I had a great experience! Very nice staff and they did an amazing job making my nails look exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend for any designs, I went in with a picture and they absolutely exceed my expectations on how I thought they would turn out.

The pedicure was beyond amazing! And the SNS Healthy Natural Nails look incredible! Love not having acrylic on my real nails! My nails never looked better!

They use to be good. I dont know what happened. I went yesterday for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was nice however the full set was horrible she could not get the shape right (coffin shape) she didnt cover my entire nail so even though I just got them done yesterday it looks like they have been on a week and a half they are just lumpy and uneven. Ill go somewhere else and pay a cheaper price for better quality 🤷‍♀️

I tried this nail salon for the first time 4 days ago and I can confidently say they will never see me there again! When I walked in I was asked what service I would like and was told to pick out a color. On this particular day they were pretty busy so they asked me to sit and wait (which was fine). During the time I was waiting people were becoming available but I was still being overlooked on the couch, I had to ask multiple times to be serviced before anyone actually got to me. Another lady in the salon had stormed out and was very angry that she waited a whole hour and still received no service. The lady whom she was angry with also had an attitude after the interaction, (this happened to be the same lady who would end up doing my nails). She immediately sat me down after, instead of taking a minute despite still being clearly upset, and asked what I wanted done. I asked for a particular style and she didn’t understand what I was trying to say and kept speaking over me. I then asked a question about what they offered and she didn’t say anything, she just starred at me and started laughing. Once she finally starts my nails, she begins doing something totally different than what I asked for, so she had to redo that nail again. Another issue I had was that she would constantly adjust my arm in a uncomfortable position, then proceed to tell me to relax. I wanted to test it out, so I put my arm in the position she kept adjusting it to in order to see whether that was really the issue or if she was just being rude. Even when it was already adjusted to the position she wanted, she would readjust my arm again and continue to tell me to relax. The worst part of it all was when she asked me to pay for the service before she was even done, meanwhile all of the other customers were allowed to pay after they were finished. On top of that, there was trash and animal crackers all over the floor and they didn’t do anything about customers who chose to take their mask down while they were still inside. I’d really give them no stars if I could.

Bella is the best nail technician good service a little pricey but she takes the time on your nails😊

They are trying to cater to a certain clientele, but they are not equipped enough to do so and it shows in their attitude and work. I’m sure they can do nails better, I’ve seen it, but once you question anything or disagree it’s bad service you’ll get, so as to make sure you don’t come back to them. Wish I would of saw these reviews prior to picking this salon, instead of going to whatever was close to me at the time.

It took 3 hours to get a mani pedi when they were slow. There’s not enough workers. There are flies flying around. They get mad when you ask for gel. The massage is horrible and No effort. They really decreased in quality tremendously since Covid.

Lavender Nails is a great place to go for a relaxing spa pedicure. My sister likes their manis, as well... I dont get my fingernails done, so I cant say. The pedicures are A-1!

Place is clean and pretty....it attracts people ofcourse. Unfortunately, they dont greet their customers. Got my nails done the first time, went back to get a refill...the lady messed up my nail and tried to deny it so I asked her to remove the nails so I dont get an affection. Told her I wanted Acrylic only and regular nail polish. She tried to sugarcoat the situation which was professional enough until she asked me to pay for my nails before she finished them. And that led me here to write this bad review....I felt some type of way and I didnt even get an apology. I wasnt going to write about this till she did what she did. Never again! And she didnt apply my polish properly.

6.27.2020 -- The first weekend they opened up after the pandemic, I called at the very last minute for a refill and without hesitation they told me to come in. I was seated 5 minutes after I got there and the woman who took care of me was courteous, friendly and did a wonderful job! I appreciate the lengths they went for me because other salons did not want to take me. I recommend Lavender Nails and Spa. Give them a try!! Be nice to the employees!!

They used to be really good but i just got my nails done there and the gel color is extremely un even and there are even fuzzies and hair stuck inside of the polish so it is not smooth and shiny. I’ve been coming there for years and recently the quality has really declined. in the past few months i haven’t been able to make it the full 2 weeks in between refills without at least one of my nails breaking. i’m very upset with how the quality has become because they have such nice staff and service.

Our go-to place for pedis and manis. Appointments are *not* required, but *are* suggested! Spa pedicure is wonderful, and the staff is very professional.

Horrible customer service! Not greeted when entered. Sat for 40 minutes before anyone serviced me and it wasn’t even crowded. This place should be burned to the ground! I guarantee you it’ll be out of business soon. And it’s not clean!

Staff was rude. I felt rushed and pressured to get the overpriced options they had for pedicure and nails. I ended up getting dip nails for the first time and not even two days later one cracked and polish just came off. I asked for a overlay and it was not done on my nails they just applied the dip powder on top. It is very clean and they provide a lot of services but I would not go back. A waste of money.

Today was my first visit to here to get my hands and feet done. Its very clean And the pedicure chairs are very nice. May the first girl who did my pedicure was outstanding! She did wonderful job very accommodating to me regarding my back issues. Now the second girl Jenny who did my my Manicure was very nice the only problem i had with Jenny was she didnt speak English its very hard to sit there and not have proper communication with someone who doing a service for you

What’s the point of making an appointment only to sit and wait. Not. Friendly at all. I left. There are many other options for nail salons. Not worth going and the parking is awful.

I got the spa pedicure and the manicure as well. I squeezed me in later in the evening. The atmosphere was amazing! Ladies were kind and good conversations. Will definitely be returning6.10.21 update.I went to the location a few weeks back and I just was being extra with my observations. 1st id like to say Ayme ( she does pedicures) is amazing. Ive gotten her twice out of my 3 times going. But the manager/owner -she runs the floor by directing the girls- is rude and bossy. Like she has a plan and thats it. 1st time going was great Ayme did the pedi n did 1 foot but then the other women walked up gabbered something and Ayme got up. She proceeded to sit down and finish me no big deal. But then she did it so jacked up that it didnt touch the sides or base just was in the middle. I didnt 100% notice till I got home bc they were just so busy i just wanted to get out.. When I went to bed and woke up the toenail polish was smudged and had peices of my covers.So it looked awful to me and my husband; I called and explained they got me in the next day. I take it that the polish was just cheap- but thats an assumption. The 2nd time I went was nothing special. But this last time I went was terrible. I called got an appointment. Got Ayme and she did a great job. I also decided to get a full set and the manager lady was the one doing it. This time she also interrupted my pedi to finish. She just couldnt get what I wanted which was a solid color and sparkle on top. I explained she got an additude and kept smiling at me. THEN THE FULL SET gets started. She instantly starts gluing the tips on. No filing/cleaning. So I said something like just bc yall busy dosent mean you skip over steps to get done quicker. She then goes the same thing. I then am watching her and shes going to not even shape the plastic part just jumps to putting on the acrylic powder and I yank my hand away and say it with a little more base in my voice. You skipped A and B but not this. Im a paying customer and your not going to have me walking out with a half a$$ set. The shape was also an issue. She kept saying something that I couldnt make out. She started jerking my arm to the sides saying to relax and loosen up. I finally said im the customer I will put my arm the ways its comfortable for me. And then she was squeezing my fingers and when she cut my cuticles she cut my skin and it bled pretty good. No compensation on any discomforts that ensued. I honestly will never recommend a nail set from her and only got to Ayme. But I think Im just going to not go back.

My daughter and I have been coming here since it opened. We had received high quality manicure fills and pedicures. Now we leave feeling like we need to find a new nail place. They are cash only now, charging for every little thing they do, technicians that don’t know how to provide a quality fill nor are they familiar with current designs. In one day my daughters fill has chipped. I really hope they can get back to how they started.

Please do not go to this place. I chose to go there as the regular salon I go to was not open. The service was below par. They charged $38 for a spa pedicure and the quality of the pedicure was not even equal to a normal pedicure. The lady who did acrylic nails was so rude and she scraped my finger many times and did not even care. Will never ever return back to this place.

They pay attention to detail. While your nails are drying they massage your shoulders. They dip you hands in wax. And cost about the same as all the other spas. Their pedicures are great too. I Love this place.

They used to be good. Come here If you like chipped gel polish after a day, a rushed pushed along pedicure/manicure that clearly shows in their paint job, and being laughed at when you ask prices. They try to take too many people at once and because of that their service and quality suffer. It is a shame.

I came here to get a quick brow wax definitely because it was only six dollars. Unfortunately I won’t be returning. The lot is small but the parking is free. The interior is very pretty a lot of people who work there sitting around waiting to service you. I was taken to back to do brows. When I laid down the lady was yanking my head back & forth instead of moving me gently or even asking me to move or tilt my head. I did feel a burning sensation but thought nothing of it. I did look in mirror but I did a quick glance didn’t really examine it. When I did get a chance to look I had two scrapes under my right eyebrow. From putting wax on too hard w that wooden stick. It’s so noticeable and I’m so upset.

My friend and I visited Lavender for the first time a few days ago. To say our experience was horrible, would be an understatement.The nail tech who I had service me happened to be the manager. Before starting my manicure she sat on her phone in front of me and checked her notifications, that should have told me something. I have cuts all along my cuticles from her snipping them (I left bleeding). It looks like I need a refill already because she used the electric file and literally took polish off.Unfortunately my friend had a worse experience. Her nails (gel powder) were completely cracked and after THREE HOURS the woman said she would redo them. Instead of redoing the whole process she asked to just have them put gel polish over top. Her gel polish came off the next day.We paid over $70 to have a terrible experience and now have to pay even more money to go somewhere to have them done correctly.

They quoted me one price and tried to charge a higher price. FOOT TECH WIPED THE FLOOR WITH S USED TOWEL AND DIDNOT WASH HER HANDS,SHE THEN CAME TO DO MY FEET, I ASKED HER TO WASH HER HANDS. SHE CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE. I KINDLY PUT MY SHOES ON AND LEFT THE ESTABLISHMENT. YOU SHOULD NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE OTHERS GET MADE AT YOU BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT ANY FOOT INFECTIONS.

Today was my first time visiting the salon and it was the best pedicure I have ever received! Highly recommended & I will be back!

First time I came in to get a refill, nail tech ripped my real nail to the point it was bleading. Owner came and finished my nails which turned out fine. Second time came in & asked for a pedicure was told there was no wait but ended up sitting in the pedicure chair for an hour waiting. Then had to wait another 20 minutes after getting pedicure to have another person polish. Actual Service isn’t bad but just seems so Unprofessional.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to in Philly. They even include an upper back, shoulder, and neck massage. They are always professional and friendly. The place is so posh, always nice and clean. And most importantly, my nails always look great.

Love this place. They are super clean, very nice, and pedicures are the best in town.

For two years, I came here every two weeks to get my mani & pedi & wax. I even brought my friend from Jersey here along with me. On a typical day, my services would be well done and I would tip well. But last week I was pressed for cash and could only afford to cover my services without a tip. I assumed it would be OK, because I am a regular and I would make up for my missed tip the next time I came. But the lady that did my nails was very rude and even yelled in her language when she saw that I didnt tipped. She even refused to sign the rewards card I have with them, which they must sign after every visit. I was utterly shocked at this behavior, and did not feel like my patronage was appreciated. Unfortunately, that will be the last time I go to that salon.

Not only do they offer so many perks, but also do an amazing job. I love it there!

*no option to give 0 stars* i’ve been going here for over a year. in the past everything has been amazing. nails neatly done and friendly staff. i don’t know if it’s under new management or a new owner but the past 2 times i have gotten my nails done it has been horrible. every person i used to get my nails done by, have left the establishment. not only is the new staff unfriendly and not accommodating at all, they skip steps in nail painting to get it done quicker. after choosing a 4th color (i was told they were out of the first 4 colors i choose) my nails were awfully painted. i am extremely disappointed. i am a repeat costumer (and a big tipper) that will not be returning.

My nails chipped the first day Id gotten no gel and I was rushed to pay my money before my nail lady was finished but my feet feel nice and clean. And the place is clean.

I had an awful experience the last two times Ive been here.My husband went to buy me a gift card for my Birthday and he said the ladys attitude was very disappointing.I went to use my gift card and was very disappointed with the services...I ask 3 times for gel and the young lady still did regular nail polish.Needed to be redone by a different girl.I ask for a design and and was told to look for what I want on my phone. AWFUL EXPERIENCE..Will not be returning

I have been there multiple times and today was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I sat down to get a pedicure and the lady TURNS OFF my massage chair. Then she continues to do my toes then she never asks me the color or any other questions and she takes out a light pink and colors my toes with the pink. When that is not at all what I wanted and Then I stated the facted that I didnt like the pink. she moves me to get a full set. I was getting a important phone call and I had to awnser the lady gives me a huge attitude and tells me she can not continue until I am done on my phone. I answered the call then she continues to do the full set. She SQUEEZED me fingers as tight as she possibly could. Then tells me that I cannot talk bc everytime I talk I move. I accepted that then I sat there and she tells me Im shaking too much. She started to file my nails and then the lady decided that this was a good time for her to awnser her phone calls. After she told me she couldnt do my nails while Im on the phone. She finally hangs up the phone after 10 mins. After the filing I had the nail dust all over my hands and she doesnt allow me to get out of the chair to wash my hands. I had cuts all over my fingers from how rough she was being with my nails and my nails are crooked they are all slanted. My friend came with me today and she said no gel then continued to give her gel and charged $13 more. This was just not a good experience would not recommend anyone going to this nail salon after the experience me and my friend had today!

This is the first review I’m ever wrote in my life and if I can rate this as a zero I would! I just got a refil here, I have acrylic all over my fingers, my nails are shaped on a 60 degree angle, I got black nail polish which is all over my fingers as well! It’s purely horrifying ! I do not suggest this salon to anyone

Two hours after getting my nails done the polish was still tacky and my nails were completely messed up. I returned telling them there was something wrong with the polish. They told me i needed to be more careful. Yea ok.

Gave them a 2nd chance...but they still didnt do my nails correctly... (the 1st time was horrible! Left them in tears n straight to another nail salon to have them fixed/redone) After a year of avoided them, went to them yesterday hoping they finally have ppl who know what they are doing...No.I ask my nail tech if she knows how to do an ombre natural pink n white, she told me very confidently Yes!...no... hahah I have a straight white line across my nails between the pink n white! I had to explain to her, ur supposed to use two different white colors...she only used one n thats why a line is coming out... she didnt listen.. so No this place doesnt know how to do an Ombre.If they had been honest n told me no they dont know how to do an ombre (as simple as it is...) I would have just gotten a raguler color. So I will be never returning.

I usually always come here for my nails, never ever get my eye brows waxed, first time I decide to try it and I get burnt really bad on my eyelid from the wax being so hot... I now have a big nasty mark that is super painful to touch.

Best experience Ive ever had at a salon! Went with a group to prep for our friends wedding. They sat us immediately and began our pedis. Not only do they take their time on your polish but the regular pedicure involved hot stones, scrub and a long massage on each leg. The manicure was just as great, they took their time and made sure it was perfect. They give you a shoulder/back massage as your nails are drying and the grand total for gel mani and pedi was $55!! Cant beat the price, but the experience was even better. I will drive the 45 minutes to come back.
