Mom did my pedicure and it as always looks amazing! Its fun when she picks my color this week was a pinkish lavender 💜, I dont know his name but the gentleman did my full set and I love the way theyre built! Nice curve not too thin👌🏽 they definitely look as I pictured them to turn out...flawless!🤟🏼🔥💋 The establishment is very nice, clean, relaxing and welcoming...weve all been to a shop where weve walked in then right back out! Prices are good 👍🏽 but the work is exceptional, thanks Laurel 💅 see you for my pedi and refill in about another week!💋

So this isnt my usual nail salon, but i needed a refill, it was nearby so i gave it a shot. The woman who did my nails was rushing through the entire service. She tore a cuticle while rushing. My nails are misshapen, and the gel polish is not smooth. I will never be returning & will just go to my usual nail salon.

11 minutes for a dam pedicure, awful..barley soaked my feet,before you know it I was done .. not happy,been here before in March and April was better... dont know why the rush... no relaxing all

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely a hidden gem of the neighborhood!! Soo happy I made the decision to go there today! More importantly, Im thrilled I FINALLY found a salon that Im VERY happy with!The prices definitely werent bad either! I got a pedicure, acrylic removal & manicure; it was $48 total + tip of course so I spent a total of $58 for everything.

Horrible I’ve bee going there for two years. Never had a problem till today. They messed up my nails, did nothing for me. Glued my fingers scrapped most of it before I fully could take a picture. She got acrylic all over my cuticles, refused to help.

This is the best place in the northeast! The girls are so nice and do an excellent job and the owner is awesome. The prices are reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else!!

Recently moved to the area and was desperate to find a quality nail salon and I found just that here! Kim is freaking amazing and the whole staff is friendly an professional. The salon is super clean, bright and relaxing. If I ever move again I’ll still travel here because they are the best!

I love it here!! Very nice people, clean and very well updated with products and designs. The energy and the vibes each time i go are so positive and bright! The lighting is great, most of the customers are very friendly to each other. Nails are very well done; from square to curve to coffin shapes. It has been my permanent nail salon since my first visit.

I showed up without an appointment for a pedicure on a Saturday, and they were busy, but they had plenty of people working, and they helped me immediately. The girl that did my toenails did a great job, quick but thorough, and the pedicure cost $20. Relaxing atmosphere.

Staff was okay, I was there and they didnt do what I asked for I was very unsatisfied. My daughter asked for fake acrylics and the man gave her clear nail polish. She was very upset.

Love this nail salon! Its clean, quiet, and the staff is so nice! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because towards the end of my service (I got a pedicure and manicure) my nail tech was trying to rush and finish my manicure so she could start working on other clients. I understand that seeing as many clients as possible is part of their job but I slightly felt like I was an inconvenience.I would still highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wow. Whenever I come here, and someone comes in to get their eyebrows done, they stop what they are doing to serve them. However, I stopped coming here for a while, and when I came in get my eyebrows done they told me it was too long of a wait and to come tomorrow. I get it they were trying saving me time, but I feel they didn’t want to serve me since I haven’t been there for a while.

Service is always great. I always love the way my nails come out! they last so long too.

My first experience here was alright. While i really liked my acrylic overlay refill, I did not like being charged 19.00 when their sign says 17.00, I also didn’t think the pedicure was worth 25.00. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice though and did a good job and the woman who did my nails was efficient and smoothed out the unevenness of a prior overlay, maybe thats why I was charged 2 dollars extra but I dont know why, to me it wasn’t like a special tool was needed to incur an additional charge....anyway I will be going back l, if i’m charged extra again I’ll address it but overall a good experience.Edit: I found out I was charged 2 dollars extra because she trimmed down my nails, I asked. Even tho I think its a nickel n dime tactic(my nails werent that long and no special tool was needed or anything) I dont really care, I like my nails, the service is great and the place is very comforting and clean. Today, in addition to my refill for 17.00 (no cut down today lol), I got my toenails painted for 10 bucks, I didn’t feel I needed a full pedicure and simply just asked if I could have my toes painted. I’m a happy camper see u guys in about 2 weeks!

I went to the salon today for the first time and was very impressed. While I was getting my nails done the pedi chairs and the other chairs were being wiped down with disinfectant and the floors were also being done. I had a very bad experience at another salon that I was going to for 2 years (lets just say I dont like anything little) I was seriously thinking of not getting my nails done again. I read the reviews online of Laurels and figured I would try it. Just seeing how they were taking care of the salon really made me feel less stressed then when I had first walked in. Very professional and each of the girls made a point of saying hello to me. I have been to 3 salons over the years in the neighborhood and I can honestly say that this is by far the cleanest I have ever been in. I asked for snowmen to be put onto my ring finger nails which I had before but never like this...absolutely gorgeous with sparkle added at now extra charge. I highly recommend this salon.
