I used to like Apples Nails, I’ve recently revisited and there were flies everywhere! I used the restroom and there were literally flies coming out of the toilet as I’m using it. (Luckily I’m a squatter.) It felt so disgusting. Then to top it off 3 days Later my gel polish is bubbling and peeling. Apple’s has fallen waaaayy off ! Will not be returning. :/

The nail technician I want to didnt know what she was doing. She mustve thought my nails had acrylic and then proceeded to file my nails with the electric file. She took my nails down so low to my nail bed, and omg it feels like I only have one layer of nail left. Every thing I touch hurts, when I wash anything, it hurts and etc... They have the nerve to talk about me in my face, and want me to pay for a whole new service. Im not coming back, I dont think you should go there with natural nails. In case you didnt get this part, theyre out for themselves dont spend your money here.After one week of having my natural nails done, I have 8 broken nails that they say they cant do anything for. I PROMISE if I didnt have a job, my job would be protesting this awful establishment. I am ABSOLUTELY done with this place. Anytime Im around people who want their nails, Id refer to anywhere but here.

Got my granddaughters nails done. Tips and gel nails cost $32. That was on December 2nd, I think. Well here we are at December 21st and they are all still on and the look great. I got her the American manicure with a couple of nails with glitter on them. Loved it!!One if the young men in the shop did her nails 💅.

When I came in no one spoke to me or asked me what I needed. I waited with my children for a hour patiently and quietly. Even with 6 or 7 workers I still waited. I had 4 people in front of me and they took 2 more additional people ahead of me who came after me because they were getting pedicures. After an additional person went ahead of me for a polish change, that was it for me. Customer service is a big deal for me. I will never go back to that establishment again.

First time there told the person that waited on me that I wanted gell a gell manicure /my to done ask him how much 37/23 =60 the lady say I own. 62 I wont be going back

I got my eye brows waxed and she must of took to much hair off but she burned me.my eye lids are swollen and I have a burn mark. Plus I paid $47 for a full set and eye brows. Don’t forget they charge you $1 to use your card. Can we say never again.

Apple nails is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to! When I first walked in they all looked at me in a very derogatory way I asked about getting my eyebrows done and the lady tells me they closed because it’s to crowded I have never heard anything like this in my life they are very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. Don’t waste your money

I went to Apple nails a few times, but based on my experience I will not be coming back. Throughout my experience here, four different nail techs serviced me. They were all rude and unfriendly. I only went here because of a recommendation from a friend, however I will be going back to my usual salon down the street. I was not satisfied with my nails out of all the times Ive been here. My gel polish bubbled and came off within a few hours (this happened for three visits). Also, the polish was sloppy and it was all over my cuticles and side walls and it was stuck to my skin. When I asked them to clean it up, they snapped back and would yell that thats how its supposed to be. The workers here are truly unprofessional.

My sister and I used to come here all the time. She lives in this area and we would always go together. I wont be coming back since their service has gone downhill. They switched owners and my nails always look sloppy now. My gel polish looks fine until I get home, shower, and all of a sudden there is a bubble. Water somehow got inside and my gel polish comes off. Its annoying because the nail techs say gel lasts longer and dries quicker. They charge more for gel but I have to come in every other day to fix a nail.

I came here one time because the nail salon that I usually go to when Im in Philly was packed. My nails were sloppy and the service felt extremely rushed. The lady who did my nails was very rude. I didnt even like the color on my nails. I picked a yellow gel polish and she told me the color I picked was ugly and started polishing my nails pink. It also came off the next day. I usually go to Classy nails with my mom whenever I come to visit her. I prefer that place since they dont judge me on my choice of color and force me to get a totally different one.My gel polish also doesnt feel sticky and come off the next day.

My nails turned out terrible. I had polish all over my cuticles and it just looked like a hot mess. The gel polish also bubbled up and came off the next day. The service was so rushed and honestly there are better shops around for a ore reasonable price. They upcharge on everything.

This is my usual go to. The last time I was here it was too packed so I went to the salon around the corner. I regret it because the polish all came off in two days!! I came back to Apples and got my hand and feet done. Im so happy with how my nails look. I was talking to the girl in the front desk and she was so sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and got what I wanted the way I wanted. I learned my lesson and imma stay loyal to Apples!!!

I went here once and they messed up my eyebrows so badly. I think she was practicing or something because half of my eyebrow was gone. Had to wait 3 months for it to grow back. I went to Bella down the street and they did it good

I waited a full hour while 5 people that came in after me were waited on. All I got was “Don’t worry, you’re up next.” every 20mins. I was fed up with the nonsense and left. Also when I told the desk girl why I was leaving she blatantly lied in my face and told me that the people that were currently doing pedicures don’t do manicures when I literally went 2 weeks ago and saw 2 of the workers she was talking about do manicures, in fact one worker who took someone that came in after me did my manicure those weeks ago! When I called her out on her lie she got quiet and didn’t respond. Extremely upset with me experience. NEVER AGAIN.

Great spa treatment

Horrible experience. Customer service is almost non existent. My 1st time here and when I first walked in. Nobody greeted me or anything, when they finally said something to ask what I was getting a Male nail tech sat me in a spa chair & I barely soaked my feet before he was ready to do my nails. When he went to grab tools from his box they had old visible dead skin on it & he tried to wipe it off & spray with alcohol as if I didnt see and when I said something he tried to dismiss me & tell me they were clean. He rushed my nails & when I told them they smudged he literally cursed me out in his language & was very angry. When I spoke about if this was how they treated customers none of the employees said anything or gave any apology. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!They dont care, rushed services, lack professionalism, no customer service, if you have any complaints they are dismissive & pretend they dont understand you or dont speak English.

I love the way they do nails

I go here with a friend sometimes, but never again. I got a pedicure and the lady dug so deep into my cuticles and I told her it hurts but she kept continuing. She also cut me and made me bleed three times and still went one doing my pedicure. I asked for someone else and she kept yelling and another lady was yelling at me too. I like to go to the nail salon to get pampered and relax, not to be in pain and be disrespected.

Apples used to be a great salon providing excellent service. As of late(last 2 years)there service has drastically chsnged.I do not know if there crilic,gel polish is old or cheap but it is horrible and does not last. Every experience is horrible and gel honestly only looks good for a few days. I tried to stick with Apples but there service is a dissapointment with astronomical prices and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going here for a while now. My nails get messed up too fast now. All of a sudden the acrylic and gel Polish starts to come off within a few days. The atmosphere is nice and my pedis are always good.

I went here a few times, but it used to be better a couple years ago. The service has really gotten worse. There are better places to go to around there like rockland and classy nails.

They have outdated gel polished that chipped the same day i got my nails done. It bubbles and chipped. The woman that did my feet did not know what she was doing. Her hands were shakey and she was sloppy. Waste of time and money do not go here.

I give it 2 stars because I actually did like my nails but 2 days after my gel polished chipped off 3 nails and I had only got a damn refill with gel polish I was charged $25 which I could have just token them off for all of that but anywho I also had got a pedicure I did want gel but she polished them that was another $25 after asking the lady would they be dry she told me yes I noticed my toe was not dry. If your going to charge higher prices at least provide good quality nail polish !!!

This place is OK. The gave me a torn $5 as change that I quickly got replaced. Theyve been robbed before so Im always on point when Im here. I only get my eyebrows done when I am there and the staff seem nice enough. I never have a conversation with my eyebrow lady so I dont know her name. My eyebrows never come out the same but I always say, make it thin and they seem to understand. Theyre usually crowded but again Im only getting my eyebrows done so I dont wait long.

When walking into salon everyone in the staff stated no one can do nails. Said what i wanted wasn’t available and i just needed full set. Staff is rude and started speaking in their language shutting me out. We work too hard to allow people to treat our hard earned money with such disrespect and disregard to customer service

I use to love going here every two weeks . I stopped because the quality started to become poor and a rushed job. I started going back once they started doing sns nails however my 18 year old niece went to get her eyebrows done and the lady didn’t blow the wax and burnt my niece face around her eye brows. I took my niece back to the salon to see if they would acknowledge but all the workers said that we had to wait until the Owner Tina was there. We came back twice and each time she was not there. Till this day my niece has a permanent burn mark around her eyebrow . And no one from this nail salon has taken ownership! So we will not give them anymore of our $ .

Apple Nail salon provided my sister and I a wonderful service. The entire experience of getting basic nail service was really awesome and made us feel fabulous. This was my first time here and I noticed good things this nailery provided and did that many others dont.The #1 was them taking pride in keeping the nailery well cleaned and dusted and they use disposable covers after each and every client that uses the pedicure chair. This was very impressive. I live far from this location but will definitely come back because of a wonderful first time experience.Also. They welcome children. A real Frozen pedicure chair stands out and Im sure is a great experience for little girls spending the day at the salon getting pampered as well. 5 Stars Apple Nail Salon.

I would not recommend this salon. I went here a few times and my experiences with them was never pleasant. I wont be coming back because I got nail fungus from them. The place looks nice, but the nail techs there are so rude.They lack cleanliness too. One time I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady got up from doing a pedicure. She still had her gloves on, didnt remove them or went to wash her hands, or even sanitized them. I asked her to wash her hands before she touched my face since she was just touching someones feet, but she yelled back at me. I wanted to leave since she refused to remove her gloves and wash her hands, but they locked me in the store. Multiple nail techs then started yelling at me and defending the other nail tech. They wouldnt let me leave until she waxed my eyebrows and took my money. I wont be coming back because there are several salons around that area, even on the same street. I went to Rockland nails 2 before and Classy Nails. Rockland is just a long wait, but they are extremely nice. I usually go to Classy Nails since its down the street, plus they have reasonable prices. They also have a huge variety of colors to choose from and great designs. These salons are both on 5th street and I would rather go there than come back to Apples Nails and be disrespected.

Fast service and clean. Been going here for about a yr now and lately i have been feeling rushed even when there isnt many ppl there.. i ask for things and only certain employees understand what i want so i usually have two or 3 ppl working on my nails which i dont like very much at all...11/14/18I have stopped going here months ago. The lady in charge did my lashes and I was in tears and pain for days. My polish would chip after a few days and i just didnt feel like my money was valued here. Dont put up with the rush job folks.

Nice and clean, I like that they use plastic bags for the tubes and they do a good job, but the service is not all that friendly. They will tell u that they dont speak English so they wont have to answer your questions.

Love them, I get my mani and pedi regularly and they are always nice and friendly and get me in and out, on my way there now as per usual.

Its a 35min if you dont get there early they have many colors to choose from8m satisfied. I didnt care for the children semi in the way and were not being serviced.
