If there was a no star selection they would surely get it for my experience only. Went here after they recently changed management. Didnt have a person to choose from so I went with the person they selected. My cuticles are very sensitive as such you have to be extremely careful or you will cut them.. I explained this to the so called nail tech, but obviously she wasnt listening and sure enough she cut me. At this point I ask for management, and stated I didnt want her to proceed. Of course she must of been family because they didnt do anything to her in my opinion. God knows what she said in her language. Instead of her sitting to the side for her mistake she was allowed to go to the next client. She look as if she was no more than 16, 17 so I guess they are training their children here. Be careful who you have doing your nails here.

I went here on a Sunday as last minute need to get a Gel refill, it was my first time, and the staff was great. There color options were amazing, I was skeptical about the reviews, but my experience was great I just dont recommend buying the cheap polish, if you want it to last. The guy who did my nails did a very nice job, very clean environment and very professional. I do recommend.

High quality! They really put detail into your nails and give you the designs u really want. They don’t leave me disappointed like some places.

It was an okay experience. The ladies that do pedicures are really nice and I am happy with their work....the guy tech that did my nails on the other hand not the same. He is not that friendly and you can tell he doesnt want to have a conversation even if you are popping out $45 for a full set with gel.

Very disappointed (( last time Ive been there a woman at the middle table did very poor job, painted gel nail polish over the skin, didnt push cuticle. I always left a good tip for her thinking she would do a better job, but no. Always unhappy face and very unprofessional . Not coming back ever.

Cheap nail polish only lasted 1-2 days already chipping off. The man that runs the place is rude and they are constantly speaking their language shouting across the room. Hardly no communication they don’t like being asked any questions. The TV plays very loud rap music hard to relax. I paid $7 to get my eyebrows done and didn’t notice any difference. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible ! My nails were horrible!!!! Cut my nails to short, acrylic lumpy and uneven, nails all different shapes and the Gel nail polish was sticky and took forever to dry. I could have gotten regular polish for all of that. And in the nail techs attempt to correct the lumps she filed away the Gel polish omg I have never been to a nail salon that I was this dissatisfied with. I left speechless. If I could I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Now on my way to get ALL of my nails fixed some place else, really horrible service !!!!!!!

This place sucked the women dont communicate with the customers at all.I stopped in days before I got my nails done and was told it would be $40. The only communication was what you want and square or round I replied round.You want eye brow my answer no thank you.She than told me $45.My reply was I was told $40 she said you get round cost more.After that nothing no you like, come back nothing.The nail polish is cheap and the nails were to long I should of said they were too long. But I was getting agitated.So I left.I Will Not go back I will drive all the way to Fishtown. Save your money if they dont greet you property leave if you dont like what they are doing speak up...

Had a planned trip so got gel nails done, i asked Leo if im good for a week he said you should be good for a month if not come back ill fix it. My nail chipped in less than 24hrs so i figured let me actually go back and see if they fix it. Leo as an owner insulted me by saying you took a clipper and purposely chipped it yourself why would someone in their right mind do that??? he said i dont know why you did that. He couldve said nothing and i wouldnt have to write this review. I loved this place, I have recommended it to multiple family members and friends but after this experience i rather pay more but be respected than pay less and be insulted. I made sure to leave tip for my ONE nail that he had to fix so he knew im not some cheapskate. Dont pick and choose who youll give good customer service to. Loved coming here but this experience made all that go away.

7 dollar for eyebrow and they do nothing. Its my first eyebrow ever and my friends dont even noticed any difference. Not going again at all.
