I came for a soak off and French tips. Instead of soaking my nails she tried to take them off with a card luckily I can take pain. She was very ruff. The French tips were nice but slightly crooked which I noticed once I got home. The next day my right pointer finger cracked. The next couple of days my nails literally broke every time I got out the shower I couldn’t lift anything or do anything without them breaking. Never going to them ever again, my worse experience.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. These people are very unprofessional and get smart with you if you don’t let them do what they think looks nice, or they get mad when you tell them their design work is sloppy. They have roaches crawling around, especially near the nail/feet dryers. The last time I went they tried to charge me $40 for a full set of short nails. I kindly declined. I had my nails done from this place a few times, when my regular shop was closed. I can tell you for $15-$20, you get what you pay for, and I’m okay with that. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but things are slowly getting back to normal, and it’s business as usual. To double the prices for cheap quality work is just ridiculous!! I will NEVER come back!!

The second I walked in, the man at station 3 / front desk, yelled at me. After he was done shouting where I should sit, I asked him who he was talking to. He throws his hands up and said “no you can go”. Then pointed to the door. I asked him if this is how he runs his business, he said yes. He was super rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend any BLACK WOMEN to go to this business. He judged me the second I walked in. The negative reviews were correct.

My experience with Triple One Nail Salon wasnt professional. The owner had a nasty disposition. I was simply talking to a friend about an experience I had and (he) the owner didnt like what I was saying and told me right out in front of the Salon that I wasnt getting my nails done there again.

Each time I went I got a different nail tech in each time I got a different result but guy is okay even though in two days my nails started to chip. The guy in charge who always has the blue shirt its kind of mean Im not really satisfied with their customer service to be honest but I guess theyre all like this thing get you in and out I rate a solid seven all around

I like getting my pedicure done and maybe a manicure and my eyebrows done there. Sometimes the wait can be a little while, they could use more staff. Very friendly.

I have really sensitive skin and nails. most of time at the other salon were horrible. one lady filled my skin on my all of fingers and it was hurting me for two weeks so i don’t go to nail salon that often. but Kim does great job as you can see. I recommend it.

Came in a 3:45 the lady rushed my nails the shape was bad the polish was trash my nails look like a 5 year old did and when i told her they were messy she said ok bye i will never go there again in life they need to close that place down

This is the absolute worst nail salon. Im not sure how theyre still in business. The owner is very rude, unprofessional, and the establishment is nasty. The ceiling tiles have a bunch of water spots. It needs to be updated and the owner needs to retire. They will rush, do a sloppy job, cut you and act like its a problem when you bring it to their attention. I would walk around with Fred Flintstone feet before EVER going to there.

Roaches everywhere. I broke my sandal trying to get one off of me. They are slow and they nickel and dime you. They told me gel was $5 extra but tried to charge me $10 for a gel polish that was holographic. Tried to call it chrome. Chrome needs to be rubbed on the nail and is an extra process. This was not chrome, it was gel POLISH! They ignored me when I said they needed an exterminator. This place is disgusting & needs to be shut ALL the way down!! Oh, and they need to be taught what chrome nails REALLY are!

The service is good, but they need more than 1 person that can do eyebrows. They need more people so there wont be such a long waiting period for service. And more choices of color selections.

Im extremely pleased with this nailery, especially since I had to locate a new one due to the loitering that took place which forced my nailery where I had been a customer for over 10 years to close.

Okay so I went here for a refill and they did it pretty good they even shaped my nails better than where I originally got them done at so I figured I’d go back and give them a full shot meaning get the full set and pedicure done. Before I say anything let me tell you that every last review is true, they do have a very bad roach problem, nobody greets you when you walk in and on top of that they do your nails the way they know how not how you want them. I always wear my nails long and when he put them on and I told him don’t cut them down just shape them he literally looked like he saw a ghost so I knew he couldn’t do them but when I asked did he know how to do long nails he told me “yes” and the whole time I had to stop him and tell him how I wanted my nails so I guess he was frustrated but fast forward to the part after I washed my hands I came back to the station (which was station #9) MY NAILS WERE HORRIBLE THE ACRYLIC WAS HIDEOUS and he tried to charge me $65 for the full set and I asked him why 65 in the middle of me asking the girl next to me also had long nails and the lady doing hers said $25 so I brung that to his attention and he got upset turned his light off (spoke to the lady in a different language) and asked me what do I think I should pay. I paid $20 for my feet and $20 for my nails I shouldn’t have gave him anything for the nails but I did. Don’t go here period it’s not worth it and they try to scheme you out of money and you’ll be leaving 4hrs after you arrive

The worst nail service ever. I have natural nails with gel polish. My nails are naturally long and strong. I just wanted a gel polish change. The lady filed my polish off. I am used to it being soaked off. So I asked the lady would it damage my nails and she said no. Then I swear she buffed each finger nail for 2mins each. Just to much filing. When she was done my nails were then and raggedy. I can believe she was about to paint my nail in that condition. So I started filing my nails myself and pointed out to her how bad they were. She finish painting and i was completely unsatisfied. They are thinned out. One broke already and another on is about to break. They are so thin that they bend like they are soft. Im going to have to cut them down and start all over again. I am pissed! Dont go there if you have natural nails. They dont know what they are doing.

The people are not nice and do not know about simple manicures. I got a manicure completed here 2 weeks ago & when I left my nails were in worse condition then when I entered. Any time instructions for employees are placed on the wall in a language that the majority of customers cannot read or cannot ask a friend to translate.... I am immediately concerned. This is the first nail salon that Ive ever been to where I am happy not to offer a tip. The staff is not friendly when you walk in either.I came in to get my upper lip waxed since my regular spot closed early on Saturday. They take the wax all the way out to the middle of your cheek. They do not bother to cool the wax and they will re-wax the same area instead of plucking out the hair that they missed. Then when you ask them to tweeze those hairs, they just move the tweezers over your lip without plucking anything.Avoid at all costs. If you come here in desperation, youll be mad that you didnt wait for your normal nail salon to open. Seriously, these people do not care about their customers, the community that they service or the quality of services that they provide. Please avoid.

I don’t even know where to start. First I was waiting for an hour because they had only 2 old men working on a Saturday who couldn’t handle the demand. I was willing to give them a chance, but them I notice a roach crawling on the couch and I noticed they were everywhere! The windows, the counters, the chairs and of course the floors! Just pay attention to the reviews they have horrible service in their place of business looks like a hole in the wall. After accidentally stepping in the place mistaking it for some other place on Google I decided to give it a chance just because I didnt feel like walking the extra distance. I went for a manicure and a pedicure. First off their color selection and their nail polishes are old. Looking at the bottles you can tell that theyve been sitting there for years on in. When I sat in the massage chair it did not work. I am pretty technology savvy so I attempted to fix it myself but I couldnt. I called for help instead of someone coming over to help me the man decided to yell across the room to give me directions mind you there is a whole language barrier. After no one came over for about 2 minutes I got up and left and proceeded to walk to the place I didnt want to. Im not sure why theyre still open.

Nails started loosening the 2nd day when I came back to get them redone and tell the “OWNER” my problem he told me oh I’ll put glue on it excuse me? No you won’t you need to fix them! oh well 6 dollars. I️ was not paying for something they messed up so I️ walked out oh and yes there are roaches. My experience at this establishment was absolutely HORRIBLE. The owner (Im assuming thats who he was) did my nails, (which are just okay); he was extremely rude to myself and to his workers. I had gel polish already on my nails which opted him into using the electric file which hurt my fingers really bad to the point they turned red. Secondly, I received a polish change at the same time - this worker did an okay job but did not cover here hands with gloves and proceeded to use her nails to try to pick something off of my foot. On top of all of this, they didnt let me pick the color I wanted and there were roaches on and around the table that they were trying to do my nails at. Please read this and take your services and money elsewhere! This place needs to be shut down. I shouldve read the reviews

Dont go. Didnt use clear top coat initially. When I asked her to go back and do it, she didnt start at the end so there are clear bubbles on top of each of my toes. My gel nails have air bubbles under them and 1 of them has completely peeled in 24 hours. Ive done NOTHING all day to make them lift. Dont go.

I came here with my son to get my nails done. An older man asked what I wanted done in a very rude voice. He preceded to be more disrespectful in front of my child! I told him I was leaving and he insisted on being more disrespectful. I will never come here ever again customer service is horrible I wish I could give the store no stars!!!!

I made the mistake of not reading reviews and went to get my nails done out of convenience. The manager overcharged me by $5 and the man working on my nails had a terrible cold and wiped his nose on his sleeve then continued to do my nails! The service was unpleasant and I honestly only tipped our of obligation because I have no idea what the workers get paid here.

I use to go here alot but I found I need something fixed or my nails are a problem before I leave. May 26 I went to get a simple gel manicure and pedicure along with eyebrow wax. I was in the foot spa @ 610 pm I picked out a color for my toes that would match my gel polish I wanted. It didnt look like they would match. The lady started my pedicure I was ok with initial results. She then proceeded to paint 3 coats of color 1 coat of shine. It was a different lady who did my nails. She wasnt friendly she kept stopping and starting tending to other customers in the midst of my time. She put six coats of gel polish on my nails. I wear glasses however during my time there I didnt have them on.I asked for my hands to be fixed before I left. I came back after 20 minsfor them to clean up my toes. When I spoke to the guy he was rude and tried to dismiss me. I wont be patronize that establishment never.

This place is crap. I went in to get gel removed from my hands and feet, plus a mani and peri. The woman does my pedi with my old polish still on. Odd. Then she sends me over to a man who uses an electric file (I guess) to remove the gel polish. I told him it hurt and asks if he could use foil instead. He brings me a bowl of acetone to soak my fingernails in while he starts filing my toes! The toes didnt hurt as much so I went with it. After a few mins, I notice my fingers turning white from the acetone, so I took them out. Then he FILES the rest of the polish off of my nails. Now Im truly annoyed. I get my nails painted with a regular polish and it looks like crap when hes done. Lets not even mention the roaches on the wall. I will never go here again!
