I was a morning walk-in. Took me right in. Got acrylic with a gel nail. They were super professional and attentive. Listened to and executed all my requests. Fantastic! Best mani experience Ive had in Philly. My nails are gorgeous!

If i could give this place a million stars i would-- really just awesome work. i nearly walked into a wall walking back home because i couldnt stop staring at my nails afterwards. booked a last min appt for wedding nails, was seen that day, showed a design i saw off the internet, and Annie absolutely nailed it!! suggested stuff for the health of my nails too which was greatly appreciated because i have no clue. above and beyond.

Annie did an amazing job! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very patient with me and made my nails look better than I thought they would look like! Definitely found my new spot in Philly

The salon itself is bright and open. I love. The ventilation here is great. You dont need to worry about the strong chemical smells you sometimes get from acrylic nails.

Ive been going to this salon once every 2 weeks for the past 1.5 years, and the staff has sadly become increasingly rude. They do not respect their loyal customers and do not treat them with professionalism or kindness. They say they can fit you in, but keep you waiting, and then send you away when they realize they have no time. Good quality job but not worth being mistreated.

First time here, they did a great job on my nails I love it! Everyone there was super nice and my nails turned out perfect. Its very quiet and relaxing in here, all in all I give it a 10/10 experience.

This was my first time here and I had a positive experience. It was clean, I was greeted upon arrival, and even though it was busy I was attended to in a timely fashion. Also, the prices are great!

I paid for a dip manicure and it started chipping off multiple nails within a week. This was my first time at this salon and I do not plan on returning. My nail tech barely said a word to me. She didnt even clean up my cuticles or put lotion on my hands. The polish was applied too thin and too far away from my cuticles. My friend seemed to have a better experience so maybe it was just the woman who did my nails.

I was in the area and went to this salon to get a manicure while I waited for my ride. Fortunately, they squeezed me in, that was great, however they completely overcharged me $70 for a Healthy nails dip/powder. I just looked it up on their website and it says that Healthy Nails was $45. This is completely unprofessional. They did a great job on the nails, but being completely ripped off took away from the experience.

Besides everyone always being super nice, they keep the place seriously clean. They have been great at social distancing, cleaning, and making people feel safe.

I specific about how I like my acrylic shape and they were constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with my nails. The nail salon was clean and aesthetic, great color selection, comfy chair. I intend to make them my go to salon.

I came in for a pedicure and the woman did not listen to me at all about the shape of my nails or the color. I had to ask three times for square and my toe nails were round. I spent almost $60 on a pedicure that I had to go home and try to fix.

This became my favorite place but they are careless towards time. I make a reservation every time i come and i still wait at least 25 minutes and get ignored until they are ready. They dont even ask my name so making one is pointless. Im unfortunately finding someone new because of this.

I loved my nails and the girls were really nice! I had a hard time choosing a light pink nail color and one of the employees helped me find a pretty pink glitter color.

The staff team is very welcoming, they came to check on me once in a while. They did a great job with my nails. I most definitely coming back and highly recommended.

NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!!!! I was coming to the salon for a few months and everything was going well one day I made an appointment and I came in and they said they didn’t have my appointment instead of apologizing the lady named Rose tried to make me show proof that I called, after that she made me wait an hour to get my nails done and then while she was doing my nails she kept answering the phone and helping other clients I was in there for over three hours and I was a livid! I thought the customer service was horrible and I will never go back again.

Great Gel Pedi!Photo comparison for July 1st (bottom) and 27th (top) Almost a month later, no chip, no fall out. Id definitely go back again for gel pedi :)I noticed some of the comment saying the ladies arent great at communicating. Most of them are Vietnamese immigrants and some of them dont speak fluent english. My nail lady tried really hard to make a conversation with me regardless of her language communication level. The service was great for me for a busy nail salon like them.

Nice salon, however the lady that did my feet didnt do a good job at all.

I recommend you find another place in philadelphia if your new to the area or looking for a change. I went and had acrylic nails refill and the technician was super friendly but did the worst job I have ever had. The color didn’t reach the sides all the way the edges were falling off and rough. I also paid more than what was listed on their board in the salon and online and the quality was way below par for the price. I also had decided to take a break from acrylics after this time and went to take them off and one of my natural nails was green (fungal infection) this is a sign that the place is unsanitary and do not clean their tools in between customers. I could laugh bc they have so many COVID measures that are a little over the top for what the new guidelines currently are yet their tools are obviously not sanitary and being used for multiple people without being cleaned. I will never ever recommend and i would say save your money and look elsewhere never had such a terrible experience let alone an infection to go along with it.

While the service was alright and the massage was alright; I truly am dissatisfied with the work done. I was charged $145 for what looks like corn chips on my finger. They DO NOT HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ACRYLICS NOR NAILS WITH LENGTH. I asked her a million times to buffer out the nails as to avoid the clump look in the acrylic and for it to be thinly applied for a clean look. They are thick and not uniformed the shape was supposed to be ballerina. I not only treated myself but my sibling to a spa day but the work is terrible which the name of the business implied otherwise. We will not be back! She used OPI base to glue on the rhinestones which is why 1 day later it started to peel off on both hands. I recommend going elsewhere such as Luxxe or Coco blue!

I recently moved to Philadelphia, PA and did a ton of research before going to get my nails done. I had an idea that I was going to get engaged soon, so my nails had to be PERFECT. I went to Prestige Nail Salon and could not have been happier with my results. Rose did my nails. She took her time, making sure all of my needs and wants were met. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes sure you have a worthwhile experience. Any drink you want is complementary and the prices cannot be beat. They offer 15% off your first appointment over $20. I will not go to any other salon after trying this place! I cannot wait to book my next appointment.

I really like this salon. They are taking safety precautions and it’s clean. I want to make this my go-to place, but after 3 visits every 2 weeks, my heels felt like I didn’t get a pedicure at all. The nail and polish job is always fantastic. I think I will come back and just insist on them doing a better job with the pedi because that is literally my only concern.

No the lady who did my nails act like she had an attitude she really act like she didnt want to do my nails and then after I paid I noticed that my nails were so rigid and she didnt even cut any of my nails I had to go back and make her do them over again not good service not for $100 just for a gel manicure and pedicure.

High price, low quality product. Usually, my gel pedicure looks fresh beyond 2-3 weeks. However, it peeled after 1 and half weeks while my acrylic nails split. Whatever they gave me was certainly not gel. Also, manicurist snatched & gripped my hand aggressively, which was such a turn off. Chose it because of location but thats the only thing youre likely paying for.

Store as a whole had poor time management, they closed at 7pm the day I went and they were still accepting customers after 6?? The employees were very stressed as a result of taking too many clients and the quality of the service dropped significantly. I got acrylic French tips. It’s only been 2 days since going and one of my nails is already lifting. Overall application is bumpy and sloppily done. Never going again.

I booked an appointment for dip powder. I already had an old set on and i needed my nails soaked off. One person started me and then left me to do someone’s nails who walked in after me. After 45mins of soaking my nails off another woman came over and started doing my nails then she left. Another woman came over to finish her work and she half did the job. My hand is half done. They seemed over booked and very unorganized. Horrible service will never return and i don’t recommend this salon.

I had a great experience here today. The owner was my nail lady and she took her time and did a great job. Clean place, doesn’t smell bad - well ventilated, calm and quiet atmosphere, very reasonable prices, compared to nearby locations. I loved it.

Today was my second time visit this place, and I’ll never come back since it’s disorganized and doesn’t respect their customer. My appointment was 1:30, they put on wrap to remove my gel on 1:50, and I was sitting there till 2:30pm and no one come to check me. When I talked to the owner asking if I can get service, she complained they are too busy and she didn’t get lunch. So I just get my gel removed at 2:30 and noticed my figures were swollen since it was wrapped for too long. I would say if you don’t have the capacity for a timely service, don’t take that many appointment. Their technicians are good, but spent 1 hr to remove the nail color given I have made the appointment was not a wise way to spend the time here.

This salon experience was by far one of the best of my life. I recently started getting dip powder manicures, which consists of natural elements such as calcium and vitamin e. My tech, Rose, sculpted my nails perfectly. She’s talented and sweet. I also got a prestige pedicure, consisted of milk and honey massage, and lots of TLC. The interior is adorable, and they offer cocktails, and tea drinks. I went with my boyfriend who also got a pedicure and chair massage. He was very pleased and also occupied while I was getting my nails and toes done. The techs were friendly and told us about all the hot spots to check out since we are here for a get away. I highly recommend this salon!!!!

Went in for a full acrylic set and they were so wonderful. Clean salon and offered me something to drink right away. I made a reservation and think its best to because they had lots of walk ins during my visit. Diverse crowd and everyone was treated well. My coffin shaped nails are perfect.

They tried to tell me i couldn’t get my nails long and she wasn’t putting enough products on them so my nails came out bumpy and out of shape. Useless and fancy for nothing.

Small, lovely nail salon with friendly technicians who take their time to do a good job. I had an issue with my gel manicure chipping within a few days due to a UV light malfunction and they redid the whole manicure free of charge! Very pleased with the customer service and have had no issues with future gel manicures. Their pedicures are also lovely (longer foot and calf massages!) and not rushed, unlike a lot of other nail places in the city.

Been to this salon multiple times. The two most notable people who have given me a mani/pedi are Rose and Annie. They both did an excellent job and the salon provided great, timely service. Will be back soon.

They are clean with a lot of amenities which causes them to be more expensive than competition. Which wasn’t an issue. My issue was that I was ignored and when I was asking for help the owner was to busy on her phone. So I thought my foot was dry which after I got up and put my shoe on she then decided to check on me. Now I have to run back to an area that I dont live near for her to fix a problem that could have been avoided if she would have just got off the phone.
