Was interested in a property that was listed i called ed rogers and could not get a hold of him as his receptionist continusly told me ed was not in office. i then spoke with dave the owner of the property he appeared to have liked my offer and told me to present the offer to ed i then called several times with no avail 3 days later i call dave again and hes all for the deal still and then i try ed once more towards the end of the 2nd week and he tells me he has not received any paperwork or calls from my realtor agent and i did not hear from ed again so i spoke with dave and dave told me he sold it after i left the 1st time we spoke. overall it was a complete waste of time a bunch of run arounds and nothing at all to what the past reviews mentioned i was excited and believed some great deals and work would get done and to my surprise it was a complete disaster for i had to keep losing time at work just to speak to the owner and for it to had been sold the same day why wouldnt dave tell me about it when i called him 2 days later instead he said yes im still interested ill be speaking with ed later today and 6 days later when ed told me he hasnt received paperwork yet he still did not tell me it was sold im just completely disappointed and never have dealt with such lack of communication and experience in realty from a expected professional

Selling and buying is no walk in the park, especially in a Covid market during an election year where demand was high and supply was low, but my wife and I were glad to have had Ed in our corner. Ed would respond to my nagging texts at 11 PM at night. If the text was too late, I would wake up to a response that was sent at 5:30 AM. His communication and status updates were exactly what they should be in the industry. We were never left out of the loop and got the other agent’s response basically in real-time.Throughout the process, there were many bumps along the way. From seeing over 25 houses, dealing with difficult sellers and putting in about 10 offers, but one constant remained, Ed’s positivity. When times got tough or we hit a lull, Ed reassured us that we would find that dream home. There were even times where we would trick ourselves into thinking we liked the home out of desperation and Ed would give his honest opinion, showing that he held our best interests. He wasn’t in it to just make a settlement and get paid as soon as possible.At the end of the day, my family and I were able to sell our home in the city and land our forever home in a suburb with a great school district. We found the exact style home in the location that we most desired. When the house was on the market, my wife and I actually had Covid and Ed offered to walk the house on FaceTime. He was also persistent to keep in contact with the seller’s agent knowing how much we loved the house.
