I love this place. I’ve gone 2 times now and had 2 different nail techs and they were both amazing. So friendly, so kind, and really care about having you leave with perfect nails. Never going anywhere else!

I went here on my mothers birthday who had just passed in may. Id been having a terrible day wanted to treat myself. So I usually just get a pedicure with no color and call it a day. Were getting all finished up and the lady goes why not get a color to match my green crocs. Ive been obsessed with these crocs since the day i bought em. It made me so happy i decided to do it as a joke to surprise my girlfriend and we got such a great laugh out of it. The other two girls in the store said wow i actually want that color after seeing me have it. Awesome to have a bad day turned into a good one .

I love this place! Best natural nail salon in Philly. If you are growing out your natural nails, and want to go to a place that will respect them and help them thrive, this is it!! No harsh chemicals, large range of colors, very talented/professional staff. They specialize in natural dip powder, but they also offer a range of non toxic nail polish. Intimate space, appointment only, and always very clean. If you love strong, long, NATURAL nails like I do, then you have to try this place!!! ( pictures are of 2 1/2 weeks in!! Still going strong!!)

I don’t get regular mani pedis but the few I’ve had turned out better than this. The colors don’t match after being told the sample nail will match exactly. He painted my toes entirely without noticing I picked a much lighter color so he did them again. I had cotton pieces all under my toes and fingers and the paint job was splotchy and on my hands and feet! I told the guy I didn’t want to thin or damage my nail bed and he took out a grinder and totally roughed up my whole cuticle situation saying it was a light sanding. He didn’t even soak my fingers or push back or trim my cuticles he just filed them complaining how short my nails were bc he couldn’t shape them. It’s going to take me a year to grow out this damage! I’m not please at all and worst off they came up as a black owned business in Google but they’re Vietnamese.

This has been my worst experience so far. They have no time management. I booked an appointment for 1:30 and i was asked to come an hour late with no assurance that i would be started immediately. No value for customer experience. I won’t waste my time here

Really wonderful! The dip manicures last a suuuuuper long time and everything is cruelty free. A really relaxing and fun/funny place to visit :)

A must try! The dip powder (over a 100 colors) is my absolute favorite and the nail techs are very skilled and professional. Check em out!

I LOVE this place! I always feel so glamorous getting my nails done here. There are complimentary drinks and massages as well as calming music and an atmosphere that really makes it feel like a spa. Ive been to a few spas in the city and this is my favorite by far .It was such a great experience and they made my nails look beautiful!

Ann did my nails with dip. She was meticulous and explained the whole process to me as this was my first time getting dip. She did a fantastic job and the manicure lasted through putting on four commencement ceremonies in a row (this is crazy to me considering how much I used my hands).

I had a Creme Brulee pedi with Ann today and loved it! I used ClassPass credits and still got topnotch treatment. The scrubs and essential oils smell amazing and they use hot stones also. It was such a relaxing experience. I am on my feet for 10 hours at work and this definitely helped. I really enjoyed their massage chair, sometimes they are too intense but this one was just right. I walked right past it the first time because I didnt see a sign but its the little white door next to Bleu Sushi. I am a person who never gets manis or pedis but this experience has probably changed my mind- I might have to make this a regular thing!

I dont know why this place has such high ratings... I went and the place is SMALL and at capacity the entire time (2 stressed out staff, 4 customers at all times). Even with an appointment, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for them to start your services, and dont expect them to have time to do everything you booked the appointment for. Both me and a friend booked a mani pedi but there were so many customers and overlapping appointments, my friend didnt even get to have a pedicure. Also, there was a customer who did not wear her mask for the entire time she was there and the staff did not do anything about it. I felt really unsafe because of how small the room is and because of the way they pack people in to the max capacity and do not respect appointment times. Also, I noticed they do not sanitize surfaces between clients, and my nail artist got a CDC notification on her phone during the appointment saying that she may have been exposed to COVID. I left this appointment feeling way more anxious than relaxed, and overall extremely displeased. I never go on to leave bad reviews, but I felt like because of how risky this place was with COVID I had to say something to make sure others dont go in expecting this to be a less risky environment based on the positive reviews.

LOVE this place! I got a powder dip and pedicure, both are flawless. The shop is very clean with covid procedures and the owners knew everyone by name and what their preferences were. Overall I was extremely impressed and will be coming back regularly!

Impeccable nail salon in Philly!!! This small salon is a precious gem in this city. I love coming here every time for nails because I love the way how my nails look after the service. The quality of the service always last forever. My gel manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks, and my pedicure can last a month without any chipped. All staffs are very knowledgeable about the health of your nails. Tiffany always makes sure your nails look pretty as well as healthy. As I keep getting gel manicure here, my nails actually are getting stronger and grow longer. All the products are very natural and toxic free. Also, their spa services are always smell and feel amazing. Highly Recommended.Please make sure schedule an appointment online because you will understand when you come. The store is very small and the staffs take their time to finish the service, thats why their availability always limited.

Just came here for the first time and I’m incredibly pleased. The woman who did my nail I believe is named Nicole and she did a lovely job.I rarely stray from my usual place, but I couldn’t get there this time and was desperate for a manicure. I’m very particular about my nail care and insuring dip powder is done nicely and Raw Lab Spa couldn’t have done a better job. Super super pleased with the job.

I visited on 10/1/2019 expexting to be greeted by Tiffany & Mrs. D with a hot cup of Jasmine tea, but was shocked to find the salon rearranged, no Tiffany or Mrs. D in sight & the smell of chemical fumes. It had been a while since my last visit & I guess ownership has changed. I booked online same day hours in advance, but didnt receive confirmation of my appointment until after I left the salon. The place is cluttered and pretty much looks like your typical nail salon now. The AC unit leaks right inside the entrance, so watch your step. It smelled awful, like chemical fumes, theres no good ventilation & the place is tiny - not a good combination. I got a polish change by a woman who was kind of aggressive & critical of my color choice & the shape of my nails. I realized after the lady already started filing my nails that they reuse nail files, which isnt sanitary. All of the tools on the nail table had a fine dust over them, thank God I was only there for a polish change! The polish job was okay with minor imperfections, but I didnt want to stay longer than necessary due to the fumes. I wont be back. This place needs to change their name so as not to confuse former customers of the original Raw Lab Spa and so their reviews online actually reflect the nature of the business.

If you are looking for the perfect nail service and clean, relaxing environment, you should book an appointment and come to this place. This store is very small but extremely cozy and quaint. All staffs are very friendly, personal, and professional. Their service always fantastic and last very very long. They take theie time to give you the best service. I am always happy to come here.

Im still very much over the moon about the gem of nail salon. Ive been to many nail salons in Philly and other cities such as NY and LA. But none of them compares to Raw Lab Spa top-notch spa services and manner of conscientious care for their customers. They carry a large amount nontoxic, vegan nail polishes, as well as gel polishes. The regular manicure can last about a week without any chipped and gel manicure can last up to 3.5 weeks.Five Stars for highly attention to detail services, high quality and long lasting services, exceptional customer care.Highly recommended.

Had a bizarre experience. A young man (I believe the other woman who was working there’s son) started doing my nails. He was very sloppy, smudging every other nail and not putting the polish on evenly. When I asked him about it, he said “I got it, don’t worry until the next coat.” Then it continued, so he offered to swap with the woman and took all the polish off. Then she proceeds to paint my nails in five minutes. Not as sloppy as him but certainly not worth my time or money. Will not be returning to this place.

Wow! Talk about feeling beautiful! From the moment you walk in the salon you feel the comfort of all the staffs, the cute natural atmosphere without any chemical fumes or dust and a full menu of natural manicure and pedicure services completes this location! A warm Jasmine tea was offered before the service started, Tiffany and Deeps was very friendly and attention to details. They always did great job & reasonable prices. My nails always end up looking great for such a long time. I am always satisfied with the services.

I dont like the way the owner responded to a dissatisfied customer! I am thoroughly confused by this new school approach to customer service. Somehow in the translation, it has become owner-service. Owner beware: major, multi-billion dollar corporations have fallen due to lack of customer prioritization. Your corner establishment is not immune!! Treat your people right, look for ways to say yes instead of what cant be done. You just might avoid 1-star ratings and begin to solidify a growing base of loyal customers.

First time to Raw Lab spa and guaranteed not to be the last! Amazing staff that made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in to amazing services that wont disappoint! If you have been here... GO! We are from New Jersey just in Philly for a night and this is a place that I would drive the hour back to just to come here. Thank you for amazing service!

When Tiffany owned Raw Lab it was the best. She sold awhile back and has gone down hill since. I have been more than once but decided I wont be back and will be looking for other non toxic salons.Place is dirty (take a look at the floor corners) . I wonder about sterilization of tools.The technicians did not say hello, good bye or thank you.Well then I say good bye.

Small hole in the wall nail salon. You can make appointments online and they take credit cards. I got a dip manicure for the first time and had a good experience. My nail technician did a great job and I was in and out in about 35mins. Will definitely be back!

UPDATE: its with the heaviest heart that I write the update to this review and bump this from 5 stars 2. To the last of my knowledge, Tiffany is no longer working here. The shop is completey changed and updated and no longer has the small business charm. The quality of the manicures have also dropped significantly. They constantly push the gel dip, because its their own product and use electric files. Its not the same place that nurtured my nails to grow long and strong. I would only recommend this place if Tiffany returned.--------------------------Tiffany and the girls are the absolute best. Its a small store and they are meticulous but it is alway worth the time. Plus its so relaxing!

First time to this Place! The staff are amazing! You feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have really sensitive skin and always worried about having allergic reaction to new lotion or products, but all their products were natural and were perfect. I will defiantly go back to this place.

Although the staff was extremely nice and caring my dip powder nails cracked on the second day although they said they would last 3-4 weeks.

Wonderful Experienced !!!! The place is very clean, well organized, and great location. For $32 mani/ pedi, I got a nice foot scrub, heel cleaned up, and foot massage. The fresh lemonade they offer was very tasty. Beside that, they also offered a tablet that you can watch Netflix, YouTube, or play game.The polish lasts quite long for me, it lasts about a week or longer for hand (just regular polish), and the feet can last more than three weeks. I will be back for spa pedicure.
