This is my far the best nail salon I have ever been too! It so clean and comfortable as if you are entering a peaceful spa. The people there are nice and friendly! Special shout out to my favorites.. They charged me 46$ for a pedicure. With gel polish. My friend started about five minutes before me and ended about 5 to 10 minutes after me and got the same exact thing . So that shows the subpar job that I was provided by my nail tech. He rushed through everything half painted my toe nails, barely cut my cuticles. Massage and hot rocks were almost non existent. Including tip it was 55$ total just for a pedicure . 46$ for a pedicure is ridiculous! Especially when the service is poor quality and rushed!!!! I definitely will not be returning.

This place was beautiful! At first site you can see it’s very clean and well kept. They took me in right away and started taking my gel polish off. I was so happy with the friendly customer service! The women really took her time taking a fake tip off my finger. She was really gentle with my cuticles. I was so impressed with the time and gentleness she had with removing and caring for my nails. They nail color selection was really good and I feel would suit anyone needs. It’s so close and convenient near the airport if you need something before a flight or arriving home! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

I absolutely love it here! For one it’s BEAUTIFUL, super clean and sanitary too. Everyone that works there is great and do an awesome job! This is my regular nail salon now since being there a handful of times after recently opening. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Pure Nail Bar is great. Its brand new and very beautiful. Its clean and classy they even serve wine and mimosas! Celina does my nails and always does a FABULOUS job I get compliments on my nails every single day and Ill follow her wherever she goes! Love this place would recommend to everyone.

I walked, signed in, and then told the technician what I wanted to get done and honestly when the lady was done, it was better then all the nail salons in my area. I also got dip powder nails and they looked so pretty.

Love this place! Its close and very convenient for me. The place is spotless and so aesthetically pleasing and the staff is so nice. They offer you water, soda, and even wine! (If youre of age of course). They also have cookies you can eat! I recently got a full set with chrome and diamonds and it couldnt look more amazing! Will def be back

These ladies in here are awesome!!! Very kind, polite, friendly and helpful! Ive been with these ladies for years at another salon and although that salon was amazing too, I chose to follow these ladies. When you find someplace that works, stick with it.

The salon is beautiful, clean and well ventilated. The staff is courteous and friendly. All of this would be meaningless if the services were sub par. My nails look like glass when finished and last for at least three weeks. They have a huge amount of dippy colors and the product is superior to what I was getting at my former salon. I highly recommend.

The place is gorgeous, the staff is very good and d the atmosphere is relaxing. This is a true spa experience without the exorbitant cost.

They were very friendly and clean. Service was wonderful. Kim did my naiks and was great. Wa seems to be the manager and was so nice and hospitable. The lady who worked on my sisters nails was nice as well. They also serve beverages. Will be back!

I love my nail tech celina...This salon is amazing

I usually do not do reviews but based on my experience here I felt it was needed. I had an eleven o’clock appointment. The technician or owner didn’t arrive until 11:20am my service didn’t even begin until 11:30. Upon starting my service there was no apology or thank you for waiting. When I asked a question my technician if the owner or manager was there she acted as if she didn’t understand me and after I repeated myself she said that the owner wasn’t there today. Due to poor customer service I will not be returning.

I having the same problem with the SNS WENT BACK three times to get fix on different fingers cause of cracks and popping off not going back for a fourth it’ll be a waste of my time another SNS nail came completely off just now I’ll be going back to other shop on Baltimore pike even though this shop is 10 minutes from my house they always say you get what you pay for I rather go farther to get better quality

I had a mani...customer service was poor. My service was rushed even though they werent busy at all. she did not pay attention to my nails and they were cut so deep it was sore for a week. Also, the person when you walk in stared at me like I was from outer space, was playing with his phone and finally said can I help you. Get a quicker response at Dunkin’ Donuts. No life in the place will never go back. What a bad experience. Oh and the place is small.

I was with the girl named Kim. She did not even start it with a manicure, until I told her to. My dip powder nails popped off in less than a week. I went back to fix tthem and on the next day other 2 popped off. They said they would give me a free service, and not a refund, but I never want to go back.

Never had such a bad experiences with SNS nails before. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks and 2 nail dips have COMPLETELY came off. The white color on my ring fingers looked dirty 2 days after ! And 3 other nails are completely cracked! This same thing happened to my best friend and she had to go back and get them done the next day. Then more cracked during the week. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And if you’re a consistent SNS customer, DON’T COME HERE! My old salon is further but that SNS lasted 4 weeks!!! Without one crack on any nail. Tried this place cause it was new, nice instead and only 5 mins away from my place but seriously so furious I wasted money at this place !
