Love the ladies at the Nail Spa! Covid conscientious, and manicures include a cold drink and a little back massage. They always last a good amount of time too! 10/10.

Had a great experience! I didn’t make an appointment and they were able to take us right away. I got a regular manicure and my friend got tips and they both look so good. The staff took their time and were really nice. This is the first place I’ve gone to in Philadelphia and will come back!

Staff works efficiently, is friendly and gives great manicures and pedicures! Very relaxing atmosphere! Everytime I go here they treat me so well!! Also this is the only place I know who offers adult beverage while you are being pampered!!! Recommend it to everyone!!!

This place is pretty cool, they offer you wine, soda and water. I asked wine and water and they friendly gave me both Lolz. The atmosphere was good, they played k-pop music which is fun to watch. My nails came out good, unfortunately I needed to take them off for work, didn’t have a chance to take pictures. I highly recommend you guys to try this place.

I really like this place. The technicians are friendly and fun, they take care of my nails and toenails very well, they serve wine, soda, juice. I appreciate the safety of the salon in the case of the covid pandemic, they are fully equipped with sterile hand sanitizer, a shield at manicure table and pedicure chair. I will definitely come back every 2 weeks and try all the spa services here.

This place was dirty and the service was just OK. Both of my technicians were kind but neither did a great job. I still have dry skin on my feet after my pedicure and my gel manicure was done very fast and sloppily. It was clear that this place needed a good cleaning, as I had hair that was not mine get twisted around my toes and calves while in the seat for my pedicure. Overall, Im pretty disappointed in what I walked out with and would not go back.

The women who work here are very thorough. They strike nice conversation and a pleasure to spend some time with. I got my nails and eyebrows done here and I was very satisfied with the results, especially for the price. Complimentary drinks (wine or coffee) definitely does not hurt.

I am so so happy that i found this place. Nail spa bar have the best service ever. The environment feel like a real lounge. They having special price for gel color if you a fan of gel nail it a must go to. Gel manicure and pedicure for$35.. The worker super friendly the place was clean and sanitized. I love how they clean their instrument infront of you. On top of that come on it a free red vine drink. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family. Love love nail spa bar!

Was very upset. Used a groupon for what was supposed to be a $60 pedicure. The hot stones were patted on for maybe 30 seconds a leg, the scrub was a cursory up and down twice. I wouldnt pay 20 for that pedicure..(and as it turns out I paid $30) Im not sure if they over booked and rushed me through but it was a horrible experience. Drinks?? Nobody offered me any.

I am currently sitting in this salon waiting for them to finish my pedicure. The service here is not so great. I bought a groupon, and I wish I had gone somewhere else and just paid full price. I had 2 different ladies working on one basic pedicure. I have a brow appointment scheduled; at this point I know I wont make it there. I have seen other reviews, and personally Im not sure WHAT they saw, but what I see is not much to say the least!!!!!!!!!!I will not be back. They need a class on customer service!!! Amateurs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visiting here from Atlanta. The manicure and pedicure was excellent, but the timing was awful! It took technician 2 hours to do gel mani and pedicure! She stopped so many times to take calls and put in appointment book and held conversations that took most of her time doing services. Loved the service but just horrible timing.

Very slow. Inexperienced. Ive been sniped and burned by hot water on my feet . Barely scrubbed my feet. Younger one was more concerned about her phone then actually doing the job . I will not be back and will not recommend either . Waste of my time and money .

Good place to get your nail done

Took forever to do my toes i was there for 2 hours, had to leave because i couldn’t wait for my nails. They shouldn’t keep taking people in if they don’t have the staff. My toes weren’t pedicured and my friends feet started burning afterwards. Never again.

They are very nice and always do a great job with my eyebrow wax.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I have never been and because of this I purchased a Groupon to try the place out. I called last week on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for Friday and was told Groupons could only be used Monday through Thursday (even though no day specifications were listed on the Groupon). I told the young lady I would call back the following week to schedule between those days. I called yesterday on a Thursday and asked if they were currently busy for me to get a mani pedi, tho which the young lady stated they were not, she then asked me how I heard about them and I stated I had a groupon. She then told me that Groupons are only accepted Monday through Wednesday. I explained to her that I called last week and she told me Monday through Thursday and she said sorry, you can return the groupon and pay cash for our special. I told her that defeats the purpose. If i return the Groupon I would just go somewhere else. I asked to speak to someone else, a manager or another co-worker and she said sorry, boss not here. It is absolutely false advertisement to offer a Groupon for your establishment but not allow a customer to use it. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
