Wow I called Sunday for a appointment and this two ladies were able to fit me in. First time at this salon and they made me feel so welcomed. They are so conversational and friendly!!!! Great customer service and best salon i have been to!! Thank you!

I love this place .Very nice, warm welcoming and friendly staffs. They have the most biggest collection of gel nails, dipping powder and designs here. Whatever you want just ask. They really take their time to do your nails and make sure it turn out perfect. It can get really busy there so make sure you make an appointment before you come.

My experience at L A Nails was awesome I felt very pampered and Tina did a great job on my nails. She was attentive and knowledgeable about nail care. I would definitely recommend L A Nails.

I was trying to find a place last minute for a wedding I have on Saturday, but I wanted someone that did good quality nails. Thank God a spot opened up and I was able to get my nails done. The ladies are awesome and very professional. They did a beautiful job on my nails. I am so obsessed cant wait to go back. After moving I was having a hard time finding a good nail salon and thanks to this incident. I know have a spot I can trust!

This nails salon customer service is excellent, I have just moved here 8 months ago and have not found the quality of service and nails well done as I did back in Hawaii. This place exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend. Will give a review update if anything changes.

First time here today and I loved it!! When I first walked in, Tina (manager) was so nice and welcoming. I don’t find that often in nail salons. She helped me decide on the dip powder and explained how beneficial it was than the gel. She’s really big on customer service which I appreciate. And they have so many colors to choose from you will never run out of ideas. Now my nails, AMAZING! They came out so perfect! I love the dip powder. I got the coffin shape and they’re shaped to perfection. I told her I’ll be back again and I mean it! And they seem to stay busy so that says a lot about a shop! Thanks Tina :)

LA Nails Salon is a must experience for yourself!! They are true to quality and staff is super friendly. They have every color you can think of. They also have the dipping (powder) style, natural and healthy light and durable for your nails. Today I got the glow in the dark gel and loved it. I will revisit!

Got my eyebrows done by Tina, she burned and ripped my skin around my eyebrows to the point that it started bleeding and she acted like thats normal when you get you eyebrows waxed. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place.

Very nice and friendly staff. Been going here for several years. I would highly recommend to make an appointment before coming in (best time is morning). It’s a busy salon, they do accept walk ins but some days they’re booked by appointments and can’t take any walk ins as much as they would love to do so.

I really loved how Tina did my gel manicure. It was so pretty, but here I am 4 days later & it’s already peeled off on nails. It sucks... but like I mentioned, it was pretty while it lasted.

I went there today for the first time, and OH...MY...GOODNESS! The woman who did my nails (Lea) was amazing! To begin with, I bite my nails so badly that when I go to any nail salon to get tips, no one can make them look natural because I have no nails for them to glue the tips onto. The place I went to last week was horrible. So, I tried LA Nails in the hopes that they could correct the botched job that the other place did. The woman who did my nails was professional, and detail oriented and truly a nice person!! I will never go anywhere else!! I recommend this place highly!!!

First time here and I love the way my gel nails turned out. The employees here are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Im so happy I found this place and will definitely be back.

This place is well branded and the staff is very unique and talented. The first time I went i had gotten a gel mani and pedi and spend about 55$ and it lasted about two weeks. I went back after my vacation to get a full set gel color and pedi and paid 80$, Which was on the higher end and i asked why it cost so much and they said the length and i completely understood. Then I went back to get the same gel mani and pedi but no acrylics and they charged me 75$. I believe this was very unbelievable and also the staff told me i was a liar that i had never gotten that price of 55$ and that was a slap to my face. Keeping my receipts would have shown them but instead i just paid and left. The staff was just being rude and it wasn’t fair on my end because i am not only a loyal customer but also leave a great tip.

Writing for my friend who does not have Google account. Tina has messed her manicure up... My friend made an appointment and Tina was in a big rush, only put one layer on the tip of her French manicure and when asked why she said she put 2 layers. After 2 days the gel manicure started chipping really bad. Horrible experience and bad customer service.I personally had been the customer here for few months and stopped going when they relaxed and stopped providing good service to me

Tina is the only person I trust with my nails. I won’t go anywhere else. I made the mistake of going to a different place and my nails got so messed up that I had to pay Tina to completely redo them. I also broke two fingers and both of my nail beds were destroyed completely and she gave me a dropper with medication and they grew back better than ever. She takes her time rush or not and always does what the customer wants. She’s very talented and her crew is absolutely amazing. I’m one of the biggest pain in the behind as a customer and every time she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% satisfied. She also knows I’m a type 1 diabetic and makes sure my toes and hands are never infected and uses clean tools. She and herself are phenomenal.

I went there based on reviews, had a pedi and powder tip mani, was satisfied, Leah was super Friendly, and I honestly enjoyed my time. 2 weeks went by, needed a fill, called on Sunday to make an appt, they were booked, so I made it for Monday. Monday came, and I started my work day at 7:30am, and my appt was for 6:30 pm. I am super busy at work, eat at my desk no break busy, and 6:50pm rolled around. I picked up my phone, as I was wrapping up my day, and a voice asked for my by name, I said it was me. Well, then what followed really turned my feeling regarding the salon, sour. I was harassed for missing my appt, and blamed for the tech not making ANY MONEY FOR THE DAY. I immediately apologized, but that brushed aside while saying I was a no call and no show. I apologized again, and after being talked to so rude I decided to explain that I will NOT be coming back and to never worry about if I show or not. Her toned changed and sadly I already had enough of the issue. I am an avid tipper, i tip upwards of $15 FOR A POWDER MANICURE! So not my loss. The shame of it was I really enjoyed this nail salon, and will miss Leah.word of advice to stay in business, work with rescheduling your customer’s appt and they will tip extra for the inconvenience and continue to receive their business VS harassing customer’s for a mistake in missing the time of an appt.

Tina is my girl. I love her so much. I have followed her from the Cheltenham mall so thats over 20 years. She is so nice and does an excellent job everytime. I havent seen her since Ive been sick but when I do I will be going to her.

Horrible customer service!!! I was very dissappinted with my first visit few days ago. First of all, when lady start shaping my nails and when I mentioned that I would like to have different shape, right the way I can tell, she did not like it, she was annoyed by my request. After she brought tools to do my manicure, since it was NOT in a pouch, I asked if instruments was sterilized, she was pissed by my request. I explained, that it is dangerous if it was not sterilized and I am simply worried about my health. She asked me if I want to see where she took the instruments from, I said ok, she showed me sterilizer, it was very little, there was few pouches, all of them was open, and had initials of each person who works there. As I understand they reusing this pouches over and over again. I really hope they do, because it didn’t look like that that sterilizer even was working, cause she tried to shut the door couple of times and it wouldn’t shut. As much as I know every time it has to be new pouch and it has to closed and they supposed to rip it open in front of the customer and every time use new pouch. This Asian lady said something to another Asian lady on their language and they both told me, that if I better go somewhere else. I was shocked! Basically, I was cicked out because I asked if they even do any kinda sterilization, which it doesn’t look that they does at all!!! I am glad I didn’t stay, cause I don’t trust them at all!
