Very friendly. Seating is a little tight but the pricing isnt bad. It takes over a week to to get an appointment, but Im seeing that a lot with good salons. My only complaint is that they dont have much to choose from for Dipping powder nails, but their gel choices are plenty.UPDATE: That was my 1st time there & nails lasted well. That was gel over powder. But the next 4xs I went, my nails fell apart- the 1st x within 2 days! They did redo my nails free of charge once they saw 8/10 chipped by day 2(+ $10tip). But the next 2xs, they also chipped (see pics) causing my nails to break. The last time, they lasted 2 weeks without breaking, but she didnt get the color up to my skin, leaving a huge space, making it look like they were already a week old. So 3 out of 5 times, my nails chipped & broke within a week. I stopped going after that.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have always had great experiences! Everyone is very nice and friendly, and Rachel did a great job with my powder dip on the most recent visit. Calming music, clean place, reasonable prices - no complaints!

Very clean shop with great nail techs. I got the spring package which is a gel manicure with a spa pedicure, it was $71, and since it was my first time I got 10% off.My nails look really nice, but I feel like what I got wasnt really worth the price. The massage really lacked and I felt like both services were a little rushed.

Making an appointment online was easy and when I called to clarify what I wanted (mani and pedi), they fixed the appointment for me. Going in its a very nice set up, even though the desks were close together and a little cramped. I was assigned one tech but worked with another which was a little confusing. I also felt a little awkward there because the tech wasnt conversational and I couldnt hear her well. The nail design was fun and the tech did a good job, unfortunately the gel polish peeled off not even one week in. Ill probably be back to try the gel manicure again only because the designs on insta are so cute. The pedicure was good and my toes still look great.

I only got a pedicure but this place was great. Super friendly, I had an appointment and didnt have to wait at all. I will definitely be going back again

I had an amazing first time here today! I just moved to the area and was on the hunt for a quality nail salon and this is it! Im sold.I came in with a pretty rough acrylic set. Rachel made the removal as quick and painless as possible and was extremely thorough yet gentle. She was able to offer me advice when she could tell I needed and double checked with me multiple times that everything was looking good to me.I believe Titi was working a client next to me. When she saw I didnt really know what shape to ask for, she gave advice based on my job field / the amount of typing I do. Everyone here is just very friendly and my set and the girl next to me set came out looking great! I cant wait to come back next week and let them work their magic on my eyebrows.

My appointment was at 1:30 and I was sat at 2, I had 3 different people working on me, and yet somehow I ended up leaving by almost 5. All I had done was a refill and gel pedicure and it seems like the employees didn’t know how to execute a French manicure, having to wipe it off and start over multiple times. At the end I also thought it was completely overpriced. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

I literally drive down from New York City every month to see Titi and crew because she’s the only person who understands me and is able to get my nails looking flawless she literally rebuilt a nail for me. Her art is gorgeous her work is flawless she’s a perfectionist and the shop is so comfy and so comforting I look forward to my Philly visit every month.

I was looking for something closer to work and this place popped up. Thought I would give them a try. I got a dip full set and am in complete love with it. Jade did a great job with what I wanted. I will be going back here from now on.

They are very good at what they do. It is a very clean and calm environment. They also have a great selection of colors and can do any style.

This place is amazing! I had a feeling from the moment I called that they would be great. They are super careful with the pandemic. I also like that they have you put a credit card down to hold your appointment. This place is the real deal. I like to have my nails super short. It doesn’t give the technicians much to work with, Nicki was able to still make it happen! I loved my pedicure and gel manicure with a palm tree. I really wanted to love this place since a few of my friends had recommended it to me!! Unfortunately I had less than a pleasurable experience here. I booked my appointment online a week out and booked for a gel manicure, unsure if that meant just gel or polygel. I wrote in the comments that I wasn’t sure if my nails were too short for polygel, and if so, asked if I could do acrylics instead.It was my first time getting my nails done and I wasn’t sure of the differences so I gave the salon a call! I’m not sure who I spoke to but they told me just to ask when I came in for my appointment.I brought in a picture of what I wanted done, and booked with a specific tech for the design style that they show on their Instagram. Immediately I was told no, that they could not do it (a design from their own Instagram) and that my nails were too short and unhealthy (after they had filed them down about 2X shorter than they were when I came in) I said okay and pulled up another picture of someone with short nails, and they said no again. Finally a third picture, and they said they could modify it.They told me next time I needed to call before I came in, which I expressed that I did.After all of this, I come to find that the girl doing my nails wasn’t actually the person I booked with but an assistant tech who was learning (very sweet, glad she can learn) but it made me feel upset that they don’t care about new customers and only returning ones! The tech I booked with ended up finishing the design and on top of the completely incorrect color, so you can’t even tell there is a design on there, all while seemingly annoyed that she was wasting her time on my “too short nails”.I ended up paying a huge amount for basically nothing, and now my nails have already chipped off not even 4 days later.Unfortunately I won’t be returning and I would avoid this place as a new customer, but if you’re a returning customer you will probably be taken care of!

Paid $120 for my Dip polish nails and left a tip! (As I always do!) Then Less than a week later they were broken in half and one was completely off. Now that was frustrating and poor Craftsmanship but the worse problem was that reception, had a whole attitude with me for NO REASON and told me I had to wait 5 days b4 anyone would see me.... Totally unprofessional and tacky.Sad to say but after 2 years of consistent Patronage they deserve 0 stars... Ridiculous

This was my first time going to this nail salon. i had been looking for a good nail salon since before the pandemic and this place did not disappoint! i will be going back here for my regular spa treatments! the technician was very kind, the place was very clean, and the environment was super relaxing. i’ll recommend to anyone who asks.

I got a manicure yesterday and the guy filed my nails so low that he was scraping up my skin. He went extremely low on my left pinky, like beneath the point where I needed a nail there for it to not hurt, and it still hurts today. My two friends had female workers and had a good experience.

Only place that I will go to. Always friendly, always clean, and nails are always perfect. Ask for any shape and any service, they do em all. Once you come here you will never go to another salon. Highly recommend to make an appt. Although this location is new, the salon is not and once everyone realizes they have moved it will be very busy. Arrive early as parking can be difficult to find.Well worth it!

Went there for bridal party nails and they were friendly, attentive and professional. Really took their time to perfect the nails and really just want you to walk out happy. The 15min massage was amazing!!

All I can say is make sure you know exactly what you are paying...Very bad communication with the nail person that was going to do my granddaughters nails. We definitely wont be back.

Best nail salon Ive found in Philly so far. Jade, Alex, and Titi have all provided me excellent SNS/dip manicures. Photos include pretty fresh ombre nails and ~10 day old pink and whites, which you can see held up nicely (both done by Jade).

Great staff, spa like atmosphere and talented friendly staff. Family owned. Highly reccomend.

Titi has got to be one of the best nail technicians in Philadelphia. I came in with my nails looking horrible from another shop which I will never go to again, she took them down with any pain. Put on a complete full set and they look exactly like the picture I wanted. She is amazing and this is my new go to shop from now on.

I am new to the area and happened upon Kiwi Nails in my searches and decided to give them a try for a dip powder manicure for my birthday. I was a walk in and they took me right away. Vivienne was my tech and she was amazing! Super nice and careful and my nails came out beautifully! Prices are very good too, comparable to other salons. Oh, and the salon is SUPER clean and well maintained, something very important for nails salons! I highly recommend! :)

I was looking for a natural nail salon. This place didnt come up when I googled. I passed it on the way to somewhere else. And....ta- da...a natural nail salon in Fishtown! The service was awesome! A week later my nails still look great. I will definitely be back. 💅🏽

This salon is my new go to! I made an appointment online for a full set dip powder with Jade and she is amazing! My nails are perfectly shaped and even all around, which is hard to achieve with dip. Even the top of the nail was perfectly shaped so when you look from the side its completely even. She was very careful not to over file my natural nail and took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. The salon itself was so relaxing and it smelled wonderful in there. It was truly a spa environment and everything is so clean and tidy. They even have individual kits to do your nails (a new buffer, cuticle clipper, nail file, everything) so you know those tools are only used on you then get discarded. I love how sanitary they are! Everybody at the salon was so friendly and I look forward to going again!

First time there and had a wonderful experience. Alex was extremely meticulous which was great because i’m very picky about my nails! I also heard that they have a convenient online scheduling portal for appointments which is awesome. Will be back!

It wasn’t so bad I think they could spend more time when they scrub your feet. Other than that I think it’s ok. Like that there is no chemical smells. Clean place organized staff are welcoming. Owner seems kind hearted and very respectful.

Great pedicure and attention to detail! Clean, comfortable setting and educated staff. They have a large and pretty collection of nail art options. I feel it was reasonably priced for the atmosphere and service. Def my new go to.

What a great experience. First, the place was beautiful, with thoughtful touches and great attention to detail. Unlike a lot of salons that make the waiting area nice and forget about the rest of it, the entire place was stylishly designed. It was sparkling clean, had a wide variety of options, did a great job, and couldn’t have been sweeter. I’ll definitely be back.

I saw Titi yesterday for a gel manicure. She did a great job. Shaped my nails perfectly and there were no bumps or bubbles in the polish job. It’s clean in here and relaxing and I can already tell that this place has the most talented nail technicians in Fishtown. They also offer a wider variety of nail services that other nail salons in Fishtown don’t offer.

My niece introduced me to TiTi a few months ago when she had the other shop. She is the best when it comes to nails. The place is very calm and soothing. It’s a great experience. The entire staff are polite and engaged in what they are doing. Won’t go anywhere else.

I’m writing this review mid pedicure. I honestly don’t even care how much my bill is. The pedicure alone is already better than I’ve ever experienced; factoring in cleanliness and thoroughness. Alex is so kind. He’s taking such careful time on my nails. The utensils are brand new, the foot pan is covered in plastic which he applied as I sat down, and he literally rubbed my toe nails with lemon 🥺 idk why all I know is now I want every place to rub my toes with lemon lol. Some places you walk into and can tell they’re high end, but not all meet up to their appearance . This place has the look and delivers. I finally found my spot 😭💜

Kiwi nails is the cleanest salon Ive ever been to. They use brand new single use tools for every customer. I would not go anywhere else!

Amazing salon! I rushed in 5 min before they closed with a broken natural nail with gel, and they fixed two of my nails, one with hard gel to make it longer, at a super affordable rate with great service. Even though I wasn’t getting a full manicure or pedicure, they helped me pick out colors and put cuticle oil on my nails.I also love how they use as many organic products as possible (but I imagine they just don’t exist with gel and nail polish, lol) and even use towels to dry your hands instead of paper towels. To be able to lower environmental impact while getting a great manicure at a comparable price to other salons in the neighborhood is unreal!Will definitely be back for a gel pedicure and manicure. Excited to try their SNS powders too!

I love this place! So glad I made the switch from Top Nails. They really take their time and every manicure I have ever gotten (dip powder, polygel, gel) is top notch quality and lasts longer than average. The only complaint I have is their extensive list of upcharges. Its wayyyy too easy for the services to add up, and I actually switched back to gel manicures because my dip manicures were somehow always adding up, sometimes to as much as $100!! It would catch me off guard every time too because they never explain what they are upcharging you for. The charge for long nails and soak offs is quite odd? Other than the upcharges, no complaints. Great environment, friendly staff, quality services.

It is a great space by the looks of it the staff is friendly and very nice. My problem is with the price and the quality of the acrylic set I got. They charged me $90 (gave me a 10% off for my first time so ended up with $81) for taking off my old set and putting on a new one. They charge $20 for gel polish and $20 for long nails way more than any other salon I’ve ever been to. I also posted a yelp review and attached pictures of how uneven my nails came out after spending 2 and a half hours in there. The owner replied and just confirmed that’s their usual prices and said they take a while to ensure it’s not rushed and good quality which is perfectly fine if I need to spend a lot of time in there to come out with beautiful nails but unfortunately that was not the case and i ended up going to work 40 minutes late with extremely uneven nails. It’s a shame because it’s really close to my work I wish they had better prices or I’d be there all the time. I left luxe because they were charging a lot but even luxe doesn’t charge that much and I always come out with great nails I’ve paid a maximum of $65 and that was with a beautiful design. I’m sure kiwi is great for other services though based on the other reviews I’ve seen ! But for acrylic nails I would recommend just going to luxe about 10 blocks down Girard
