Decent/okay spot, prices were very competitive last year. It seems as if their prices have doubled. So be sure to ask pricing prior to services so you don’t get stuck

Really nice little salon in Pennsport. The staff is inviting and friendly and the salon is clean and well cared for. I have had pedicures and gel manicures that looked great. I only wish they had prices posted.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes i go and my nails are flawless then other times you feel like your being rushed and get sloppy work. The salon is clean and they are friendly. The spa pedi is very relaxing tho.

I was really disappointed with my visit and the results. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure with regular polish. First I got confused when I called and said the wrong thing with what I was needing done and they were very unprofessional and laughing in the store. Legit they made a huge deal about it. Then my nails were all the same length and I watched her cut my nails on one hand significantly shorter than the other side. I was still going to refrain from making a review but I got my nails done on Saturday and its only been 3 days and I have 4 fingers with chipped nails. This has never happened before with a gel manicure. Not to mention I paid $68 for everything and I didnt get gel on my toes. My pedicure did turn out great however. Im surprised this nail salon has such a high rating but maybe it was just bad luck for me. I will not be going back.

If they were going to rush to get off work then they shouldve rejected me when I asked if they were accepting walk ins instead of ruining my nails. I asked for a regular manicure but ended up having to pay $50 for something I didnt ask for just because Im not familiar with the whole process. Basically took the opportunity to earn money because I was clueless and didnt even let me choose my color. Everything is messy and rushed and my hands look like chicken feet now 🤬🤬🤬

Make sure you have a ‘go to lady’. I went to the younger girl (no request for anyone specific) and she gave me an infection from ripping my skin off. She was tough and I had to tell her to relax. It was far from relaxing which was a bummer. She knew I was unhappy and did nothing about it. The other staff does a great job which is why I put 3 stars. I do recommend this place, but just not her - the two days of pus and nail pain isn’t worth it when you’re the one paying.

The best spa pedicure in town. Wasnt crazy about my eyebrows, but normally they are great too!

Exceptional service, even close to closing time. They didnt rush me, and my nails and feet look incredible. And Linda, one of the nail technicians, does amazing nail designs. This has become my go to spot!

They did a beautiful job with my refill. However, beware of price gouging. They have signs up that say a gel refill costs $25 and when I went to pay they charged me $50 because my nails were “longer & stiletto”. This clearly should have been disclosed, that they would charge me double for long nails.

Most of the nail salons I have tried are either not that great or have really high prices. This place however is a god send! Although I needed a very basic design, the staff was professional and did an excellent job.

Did not take time to let gel nails soak off, and they werent 100% smooth with new gel. Gel is chipping and ends lifting because poor manicure. Will give another try but not thrilled

This was a horrible experience. I went for a simple manicure. The women doing my nails put so much nail polish on that you would have thought I was doing gels. I stayed under the lamp for 30 minutes and they still did not dry.It is my fault I should have never gone back there. I had gels done 4 x and I notice that my nail beds turned yellow. I understand that this is because they failed to put on a base coat. When I asked about it the women said so.e people have naturally yellow nail beds. Mine nails were fine before I went there.Tonight I have a dinner date and thought they cant possibly do any harm. Now my some of my nails have dents in the polished surface.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

My nails were put on crooked. They were also too wide. Customer service was bad as well. The tech didnt listen to what i wanted.

This place is amazing and Im sad I didnt come here sooner. Linda and Tina did my nails for my graduation and the final product came out amazing! Plus they were both awesome and so sweet. Ask for Linda if you want a great design and she will hook it up.

I went to visit them for a simple nail polish touch up. I was disappointed they didnt have a normal summer (neon yellow) color available . I would think that was a typical summer time color. My mother then decided to get her eyebrows done. With limited people in the salon we still seemed to be waiting long for a simple service. It wasnt until my mom got up to go towards the door that they called her back. The overall design and feel for the place was nice. Looked very well maintained.

BEST nail salon Ive been to in the city. Theyre prices are reasonable and they are such nice people! The atmosphere is great and results too.

Whenever I get a chance to pamper myself this is where I go. I have been going since they opened and my son was a baby. The staff has always been super kind even when he would freak out. Now he’s 4 but they still ask about him every-time I visit.

The one star is for the friendliness of the young lady who did my pedi. But my nails, that was the worst $50.00 I have ever spent getting my nails done.I came to this shop on 5/6/2018 and on 5/14/2018 one week to the day, the liquid gel full set I paid $50.00 for are now off..😤😱😤. I will never go back to this shop, and mind you they repaired a nail on Saturday 5/12/2018 because while at work there days after getting my full set one nail broke (gel came off nail)I can not tell nobody not to patronize this salon, but go at your own risk, you may have a different out come than I did.

Best hard UV gel manicures I’ve found since moving from NYC! Also, hot stones and paraffin treatment included in standard $25 pedicure price. Will be back!

I went to this salon and was really amazed. The hot rocks and customer service was on point. My manicure and pedicure lasted two weeks, compared to the few days at other salons. My daughter and I love this place. ❤️

Ok so I’m going to be completely honest..I had a really bad experience but they redeemed them selves some what I guess..I work in Phil but live in New Jersey..so I try and go while I’mIn Philly..so I arrived at opening time 10am (I didn’t leave till 2:30-2pm) went in showed them the photo of what I wanted and that I wanted Lilly to do my nails..they informed me she couldn’t cause she had appointments, I said fine and I told her I wanted exactly what she was looking at and she hesitates and says ohh that’s a lot, I’m like ok don’t worry about it how much this is what I want so I have to pay for what I want, she tells me $100 I agree and she tells me to sit..I did not want this nail tech because I knew who I wanted to do my nails but because it was Friday and busy I said hey why not try someone else (I regret that decision) I decided to get my feet done as well so we start on that first..i had to get a nail fixed as it was cut for my surgery..she made it too long, bumpy, and the acrylic it just changed color Like a ugly Burnt look to it..as she is putting my diamonds on I’m showing her the photo and she tells me ohh that’s a lot and I’m looking at her like I payed for what I wanted u can not tell me it’s a lot once I have already payed my payment, she says ohh my boss says it a lot and that she thought it was only 2 nails..I looked at her like no I told her I wanted exactly what was in the photo she said ohh ifk that what my boss said, it pushed me off like no way I told u what I wanted we not bout to do this, I just wanted her to just finish it..not to mention it they had the proper diamonds, and different sizes the diamonds wouldn’t be so many..the design looks nothing like what I wanted not even color..I decided to get a natural color toTry and make it easier on her to just put stones on..I got home and shower and notice they are coming off into my loofah..so I wake up contact them they give me appointment to come in and get it fixed..and they did or shall I say Lilly did..the person who I was there originally to see 🤦🏽‍♀️ So I’m pleased but not really Because for the price I payed these should’ve had so much more..I even went as far as to tell Lilly that I will purchase my own diamonds so they don’t have to charge me so much..cause all I need her to do it glue they on..u can not charge me for diamonds as they don’t provide what I’m looking for..but I made my usual 2 week appointment and with the nail tech I wanted the one I know that will give me exactly what I ask for and does a damn good job at what she does..but this is my opinion and mines alone..I would never bash anyone but I do have my preference and maybe other people like the way this other nail tech does there nails but for me no sorry

We had the absolute BEST experience at this salon. My Mother, Cousin, Baby Sister and I had a SpaDay there Friday. It was THE MOST! Emily worked MIRACLES on my feet. And I, like my Mom, and EXTREMELY picky about my nails. It had been DECADES since I bothered with a nailers, because my nails were too healthy for all those chemicals. Then I listened to my mother and got just the gel polish. Now, I am a loyal client of Emily and Nails New Concept!!

Pedicure only: they really smoothed out my feet and made them feel great, but the nails were awful. They didnt bother to file, so one toe is completely jagged and with the polish on top it looks ridiculous. Not going back, not worth $25.

Worst gel manicure I ever got! I went to Vivian she rushed, she didn’t clean under my nails, my nails weren’t even and just done sloppy. Two days later the gel chipped off. Please if your thinking about going here go somewhere else!!! Don’t waste your money!

I had been going here for a few years and got a BAD FUNGUS IN MY NAILS AND TOES dirty and never AGAIN. Nails n ties look like Ive been kicking bricks

I love their spa pedicures but every time I get a gel manicure, they get it all over my cuticles so its lifting/chipping by 1 week instead of the usual 2 wks. Ive tried multiple manicurists, but they all do the same thing
