When I started thinking about opening my cosmetic tattoo studio I looked into zoning and it literally made my head spin. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews from friends & family. Hands down the worst business experience of my life. Every aspect of this company is awful. Avoid this place at all costs, you WILL regret it if you dont. They missed every meeting, deadlines, no communication...then tried to keep thousands of dollars which I had to sue for (and won). Its public info, look it up. Worst business decision I have ever made in my life.

They helped expedite the rental license process for me after I had hit a roadblock when trying to get it done on my own at first. Their service saved me a lot of time and aggravation.

As a developer, I dont have time to manage the logistics that go into zoning projects. Before working with Philadelphia Zoning, I had to go down to the city to do my own expediting, etc. PZ is a one stop shop that hires & manages everything in-house (zoning attorney, architect/engineer, expediters) to make sure the process is effective and efficient, which saves me time, money, and energy.

Philadelphia Zoning helped navigate us through the RCO and ZBA process to get our project approved. When we initially received an unfavorable result at the neighborhood RCO, their insight and experience put at ease and got us the result we needed at the ZBA hearing.
