When I say these people arw HORRIBLE...they really are. They have 3 stars for a reason. Like I have NEVER gotten a pedicure this bad. The technicians are rude, they lack experience, and they try to charge you for every little thing. They dont even have the basic cleaning stuff to clean ur feet compared to other nail salons. I honestly dont know how they are still in business. It was so bad, I didnt even get my nails done. After they did my feet, I left. Please dont waste your money in this place. You have been warned.

I just don’t know if the lady knew how to do acrylic nails ever she didn’t clean my nails or trim them before starting the nails and she used a dirty acrylic brush that was also dry with no solution on to activate more acrylic powder. not to mention the application was completely uneven even after asking to fill in some places I noticed. it was very messy and gave me so much anxiety just to watch. I told her to just leave my nails with the blank acrylic so I could take them home and fix them myself. (I sound like such a karen but i’m so sorry I couldn’t sit there anymore and watch her ruin my nails for me to leave unhappy with the nails I payed for)

Got a full set and pedi done not even a week later all nails started popping off .. horrible the pedicure did not last either I have been coming here for years and never had issues there is a new lady that’s working and I notice everytime I get her or my daughter we hate it !!! tried giving it a chance but I don’t think I’ll be spending my money at this place no more .. they really need to get rid of her ASAP

Came here with my daughter in hopes to get our nails done together, after a 40min wait my 5 year old daughter was only able to be seen by herself. When I asked how long the wait was, the one lady started speaking another language to the other workers and went to do someone’s nails without answering my question. When she came back 10mins later I asked again and she said 15min. I just thought they were unprofessional and lacked in customer service severely.This was her first experience and it was terrible. They only had 4 people working, I asked them to draw a flower and it looks like my daughter drew it on herself. They didn’t lotion her hand or clean it properly, nor did they polish the whole nail, and there were bubbles in her polish. When she finished drying nobody came to check her nails or fix the problem.I came in at 9:30a and we left close to 11:30a. I didn’t get my nails done because I didn’t want my daughter waiting alone for me. Can’t believe how long it took to do a regular polish and pedicure for a child. Definitely won’t be coming back here again! Would not recommend at all.

Worst place I have ever been too! Literally!I just paid $40 for a French that not even a kid could have not done worse! Awful, I usually read reviews before I go somewhere and this one was so sudden I didn’t look at what ppl had to say. Never ever lose your time or money with that place, I’m never getting back. I’ve been going here for about a year now for pedicures and to get acrylics. i’ve been extremely happy with the results every time. they take their time with each client and pay special attention to what you want. the ladies who work here are so kind and do everything they can to meet your needs. this has become my go-to place for my nails. i refuse to go anywhere else.

If I were to go by many of these reviews, I’d probably choose another place to get my nails done. However, having not read a single review before coming in for the first time, I was greeted warmly, seen quickly and given the best manicure and pedicure for the money I have ever had. The ladies are pleasant and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again!

Always pleasant and Quiet ..

I visited Victoria Nails & Spa after reading the very unpleasant reviews. Let’s just say I like to experience things for myself. I had the Victorian pedicure spa & manicure...Both of my technicians took their time and treated me with kindness. From the relaxing foot/leg massage to the back massage while having my hands wrapped in hot wax; I am beyond satisfied with the services I received!

I think everyone has a different opinion based on their experience. I have been going to this place for 8 years and I have always had excellent service in everything Ive gotten done. The gals have different personalities but, thats how we humans are, you just have to deal with people accordinly and not be rude.

The worst shop ever my nails didnt even last until I was done, polish & acrylic on my hands. Best part was the hot towel save ya money.

I used to go here all the time with my mom but I regret ever giving them my business for the way they treated me. I tried to redeem my $10 off coupon after my 6th visit, but the ladies told me that they didn’t recognize the signature and refused to honor the coupon. I have redeemed these coupons before, but this visit was different for some reason. I’ve been coming here for more than a year and had never thought that i would be treated this way. I refuse to go back to a place that lies to its customers and treats them this way. It makes me sad that I have to find a new salon, their prices were actually decent compared to the salons in the area but the disrespect is not worth it at all.

Very clean and comfortable for covid

I’ve been going to this nail salon for so long and at first they were nice but than new people started acting like I wasn’t going to pay and wanted me to pay without even giving me a receipt.. very unprofessional. I’m a registered nurse and have never been treated like this in any establishment.

Ella was great, she spent time on my feet and did a great job with it. My pedicure came with an hot stone massage and a shoulder massage and a wax wrap. All for less than $45. Also, I was given a card that gives me $10 off after my 6th visit.

The worst I repeat worst experience ever!!! First off the place is nice n clean I can say that! Next they have the older lady that works there that cant do nails at all!!!!! I had her twice and both times my nails kept cracking I didnt understand why. I always felt that my tips of my real nail held a lot of the acrylic weight. Then my nails was NEVER EVEN!!! When she will refill them she never filled down the excess. I didnt noticed til I was home thats when I had enough spending $50+ every time and my nails never lasted. I finally went to another one and this guy saved my nails! He was so mad and irked at the job that nail salon did. He said they dont know how to do nails all I can do is laugh but only did he do wat I wanted but very nice talkative also his wife. I finally found my place.

I had my worse experience ever here today I’ve been here 3 or 4 times normally just for a manicure but today I said it’s not too busy I’ll do a mani and pedicure but an I sorry I did that the woman was horrible and when I questioned why she was so careless she acted as if I was crazy. She was very old and shouldn’t be doing anyone’s nails I will never return again.

Was in the waiting area for about an hour and a half, staff never warned about long wait, than they change tactics and just had me sitting for at least 30-40 minutes in the pedicure chair......waiting again...no Service was provided. Unless someone has 3-4 hours to waste I do not recommend going there!!!

The lady Elle was so rude, I asked for a new set, ahead of time, by the time I got in her chair, I told her I wanted an ombre french gel manicure, she said they dont do ombre, i said ok, whats the pink and white gel option, i asked her is it similarAnd is it like acrylic? She said to me, you dont know what you want? She didnt explain the difference to me so i just got it anyway. She also told me I should have told her ahead of time because all of that takes so long, it was like she was blameing me. Then I asked for a coffin shape, just a bit skinny, she gave me the nail filer for me to do it myself, told me to file my own nails before coming back. When I asked her her name, she told me then said she cant do my nails next time, she was so bluntly rude. Lastly I also got a pedicure, brought my own polish, soap, and lotion due to allergies, I was still charged full price. Im not coming back and would not recommend for anyone else to.

Have been going there for years, but today will be my last time (because I have $10.00 GC) There is one woman there that I seem to keep getting, she cares nothing for the customer...uses her tools to a minimum usually skips a toe or a finger. Last Pedicure she didnt even cut cuticles on toes. When she massages shoulders she just feels the material of your shirt. Other Massage is so gentle I feel like just saying Dont Bother! May I add I pay for the most expensive Pedicure. Ive tried to go at all different times, but I keep getting her. So after today Farewell Victoria Nail.

Had a pedicure from here that lasted me way longer than any other. I cant remember the womans name but she was amazing and super nice.

Today was a good day until I walked into this nail salon those people wereHorrible, Rude, Disrespectful and not friendly at all!!I only went there today to please my husband who brought me a gift certificate for my birthday. They did greet me when I walked in and quickly became frustrated b/c I asked about their prices. I was told a refill that was listed at $15 would be $25 for me b/c of the length which they were going to cut down. They only want your money!!!Customers beware, theyre ignorant people with rude attitudes. They dont even deserve 1star in my book!!Thats why I like to stick to my own Nail Salon Angels Nails on County line rd. I Always get compliments bet I wont now.

My nail polish chipped within a week. They need used to be good a few years ago when I used to come there.... Now they dont have that much of variety with colors. I was gonna get Mani and pedi but I could immediately tell that the pedi was bad so I just said I didnt want a Mani.

The worst place ever the cut cuticle in my toe so bad its swollen i told the lady stop she dont speak english call the manager because they didnt finish my nails n wouldnt finish them cuz i was mad that i was in painSo finally they filled my nails n then cut my finger again till it bleed so i called the cops on the and filed a complaint and still had to pay terrible nail job n ped looks like i did it in kindergarden and im in deeply pain going to go to ermergency room place sucks the manager wouldnt even give me his name i had to force him

They are always rushed. I also have twice walked in at least an hour and a half before they close with 2 people waiting and they would say they are closing, they cant take anyone else. Its awful! They lost a customer!

I went to get my nails done one day 2 hours before they closed. I went with my friends so there was 4 of us. We were looking for a place that closed late because we was running late. Anywho, the lady who did my nails did them so thick. She added too much acrylic!!! Once my nails where done they looked like bubble nails. We asked if someone can fix my nails and when someone did they where just all talking Chinese back and forth. The lady tried to blame my nails on how they were before I got there but nothing was wrong. After a week went by my GEL STARTED PEELING! My friends nail broke and her gel is peeling too! My other friend nail broke as well. And it’s only been a week! Horrible horrible! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!!!!!

I love the service here I really do but I have to be honest every time I go after a week or so my nails seems to start breaking down - I have never had this issue before - I dont kno if its the tools they are using or what but it happens every time I go

This is the most races nail salon in Philadelphia, they only take white people first and will have African-American people wait 25 to 30 minutes just to get their nails done and the prices are extremely high.
