Friendly place and decent hair cuts for the price. They also do nails, I cannot rate it I never got my nails done, but I got my hair cut and they are not bad at all. Good service, I recommend this place.

Ive been going here since I was a little boy, they were always gentle, and I was always satisfied. I go specifically for mens haircuts, and I have never been let down even as my own preferences and styles changed. Many people come for a specific barber or stylist, but having had everyone over the years, they are all very talented. They are exceptional with walk-ins, and even though they only charge me $10 (it used to be $6 but COVID is a burden on everyone) I always choose to pay a little extra (even before).

They give you the best hair cut and the best experience. There prices are fair and the quality is good. My son always looks so handsome when he gets a hair cut from it. They always cut right if you tell them only an Inch they cut an Inch. If you want a fade they give you a fade. By far the best salon I know. They are organized and the staff is good. Maria is amazing at everything she does and she does it all! Nails, waxing and hair cuts. Prices are extremely reasonable and customer service is always number 1 priority. All the men at the salon are always just as nice and do amazing haircuts too.

Tony doesnt work there anymore. He opened up his own shop down the street. TP Top Salon 7934 Bustleton Ave. The place is much cleaner and nicer. You can do walk-ins or call 24 hrs ahead to make an appointment. No waiting like we use to at Empire.If you call or go to Empire theyll still say Tony works at Empire or is on vacation and will be back!

Very nice place to have your hair cut.

This was my regular barber, but they can get crowded and the wait can go for hours. The barbers really take their time. The job they do is based on the hair you have and the type of cut you need. My hair is very thin, and I always tell them to leave it long, but after getting it wrong more than a dozen times I dont go there anymore. Tony is very good. He actually listens to what you want. Some of the other guys seem like they are not sure what theyre doing and doesnt listen well. A good barber should be able to suggest styles to customers, but now a days every barber expects their customers to be hair experts.

I would give this place no stars if I could they suck I had to go back twice yesterday and once today just to fix my hair and it still looks horrible I definitely do not recommend this place if you need a cheap haircut thats really good go to sons haircut on Frankford and Dyer youll thank me later
