The place is really nice and spacious and clean… I didn’t have to wait…I came on a Tuesday tho not too sure how it is on a weekend. They have a lot of stations and chair… my first time here… I got a pedicure and overlay which was $30 each… but overall I’m satisfied with my nails and feet.. Emily did my nails and I can’t remember the lady’s name who did my feet 🤷🏾‍♀️

The website does it no justice! The room is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The employees are skilled and fast. My nails were considerably affordable for center city. Only took at hour!

First time at Asia Nail & Spa. The salon is chic, clean and well air conditioned. I had an 11am appointment. Though I had to wait about 10-15 minutes, they were very busy when I arrived.Kim was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job - professional and thorough.My gel manicure and pedicure came out beautiful.

Such a disappointment. Was excited about this place! Called ahead to confirm they were available for the specific services I needed. Was told to rush over so I could arrive an hour before closing. Paid an Uber, got there, and no one greeted me for at least 15 minutes. When I finally inquired about the wait time, I was told it would be another 15-20 minute wait. When I expressed my concern and inquired why I was told to rush over, Ryan from the front desk condescendingly told me that I was welcome to leave if I had an issue. So I did. And got great services elsewhere.

My daughter and I were shook when we found out that our favorite nail salon is temporary closed. We were looking for a good, trustable place to do our nails and we found Asia Nail & Spa. It was our first time at this place and we loved it! The place itself is a jewel, very clean, modern atmosphere... We were greeted by this lovely young lady who took us to our nail tech right away. It was not busy that day, so we were in and out relatively fast. Great customer service, they take their time and work to the detail. Reasonable price, friendly staff, loved my nails; I’ll see how long my nails last so I can give you all an update on the quality work, but I’m definitely going back.

I loved my appointment with Lee. I found this beautiful salon when mine was busy. I’m glad that I did. I found this design idea from the google reviews and they executed perfectly.

I stumbled upon this nail salon when I was walking down Washington Street. I’m so glad I found this gem 💎! I was greeted by the receptionist, Kayla - she immediately acknowledges folks when they enter the door, she tells you how long the wait will be, and helps you pick nail colors AND designs if you need recommendations. The nail techs are also lovely, quick and efficient. Some don’t do much talking, but don’t fret - you will be happy with your nails when they’re done. Lastly, the salon is very clean.

This was an amazing experience! I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon and made an appointment here, the atmosphere was relaxing and the salon is impeccably clean. I had an appointment with Steve who was wonderful, friendly and professional! I love my nails and I will be returning!

Very clean and classy salon. And super CLEAN!! The receptionist is so sweet and helpful and I usually be in and out! I usually go during the week days so I really cant speak for how they are on the weekend. They do very nice nails and pedicures!

The Salon itself is absolutely gorgeous! It’s clean, very classy and upscale looking. The service is Great! my technician was fast but very neat with my nails . She got the color and design down to a “T” from the photo I showed her. The prices are a couple dollars more than the other shop I go to but the color selections of the polish, and excellent service it’s money well spent. I will definitely be going back!

My nail (Ryan) technician was not on point today. I honestly think that today he should have had off. Between the snatching of my hands to the poor polish job, even the attitude and presentation of his work. I pay to much money in this salon to be this dissatisfied with something that I have to pay for. I’m honestly considering never coming back. I travel to get here due to me not living in this area so it just doesn’t make sense to pay to get this service.

I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times and I normally don’t have a problem. Today I decided to go. First off I wasn’t greeted when I walked in instead the young man looked at me as if I was crazy. I told him what I wanted and he asked if I had an appointment I said no. He got up and went over to a book( I’m assuming it’s an appointment book) . I could feel something was wrong so I asked if I needed an appointment he said yes. I asked if this was something new because I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve never been told that I need an appointment. He said yes. My problem is I received a email from ASIA nails telling me how much I was missed I decided to get up and come in and I was greeted with this. It’s annoying and frustrating because if an appointment was required that should have been in the email and on the website.

From my first experience walking into the door 🚪 of “ASIAN NAILS” I was greeted by “ KAYLA” the hostess, who by the way, made me feel so welcomed, not to mention comfortable. She showed me the colors I suggested, she spent allotted time with me, in which I was extremely impressed, no nail salon 💅 has NEVER had such a service or HOSTESS given out such energy. Suffice to say, I’ve been back ever since,Kayla’s work ethic & energy has been consistent, that’s very important me.Unfortunately, the manager has no interaction with the customers, except for doing nails & “watching” certain workers .... Please! give him a crash course in “managerial customer service” (no disrespect)I have the same tech do my nails...pedi & lashes(AMY)because, I like her work...Yes! I would would recommend this establishment & I have. The decor is modern/ CHIC & the energy is FAIR, providing your workers stay positive. Love 💕 light 💡

I brought my teenage daughters here today and they absolutely loved it!! Very professional and clean. They completely clean and sanitize every station after use and Have a very pleasant attitude. They took their time with my girls and they absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.

I use to love this place until I was charged to fix what should have been done right in the first place in two days my nails that I paid over a 100 dollars for were ruined and I was charged another 45 dollars for them to be fixed never again will I come here I have spent good money with them

Very nice people however the gentleman who did my nails rushed through my nails, paid very little attention to details from the picture i showed him that i wanted . The girl who did my toes was super nice and cool but as well she rushed because she was about to get off I guess. My nails definitely weren’t worth what I paid for.

It was an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very kindly. I picked the color and service I wanted. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was a Drexel student studying Accounting, she was amazing! She took good care of me and my pedicure looked and felt great. Price value is also good as well. Complimentary wine was the cherry on top. Its a very clean and professional place. I havent gone for a pedicure in years, but I will definitely not wait too long to go back again.

The receptionist was friendly, the place was very clean and my nails looked great when I left. However within 4 days of my gel manicure they began peeling, cracking and two of my nails completely broke off! I read many good reviews so I was disappointed to have this happen.

Ryan is my guy! He listened to what I needed done and added his on creative sense, I love my nails. The place is clean and very elegant. After a long day of work this is a place to be pampered and get beautiful. I appreciate the glass of wine, bottle water, and small finger snacks while you wait or being serviced. I will surely come back again.

This place just opened a few months before quarantine began and I loved it because it was quiet, clean, and the service was great every time. I rarely ever waited, even without an appointment, and was quickly in and out.Maybe it was my own fault for coming the first weekend they opened post quarantine, but it was a mess. Don’t get me wrong - I loved the service and my nails, but this message is geared more towards management/the owners.If you are high risk, have children, or are around anyone high risk - STAY AWAY. I almost want to report this place due to extremely poor sanitation standards. Need I remind you - this pandemic is not over. I had no problem waiting 20 minutes my pass scheduled appointment, but a couple of things:- The first person you even see, the new receptionist, did now have a mask on. Even though the door clearly states a mask “MUST” be worn- I counted at least 4 customers without a mask.- They allow people to wait in the waiting area. Be smart. All other services I’ve got recently clearly state NO OTHER GUESTS ALLOWED AND WAIT IN YOUR CAR.I truly loved this place pre Covid, but if they don’t even have the respect to call out people that are putting so many others in harm, I cannot continue to support this business and I will definitely tell all my neighbors, who I previously recommended this place to.

Wonderful atmosphere, calming music in the background not too much noise from patrons just a general buzz from time to time. Great service, VERY friendly female staff-hard working. Good variety of nail colors, service options for the same price as other nail salons in the area that dont go the extra mile. Top shelf wine & scotch whisky, bottled water with a nice selection of treats (fruit basket, cookies & mini muffins) Bonus: all oh there lotions are Bath & Body Work brand so you smell great with good quality products. My friend asked for vegan friendly lotion & they also had in stock. Ive already visited twice: once with my aunt & girlfriend for a girls day & again with my boyfriend who got a pedi & would definitely come again 👍👍

NEVER AGAIN!I got my nails done here. It was crowded but they work fast. Probably when they work fast is your nails don’t last. 2 days after I got it done the acrylic lifted and chipped. Now my nail broke off. Wasted $55 !!!

If you are looking to be rushed through your entire service to only have barely anything done to your nails and walk out with cuts all over your cuticles go here! I went in for just a standard mani pedi nothing crazy here, the techs rushed through doing my nails so quickly painting them poorly and cutting up my cuticles on several of my toes. There was no shaping, or massage so Im really confused as to what I paid for even. Over-priced, poor service. Drive the extra 5 minutes to center city dont go here.

Nice place, waste of money. I went there and got a full set, my nails were messed up the very next day. I went back they fixed it, and again one is messed up. I got gel so i’m not sure why the polish is bubbling or peeling the next day. Kayla was a nice girl, very sweet and had good customer service. I also enjoyed Mimi, the two of them make me want to go back but I’m not sure. I like for my polish to last the two weeks it’s supposed to and not to have to go back to get fixed. I’ve added a photo, to show you all what I mean by lifting and bubbling and this was after going back the next day to get it fixed. I haven’t done anything to cause it to do this, and I get gel all the time so i’m not sure what was different.

This is the place to be!!! So modern, sleek, and CLEAN. The professionalism is unbeatable! I am so happy and thrilled to have such a beautiful salon in my immediate neighborhood. Lin & Vani are the most personable and friendly nail technicians I have ever met, and I have been getting nail salon services my whole life, so that says a lot. They pay close attention to detail and provide fun conversation! This salon offers champagne, snacks, and other various refreshments. I’ve never given a South Philly nail salon such a high rating, but I swear by this establishment. You trippin if you don’t stop in for a service! 10/10 recommend! Customer for life.

The woman that worked on my hands and feet was very nice. I got gel polish on both hands and feet, my feet still look nice but the gel polish on my nails are chipping and its only been a week smh

Went here for many months. Very clean, nice place, the nail technicians doing acrylics, dips and tips know what they are doing and do a great job.Kayla their receptionist is the best, she is very welcoming, warm and inviting. She deserves 10 stars.Yet, I stopped going here after two visits of having newly employed staff service my pedicures and both times they did not know what they were doing. If I have to tell you how to do your job then I don’t need to give you business. These times were very frustrating as when you go for a pedi you want to be able to relax and enjoy yourself not have to tell someone how to do a pedicure and have to ask one of the owners (which should have intervened when he witnessed my frustration without me asking him to) to let them know as the people doing my pedicures both times did not speak enough english for me to communicate with them myself.

I was excited to try this new nail salon because its close to my home, and my first encounter with the people at the salon were welcoming, the atmosphere was clean, and the ascetic was on point. However my nails were not done properly the nail technician fixed a nail and did my refill with gel polish all within a half hour. That was incredible I was impressed.  They looked like they were done right but they were not! My nails are curved and she replaced my broken nail with a straight nail. SMH, then that nail was not shaped properly, I had to go back to get it fixed. Four days later that same nail began to Crack across the middle and I had to go back again to get the nail repaired. Unfortunately after that 2 days later two of my other nails broke. Needless to say. Im not going back. The hunt is on I need a new nail salon.I gave 3 stars because they fixed my cracked nail without charging me.
