I made an appointment via Facebook messenger for a gel manicure. They were super responsive when confirming a time. It was my first time coming here and everything was very clean and all precautions being taken, which is much appreciated.My gel manicure looked absolutely AMAZING!! It’s been 18 days and they still look great and have not started lifting up or peeling anywhere. Price is also super reasonable.I wish I knew the woman’s name- I sat at the front station nearest the door. Thank you for the best gel manicure ever! Can’t wait to come back :)

I LOVE this salon. I moved across the city from Nineteen Nails and now drive there because it’s the best. My gel manicure lasts about 3-4 weeks (usually 4!, my nails just grow out) and it’s the most reasonable price in the city. They always do a fantastic job and are so kind. Every other month I get a design and the technicians are always so willing and fabulous at the intricate details. Cannot recommend enough!

They didn’t do my feet correctly. Everytime that i told the lady that her shaving and cutting my cuticles hurt, she ignored me. When i asked for the acrylic to be taken off of my feet that i had in previously before they told me they couldn’t take it off and could only paint on top of it even though i wanted a refill. THEY DO NOT DO ANY ACRYLIC SERVICES ! Which i wasn’t aware of and when i told them that i didn’t want the services anymore, she up charged me for just getting my nails cut down. Wouldn’t recommend

They were extremely thorough and friendly! Great massage chairs and conversation 😊 We had to hand sanitize upon entry and also wash our hands before starting, very clean and safe. Only 2 other customers were in there while we were there. Appointment only. They always asked before continuing if we liked the colors, shape, thickness etc. I wish I lived in Philadelphia so I could come here every time!

The technicians are very friendly and proficient. I like the fact that during these unprecedented times they go by appointment, my only concern would be the number of available technicians on busy days such as Friday and Saturday. Otherwise, I would highly recommend them.

Probably one of the best most thorough manicures I’ve ever gotten! The attention to detail was impeccable. The salon is super clean, relaxing and very timely as well.

I walked into the salon on a weekday afternoon and I was waited on immediately for my pedicure. The staff were friendly and professional. All of the utensils used were sterilized and she even gave me the nail file that she used to take home with me. The salon is very clean, and my technician was very thoughtful with her work. The price was affordable and I am very happy with my pedicure! I live in the neighborhood and look forward to going back soon.*FYI: This location is the former Perfect Touch Nail Salon and has been under new ownership since the beginning of 2019.

Friendly service in a clean setting. They do not rush you like many other spas. The hot towel was a wonderful and unexpected addition to my pedicure.There are plenty of stations so there is little wait time. This is a relatively new spa in the heart of a growing neighborhood.

Nail tech was a little too rough on my cuticles to the point where I ended up bleeding - I asked her to be a little more gentle several times. Not my favorite mani experience. I felt a little rushed since they seemed to be backed up, but I had an appt?

Friendly service, clean facility, provided a new nail file set for me to keep. Great price. My gel manicure came out great.

I had gone into this nail salon for a regular manicure, it was $12. My nails were poorly filed, my cuticles were only cut near the top of my nail and they did not use any oil or products to soften the cuticle. There was no lotion or hand massage, and the “wash cloth” sized towel that was put down on the table was dirty, this likely is not changed between customers. The polish does not look good, it is thicker and darker in color near the center of the nail and lighter on the sides. Above all, and the absolute reason why I will never visit this nail salon again, is because the utensils used were not properly sanitized or cleaned.

Worst nail experience ever. I walked out on my refill. I asked him to cut down my nails and he refused and just filed. My nails were jagged and looked horrible. The other nail technician didnt know the order for a pedicure for gel (primer, base, top coat) or how long to place nails in dryer to seal paint. NEVER going back.

The guy had good conversation. It seemed like he knew what he was doing. My mom does nails but her shop is all the way in manyunk which is a little too far. I came here for a full set. He did my nails they were fat and uneven, lumpy and shaped like a ducks nails. I asked him to take them off. I told him my honest opinion. It took 2 hours of my time and another hour to take it off, which I stopped him in the process of because he was hurting me. He used the machine to take it off. He tore my skin and took off my real nail! He felt bad and was like I know it looks bad. I’ll give u a refund. But if he knew it looked bad why did he continue. This place is terrible and if I ever go here again it would be to talk to the owner.

Awful! Went back the next day to try and salvage my acrylic refill and it still is a mess. Uneven, too thick, and so lumpy. Very disappointed- please beware!
