Was here for three hours. I got pedicure and eyebrows too. This was my first time here, ended up spending a total of 100$ for this. Yeah, after this I wont come back. My nails are dried by the way, no idea why the clear nail polish dried like that or why theres even circle dents. After 3 hours, i was too frustrated to say something. I just wanted to leave. Had to delete the last photo of the design I wanted cause people thought the reference photo is what I received.

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had!! My daughter got an overlay and her nails are so beautiful and the woman was incredibly patient with her and super sweet. The salon was beautiful, plenty big with no wait and they have more colors and choices than Ive ever seen anywhere. Were already planning on going back in 2 weeks!! Beyond happy with their service.

Went yesterday to get mani-pedi and couldn’t be happier I went! Emily did my mani and she was amazing! Very accommodating, pleasant, and has great taste as she helped me pick a better color selection for my special occasion. So sweet and such great, positive energy!

I thought this may work when i saw that they had many nail techs, But come to find out my nail tech knew nothing about nails. I got a manicure in a salad bowl, she didnt do a good job! The place was dirty,they need to take a day off to clean the salon... Dirty equipment! I just started going to this salon a few months ago after switching from another salon I went to for 10+ yrs and I love it. Emily is the truth! She is professional and super fast and my nails last for weeks with no chipping at all. Her work is superb and she doesnt try to nickle and dime you for every little thing! Their color selection is overwhelming in a good way, it is an entire wall full of colors and they take appts. This will without a doubt be my go to salon going forward for years to come as I will not be going back to the salon I used to go to.

For eyelashes, they are good and they do a good job. Great price. For nails, depends on whos doing them. Wish I knew the name of the woman who did my nails but I do not remember. She did not do a great job. She was a bit distracted and not gentle. The back of my nail has parts of the acrylic since she did not do a good job filing down. My nails are not worth what I paid for. When I would ask questions or requested suggestions she was rude and sounded annoyed. Not all are this way. Overall the place is fine. Im just big on customer service and this one person in particular lacks a bit of that.

I got Gel nail posh and it took them with me walking back in 2 x to fix the mistake. I had nail polish all over my finger tips the gel dried. The other time someone else put the acrylic nails on and with a thick layer to point I went to a different store. I personally wont be going there again.

Theyre really affordable and its worth any wait your taking. They take their time on nails and shape nearly perfectly. The nail salon itself is beautiful and full of color, and they do excellent brow cleanups. They have different choices in nail designs and kinds of polishes, I just love it there and it was only my first visit.

Sloppy work nails are not the same length and the place was pretty dirty. The restroom is horrible. Im now concerned about fungus after reading their Yelp reviews. I will never go back. Pedicure was a joke. Im extremely disappointed

First and last time going this place. I waited an 1 hour to get seated (I understand) for getting just gel color. I have small nails and thats why I dont do my nails and came this place. The lady (her name is Nancy) painted on my skin and cuticle and I asked her to fix it. She COMPLAINED in Vietnamese and BLAMED I have small nails. It was still on my skin even after she fixed it and my friend was waiting for me, so I didnt even bother to ask her to fix it again. I wanted to tip her, but I only had $10 bill. I asked her for change, and she GAVE ME 2 $5. Gel color was $20 and she expected me to pay $5 for tip. NEVER GOIING BACK AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish that I could rate less than 1 star. After waiting almost an hour, I was sat down for a pedicure and all began well until I asked for a design on my toe. The tech working on me informed me that she could not design and that I could wait for another tech that was working on another client. I was instructed to pull a design up on my telephone because they did not have a design board. Once I picked out a design the tech advised that she could not do the design that I asked for so I found another, went through this process through 2 additional designs and finally found one that she said that she could do. The tech completed the design and it looked as if a 4th grader had painted the design. When I told her that I did not like it she abruptly wiped my toe off with nail polish remover and went to sit at a seat to help another client. She began speaking in her language to the original tech and did not look at me. The tech that originally helped me came over and repainted my nail. When I asked about a design she said that only the tech who helped me and the owner could do the design and they both were TOO BUSY! Last I checked I am a paying customer and was paying for a service. They had no respect for me as a PAYING customer and did not care that I was completely unsatisfied. I also do not appreciate their discussion of the situation in their language and might I add that the pedicure was mediocre at best! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They were very polite and literally every woman there does nails very very well which is rare because everywhere else you go theres usually only one or two people who do a great job. First time there, and it was great.

The pedicures are to die for not literally but they have the Sha nay nay drill, thats what I call it, and is softens and smooth out the calluses and the dead skin and they do the spa treatment its awesome check it out. Horrible customer service!!!!! Linda did my nails for the first time because Mimi who normally does my nails was not available and I did have the time to wait so Tina the owner directed me to Linda she does my SNS and put the wrong top coat on my nails which had some type of chemical reactions and cause all of the nail to have a white residue I didnt have the time for her to fix every nail so after tell the owner several times I wasnt paying full price for a half ass job she lower the price from $42 to $25 and told me to come back the next day for them to be fix after I returned the next day I only received half of the service I never received the deigns which were in included in my original total lve been coming here for years and Im completely discussed with the customer service I spend $60-$80 at this Establishment every 2weeks for over 7years They dont value the customer Ive worked in customer service for 8yrs and could never treat a pay customer this way for the mistake of my staff I will not be returning...

You get what you pay for. I went in for a $25 mani/pedi ( great deal!), and learned the hard way that a deal isnt always a deal. The technician was too busy yelling back and forth at her co- workers to pay attention to what she was doing - she barely worked on my cuticles and left them ragged, she missed painting the edges on some fingers and then stepped on my foot after the pedi and ruined the polish on several toes. And blamed me that I walked into something!I cant fault the salon - and I may go back since it is a great deal. I will just make sure I use a different technician.

Ive come to this salon over a dozen times however each visit has started to become more worst than the last. It seems like the manager is hiring more and more people that give subpar work. Many regulars come in and will wait hours for the veterans but I feel like thats too much! Today I received the worst pedicure Ive ever had I. My life! The woman nipped me twice with the cuticle scissors! And thats after I told her 3x that I had gel polish on my toes (usually removed by acetone soaked cotton swabs) and she tries to wipe it off and then sands it off! My poor nails! She barely got any of the dead skin off my heels! And the paint job is terrible. My 12 yo paints better than she did! They thin out all of their polish with acetone! If I could attach a picture I would. I let her finish but I really will never step foot in this place again. I was also supposed to get an SNS gel manicure but I passed because I was soooo angry with the outcome of my pedi. Its definitely no longer a relaxing relaxing environment. They squeezed every square inch of the salon with tables and pedi chairs. Basically feels like were sitting on each others laps and right next to the guests waiting to be serviced! My advice... if you dont go here regularly and know exactly who does a good job please find somewhere else to spend your money!
