and she updated me as the driver was on his way. The tower, Moe was great. He was also very kind, knowledgable and quick. When he turned on my car he immediately could hear that the catalytic converter had been stolen. He showed me what happened and talked me through the issue. I decided not to have the car towed so that I could call around for a good price for the service. They only charged me $20 for the inconvenience. Thank you so much, as you made this unfortunate experience a little bit less crappy.

Best experience ever. I was hit by an 18 wheeler while in my little Saturn. No sooner did I look up and the tow truck guy was there helping me out of the car. He kept me calm and stayed by me the whole time always making sure I was O.K. I strongly believe they are more concerned that the people are O.K. than just looking for business . They are great!

I had gotten myself in a pickle. Got my truck stuck in mud. I mean really stuck. Had been trying for a little over an hour to free myself with unprofessional help. Finally broke down and called a tow company and Hooked Inc. was phenomenal. They responded quickly within 30 min and the technician they sent knew hos job. Lou was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy going all at the same. He had me out in no time. What was impressive was he knew how to work that tow truck. Forgot to mention o was also in a confined space. I am forever greatful.

They said the driver was on the way for 8 hours, then he never came! I had to call them 7 times and he still never came! I would have appreciated if they would have just told me hours before that they were too busy for me. But to string a customer along all day and then just never show up is very unprofessional.

There is not enough of stars for this towing company!! As a mother of young teenage driver broken down over 2 hours away from home in an unknown city, you could only imagine how a mother would feel. When I called and got a friendly female voice in that moment I knew everything was going to be ok, and my daughter was not in harm. Her name is Ruth and I could nt thank her enough for the A+++++ service she gave me, She was very compassionate and understanding. If you ever need your vehicle towed, I highly recommend this business!! I called them when my car broke down. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and professional she helped to ease the situation which was horrible. She kept me updated with the status of the drivers location and estimated time he should arrive. When Doug arrived he helped to eased the situation as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and he even looked up parts for my car so I wont overpay for the repairs. He took me to the shop and did his job to very end and made sure I was ok. I will definitely call or recommend them for towing services. The cost was very reasonable might I add!!!!

How can you say you patrolled anything. We called and you guys dont show up.. and now You say you patrolled our lot...You have not . .No good thief in the nite . Must have been a bad bite to take this truck..This is a new account for you and what you said is not true . ..Because I have camera mounted and 24/7 video .. in which you were never visible until last nite. When you hooked the truck... that truck has a permit to park. And the police always run the vehicle. The driver would then know where it belonged and to what house less than 5 feet away from my back . Driver I have on video sneaking around in the dark. And then you go and hang up on me. When calling. And what the PASSWORD must translate to S.O.L.

My sons car was in an accident on 95 and the State Police had PPA tow it to their lot. Hooked was the only tow company who would go to PPA. From the initial call to the end result everything went so smooth, price was great and Doug the driver was more than accommodating to our situation. Hooked made my bad week alittle brighter with their services. I was in the towing industry and know how things can be, but Hooked is a professional, knowledgeable based outfit. Great job!!

These people use deception when buying junk cars. Tactics of deception that are common in this industry. They will offer you a nice price over the phone and then arrive at night and prey on your ignorance to somehow give you a way less price they initially offered you. This is a common crook scheme of this industry and these people are submerged into it. They also do not properly transfer your title which can get you in legal trouble. Do be aware of there scheme! I will post regularly this same information to hopefully save good people from this crooked scheming business.

This tow company illegally towed my car this year. I had work that morning and was forced to pay to get it out. When I got back to my apartment, their tow truck and driver were being arrested for having illegally towed a bunch of other cars. Still haven’t gotten my money back and everyone I have spoken to throughout the whole ordeal was extremely rude. Overall, I’d say their terrible.

Broke down tower came as requested recommended by philly police officer. My passenger in vehicles Cassie King gave 5 star review at time, Toyota called today and told me towing bill from towing company was for 88.00 . I paid cash at time 165.00.called towing company and spoke to female in office and she said she would talk to boss, she called back and said they would not pay me overpayment since my bill didn’t match theirs philly ordinance states charges and I overpaid driver I now have to file complaint with philly license unit or sue in small claims court. Terrible business model either driver doctored bill and over charged me or company did. Person on phone alleged I changed invoice even though I am the victim here . Thirty years as a police officer now retired and its the principal not money will take action to full extent of the law, also will notify Philadelphia Pd fop union not to recommend this company especially to other law enforcement officers
