Love getting my nails done here! The staff is really attentive and friendly. The owner is very sweet. I took my bridesmaids to get our nails done and we all love the staff!

Im not much into glamour but this place has amazing massages and does great nails. The massage chairs are incredible.

I love Millennium Nail & Spa, Ive been going there for over 3 years on and off. Out of all the salons in Chestnut Hill, I have always had the best experience at Millennium. I go there to get acrylic nail/refill and pedicures and it is consistently good quality! Though the past few times I have gone to this salon I have had to wait 30min-1hr for my appointment. I frequently call 1-2 days ahead to secure my appointment, but recently it has seemed unorganized in terms of time management at the salon (they dont seem to prioritize appointments over walk-ins). Personally, I dont have a problem with waiting, but this is a heads up for anyone who does!

I love that Millennium doesnt smell like a nail salon! My pedicure was relaxing, especially the leg massage and hot stones. The wait was a little long, but maybe Ill try returning on a week day instead of a Saturday during the summer. The prices are also very reasonable.

Amazing establishment!!! I’ve been going here for 4 years now I’m not someone who gets their nails done every week but I do come on special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers or when I’m in dire need of a pedi. When I say these ladies do not disappoint. I truly mean it. Even during COVID they remained professional and sanitary. Monica who is the owner is always looking for more ways to make every customer feel relaxed and special whether, it’s a hot towel for your neck, a cool towel for your forehead or a fresh mimosa or glass of wine. If you’re looking for a new nail tech, a place you can rely on and minimal wait time, I promise this is the place to go!!!

The last three (3) times I have gotten a mani/pedi at Millennium the service has been less than expected. I got gel nails and the polish started to peel inside of two (2) days. I didnt even get the hot towel in my hands and the overall mani/Pedi was rushed and inconsistently applied; meaning what was applied on one side was not applied on the other. In my previous experiences with Millennium they were good, no problems and delivered quality work but lately quality is not job #1 for them and some of the staff lack experience and it shows.

Love it here! Ladies are always nice and my pedicure is ALWAYS amazing. The things you’d think are extra like hot rock massage is included in your pedicure. And COVID hasn’t made them fall off . Business as usual. Always have openings when I call ahead of time.

Clean, friendly and good vibes. Spa pedicure was sooo good and thorough. It was about an hour so definitely worth the $56. And then a shoulder massage while you dry by a massage therapist!? Heaven!! Going back in 4 weeks for another pedicure with my sister!

We have been coming year many yrs and like to support local. This is 1st time we have been back since Covid, unfortunately this experience was a disappointment fr past visits. Not sure if it is due to language barriers or have our expectations become unreal? So sad to have to leave a not so great review. Maybe new management? Pedicure was mediocre for me. My daughter, they butchered her roe nails that she decided to cancel her pedicure and hopefully they will grow enough in time for her prom next weekend.Unfortunately we will not be returning and wish them the best. Hopefully they will get more experienced staff that can steak and understand English a bit

Decided to try a new place to get mani/pedi... walked in... needed appt... made one for hr later...came back... was ignored... asked if we could be serviced...sat for 20 min... asked again, was told we would need to wait or not?...short staffed... Poorly run and bad attitude from management!

The absolute worst nail experience I ever had. The staff members are rude and unwelcoming. The lady that did my pedicure didn’t even speak before starting my pedicure. And overall they have bad communication skills, horrible customer service skills and are overpriced for no good reason.

Was given a gift certificate almost a year ago so I used it 2 months ago. Location, location, location is awesome. Atmosphere is awesome. Outstanding service and everyone spoke in English for everyone to understand. Greeted with a smile and the aromatherapy was wonderful. Will definitely return.

Very accommodating, had safety measures in place! I forgot my mask in the car and they provided one free. I am pleased with gel manicure and gel pedicure.

I’ve been to this salon two times. Both times I was not please with the outcome of my nails. The set of nails that were put on has to soaked off second. The majority of people that patronize this nail salon only receive manicures and pedicures, so the acrylic nails, gel nails, dip polish nails, are all noll in void because they can’t do it.

I took my wife here for our anniversary, and she melted. Excellent service, clean, beautiful setting, its definitely worth the trip and every penny. Im truly impressed and highly satisfied

The energy was fine, the prices were toooo high! A full set of nails with gel color was $85.. in my mind I’m like what. I made another appointment right before paying. But I don’t think I can pay the light bill and get my nails done here. Plus nothing was extra for the money. If I had been wowed maybe but not for water and nail polish on my Diamond ring. In total I paid $125.00 for a full set with gel and pedicure with regular polish. I’m looking for a more affordable nail salon.

Five stars! I booked an appointment (7/13) for my mom and aunt to celebrate my moms 59th birthday. The booking process was quick and easy, customer service was wonderful. Sarah was the person I spoke with and she was very pleasant and lovely. She ran down the cost of each service and gave detailed explanations of what each involved. Their website also lists the current costs.My mom and aunt had the spa manicure and pedicure, as well as a chin and lip wax. A facial was also scheduled but canceled at last minute (which was fine, we understood the reason). They loved it!Also this happend during COVID19 but mom and aunt said they felt safe. There was one concern however, regarding the sanitation of the sofa area between customers. But apart from that the experience here was lovely and they would definitely recommend and cant wait to go back.

I don’t live in this neighborhood but travel here to get pedicures. Staff is friendly and never had an issue with the service. Free drinks (even champagne) with your visit and they have a punch card to get a free service. They also offer free neck/shoulder massage while your toes dry. Love this place!

Very overpriced! I got a dip powder manicure regular pedicure for me and my mom and paid $160 and when I got home I noticed that the nails on both hands werent even the same lengths I will not return !

I will definitely return. Although it was busy on a Sunday, I still received great customer service! I really enjoyed my lavender pedicure! The establishment was clean and it has that spa feel with its presentation. I had a relaxing experience.

I have been to this salon 15+ times. I made an appointment 5 days ahead of time and when I got there I was told that the nail technician hurt her hip and she was supposed to have text me. She had not but I was at the salon so I thought my appointment would still be honored, just not with the requested technician. That was not the case. They did not have time for me even though I had an appointment.Until this incident, I’d assumed the general sense of chaos was controlled chaos. I hadn’t minded paying more for gel polish removal even though they were the salon who’d given me the last pedicure. But not calling me or even honoring the appointment I’d made is unprofessional.

Great for first timers. I asked for a design and my nail technician gave it shot and did better than the photo. I received a complimentary mimosa(all customers get 1). The place was clean and up to date. It was what you expect from nail salons but dont get: cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness and relaxation. They do multiple scrubs and soaks. I love it and I will be back!! Go and bring a friend

I called for an appointment for a manicure/pedicure and was taken within a half hour. The technician was lovely and did a wonderful job. The salon has a cash special for a manicure/pedicure Monday-Thursday. When I left, every technician was busy and there were folks booking appointments for when they were done. It was a very nice experience and I am going to tell all of my friends to try it. I will definitely go back.

Everyone here does an awesome job. The hot rock massage on your legs and feet is EVERYTHING! A little more expensive ($30) but well worth it. Pedicures last and last!

Very nice and attentive

Completely ruined my eyebrows! I stopped in a few weeks ago to have my eyebrows waxed. I moved to the area recently and was excited to find a new neighborhood spot. Well unfortunately the woman who waxed my eyebrows completely messed up. I had a shape already going and all she had to do was clean it up but she ended up taking a chunk out of my eyebrow and doing an awful job. Now they’re all patchy and weird with hair missing in spots where it should be. I could tell when she was waxing me that she was nervous and shaking, and very unsure of herself. I knew it was not going to be pretty when it was over! I wish that places could realize that it is far better to have to wait for someone to give me nice eyebrows than to be taken right away and given anyone who is available just in an effort to save time . I am very impatiently waiting for my eyebrows to grow back semi-normal. And it’s safe to say this will not be my new neighborhood spot :(

I really wanted to love this place. The ladies are wonderful, the location is awesome and the inside of the salon is gorgeous. However, there are not very many gel colors to choose from at all. Tons of regular polish choices but maybe 15, if that, gel colors. My gel manicure lasted only a couple days. I came back a few days later to have them fixed and again, a few days later they were chipped really bad. I work from a home so I dont do much with my hands at all, I can only imagine how fast they would have chipped if i actually worked with my hands. I got my eyebrows done too and didnt really like them either. The pedicure was nice. All together I paid 77 dollars which wasnt worth it to me because the mani did not last even a week.

Best gel manicure Ive ever had and Im picky! Typically gel manicures are just nails and out. I got a free neck rub and warm towel on my shoulders. Then when all said and done, she put lotion on my hands and rubbed them as well!! Clean, decent price, and smiling employees!

I have been here a few times (originally on a Groupon) and have been pleased each time. Shop is very nicely done and they offer organic polish options for $5 more. The standard pedicure includes hot stone massage and a paraffin heel treatment. The spa chair provided the best massage I have had anywhere. There is a 5 min neck and back massage included with a manicure but they got very busy and forgot to provide it this time. Usually it is pretty good. I was able to get a last minute appointment on a Monday and did not feel rushed even when it got very busy. Will certainly return.

I specifically requested only a pedicure polish change. It is listed plainly in the website, $15.00. I was charged $25.00 stating I received an Express Manicure. I was told a polish change is not offered. I had to show it to them on their website! They were argumentative and nasty. Very very rude! I handed them $15.00 and walked out. I even tipped my service person as I am a lady. Never again. The client must be treated with respect!!!!

I wont recommend getting a gel manicure at Millennium. My gel polish chiped on 5 different occasions within 2-3 days after my nails were done. Each time I went back and they repolished but its an inconvenience going back and forth to have nails repaired. I tried reaching out to the manager Monica to explain my frustrations but she never returned my call. For $35 I expect my gel polish to last 2 weeks. There are other nail spas in Chestnut Hill. I will give them a try!

Ive been coming here for two years this is the best nail salon in the area.

Would never come here again. The lady rushed through my pedicure and for the price its just not worth it, 30$ for a regular pedicure... I only came here because it was closer than the nail salon i usually go too that offers you wine or a beverage of your choice key word (Offers!) This place not once was i offered mimosas or a beverage PERIOD and that was the only reason i came... On top of that the staff didnt seem friendly at all. I could of went to another nail salon and paid 25$ or my regular nail salon and paid 25$ with a free glass of wine or beverage... Next time Ill stick to what i know. I also noticed that a white lady that was sitting near me was offered a beverage altho i was never offered one.

They are fast and courteous. The place is clean. They are customer oriented.

I noticed I was the only African American in the salon when I entered. I asked the price of a refill and gel nail color and the woman replied $55. I asked if she could repeat that to make sure I was hearing her correctly and she replied $55. I assumed those prices were a result of being in chestnut hill until I walked in the another salon on the same block and their price was $25. It seemed odd that the two salons were on the same block but charged a $30 difference so I googled Millenium nails and discovered that their price on the internet states $25 for a refill and that the woman didnt want to serve me. I felt so discriminated against and will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO HAS COMPASSION FOR THE HUMAN RACE TO STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON!!

I just stopped biting my nails for the new year and wanted to go about it the right way. I asked for a basic manicure. And my nail were cut immediately to the skin. One time My finger was almost cut along with my finger nail until i yelled ouch. My cuticles were bleeding on several fingers and the lady was on the phone. Bad 1st experience.

The best place for foot and nail care, so not going any where else.

We booked pedicures and manicures for our bridal party here at 6pm months in advance. They rushed everything and were literally stomping around & annoyed by 6:45pm. It was so uncomfortable. She actually hurt me cutting my cuticles and made one bleed. The worse part of ALL was my French manicure nails started to peel by the next morning and it was a complete waste of money.

I take my wife and daughter here and they love the service.

This is my second time visiting this business, and both times now the owner was very rude. Very poor customer service for no reason! I asked what kind of pedicures they have available, and instead of answering my question she snapped at me. Not a good experience, and I will not be back again.
