Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it Im sure!I came in this evening and had the pleasure of meeting Eric and a few of the ladies at front desk. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and having an overall feel good energy in the place. They are doing a wonderful job!
Beautiful and convenient when flying through Philly. Keep calling for better pricing. Rooms were $549 and we paid $160.
Positive: If youre looking for something close to the airport, you cant get closer than this hotel. The folks working check-in also were very nice as was the staff at the restaurant. Negative: A 4-star hotel doesnt offer USB ports? When I needed to buy a charger head from the gift shop the woman working there was not only unsympathetic to the $35 charge, she gloated how the hotel had me because we were on an island being so far from town.
Positive: Nice staff, lovely people, they aimed to help and were pleasant and hardworking. Comfy bed too! Negative: Not COVID ready, hand sanitizer empty in every location, inadequate cleaning in common spaces and rooms. Room was dated with rust in bath. Extremely limited menu and Starbucks in the gift shop sold coffee only - no breakfast to go - at an airport hotelÂ
Good clean room. Gave me $40 off for military so that was awesome. I was stranded in Philadelphia with my 10 month old for a night and I was grateful they had a room available. We didnt even have to walk outside which let me stay feeling safe. Basic hygiene stuff, drinks, clothes, and trinkets available at their little store.Recommend you get the coffee from the little store and not the restaurant. More options and it tasted better IMO. Breakfast at the restaurant was okay for a hotel. The woman who served us was absolutely amazing! She got my son to smile and gave him some apple juice ❤. This travel-stressed momma is very thankful for her hospitality.

Mostly helpful staff but i didnt see any times listed for customer service for any airlines. Customer phone voicemail systems that tell you to wait but are never answered. We were directed to unstaffed desks. Bathrooms maintained and environment generally comfortable. More like a big bus stop than a high quality terminal.
I really enjoyed myself at this hotel the restaurant was packed and the bartender by the name of Ruth she made some of the strongest drinks and the food that they offered in the hotel restaurant was amazing. You mean so many people from all walks of life and can stir up great conversations. I loved the fact that they placed us on the 7th floor and you get a great view no matter where youre placed in the hotel for the most part but where I was at was amazing I loved the high your section of the building. One thing I did not like though was that you can tell that the room may have been unoccupied for some time because there was a lot of dust everywhere. We had plenty of towels and the room and the closet was huge .
Raphael is a great helper. Wonderful place quite clear clean and comfortable. Front desk was amazing served by a queen 👸 diva ♥ so pleasant
Completely disappointed in our recent stay at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott! My husband and I both travel frequently for work and pleasure, both high status at Marriott. To sum up our experience, the staff at the front desk was not very friendly and even not helpful (were you able to give us an upgrade or not? Just tell us instead of making us think we have one); our room had no soap at all (we were later given body wash when we called, despite every other property in the area we stayed at in the last month having bar soap); and when we called customer service to get our bill (after never receiving one), we found out we were charged for parking when we never parked a car there! I have called customer service 3 times now, asking for a GM to call me about the experience. Customer service tells me the property has told them that they contacted me with an apology, but no one has ever called or emailed me as of the date of this review (its been almost a month since our stay). Sadly, we will never stay at this property again based at the horrible customer service alone, from top to bottom. Obviously this property is poorly managed.
Marriott hotel connected to the American terminal at the Philadelphia airport. Super convenient for an early flight out! Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel itself is a little dated but has all the amenities you expect from a Marriott. Great views of downtown Philly and the airport but the main attraction is a 2 minute walk to security!
Great access to airport. Remarkably quiet. Makes the night before an early flight easier.
I DONT KNOW WHO IS WORKING THE FRONT DESK ON 09/17 AT 1700 BUT WOWWOWOWOW. BEST SERVICE. WALKED IN WITHIN 15 MIN WE WERE IN THE ROOM. 10/10 WILL BOOK AGAIN.
The only downside for me anyway......no Coca Cola products! Restaurant and bar were great. Coffee in the gift shop was very good! Always a good nights sleep.
This hotel is the best place to stay before a trip. Youre assured you wont be late to the airport and youll always get the maximum amount of sleep. Plus, if your flight is delayed, you have a place to go back to bed to.
Friendly environment, good places to eat and buy duty free little things. Of course they are following all biosecurity measures, which in these times is appreciated. The airlines and immigration staffing are polite and helpful, facilitating the processes both on arrival and departure from this airport. Pleasantly impressed with this place. 👍🏻❤️
Walking distance to terminals and own parking next door were most convenient. The room had a nice view onto the runway. Reception was ok, could be more personable and engaged. It was an easy drive to downtown Philadelphia so we were able to do some sightseeing in Independence Hall, Society Hill and dinner in Fishtown. A good stay.
Perfect location where you can walk to the airport.
Nice looking room that came with sanitizing wipes. The staff is as polite and the people around were friendly. The food was pretty gross (DONT GET THE STIR FRY!!). You have to pay $13 for one day of wifi which is pretty crazy
Place was clean and comfortable and very convenient. Located right on the airport. Was on the 9th floor and it was quiet. My only complaint is it was cold in the hallways and in the room and also no coffee available until the shop opens at 6:00 a.m. so if you have an earlier flight youre out of luck. Yes there are coffee makers in the rooms but who knows what the last person was doing with that.
The price shown through their website was not the price I paid. When I came to the front desk there were more fees I had to pay that did not state on their website. The parking garage is a joke. It explains the time you spend in the garage vs the amount you pay. That was a lie, no matter the time you begin parking, you will still have to pay the complete price as though you spent a while day there. This was not worth it! Definitely not coming back
Positive: Location to the PHL airport. Negative: The restaurant and bar closed early. We were initially told that they did not accept airline food vouchers.
Rooms are cozy and clean, not too many helping hands but a good place to be after a long flight.
A decent Marriott property. My room had the large bottles of shampoo conditioner etc but they were empty.Called to the desk to have them bring it up and they only brought one.The evening CSR was great at front desk.Today’s afternoon lady really wasn’t.It takes a LONG time to get food ordered at the Marriott restaurant.
A good place to go, the rooms are nice and cozy but very little helping hands but a nice place to be after a long flight.
Bad food no taste. (I am C tested and vaccinated ;-)Cold food.Waiter without mask.Bad seating.Unfriendly.Room nice and clean, TV top.No wifi included; 13 bucks!180 bucks for the room.Take Hilton.
Clearly a convenient hotel. Watch the parking.. wasnt told we had to pay for parking and yet its more then regular parking.
Positive: The front desk allowed me to stay till 3pm since Spirit Airlines cancelled my flight and offered no room or flight to get back home. This Marriott was so awesome to me. Negative: No
Great place to stay. Thank you Byron and the front desk. So helpful and kind. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean and bright. Connected to the parking garage and terminal via skywalks. Easy to follow signage and great views.
Very awesome staff. Took excellent care of me. Drink machine on my floor was not functioning. When I told the desk they brought up soft drinks for me at no charge.
Always clean, excellent service, good restaurant food. Front desk is always efficient and informative. Special shout-out to Michael at check-in, he went above and beyond to get us comfortable after our flight was cancelled to the next day. Made us feel at home.
The walk is long if you past the turn. But was a lovely hotel
Positive: So close to the airport, we could walk with no problem Negative: No
I was not impressed with the front desk gentleman that tried to overcharge me for a room. The published rate was 70 dollars cheaper. I showed him the rate on the Marriott app, he made a poor excuse but honored the published price . It seemed the Airport Marriott preys on folks that get stuck at the airport overnight. Shame on you, we should not have to double check pricing/honesty. Oh! Its an old Marriott, it needs a refresh.
I got kinda lost but then a gentleman helped me out that was nice, u dont get that much anymore...
Positive: At the airport, for an early morning flight. Hotel employee at the front desk was extremely helpful. Negative: I was on crutches and had to hobble with luggage two terminals over.
This Airport Proved To Be Conveniently Located Near The Marriott Hotel and The Parking Garage In Which One Can Park Long Term If Necessay! OMG! I Love This Arrangement! #Genius #GarageHotelAirport
Nice hotel overall. Decent restaurant. Bed was just ok
I’ve stayed here for extended lengths of time for work and the family environment set by the front desk and others make the hotel feel like my home away from home. In particular, although I’m still learning names, Michael and Byron from the front desk are fantastic ambassadors of hospitality. Leslie in the shop makes a perfect cup of coffee and knows exactly what I need to get my day started. I love staying here and wish I could name more of the folks that have been part of the joy I experience when in Philadelphia. Keep it up guys!!!
The rooms are fine but I found the people at the front desk quite rude. I dont expect to be buttered up but a simple hello goes a long way.
Hotel staff great customer service and rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Aviation Grill needs more servers and better healthy menu
Booked, and front desk people couldnt tell us to just walk out the door and the shuttle to the next Marriot was right there. Thanks guys.
Rooms are neat and clean menu is limited bar closed at 10:00. Food was average its okay if you have to stay there definitely not a destination
Was Beautiful, staff was exceptional! Room was spectacular.
First time staying this close to an airport and let me tell you, it made the 6am flight that much easier! Drove two hours last night and only had a few hours of sleep, so jumping out of bed and walking into the airport 5 minutes later was great! The beds made for a comfy, easy sleep. The room was very clean, a little dated, but I felt confident that it was sanitized & cleaned properly. Front desk even gave me a courtesy wake up call! Oh and I almost forgot, the room facing the runway was beautiful to see with the sun rising!
Great hotel. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Everything you expect, plus you literally walk downstairs and it brings you to the TSA checkpoint for the Airport! In house restaurant was horrible! Awful food, slow service, minimal menu choices. Eat somewhere else!!
Expected more from Marriott. Room had dirty toilet seat and no shampoo- soap in the shower. However the bed was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient for our early morning flight out of Philly.
I paid for an upper floor for the peace and quiet, did not get that. What I got was a freezing cold room on a low noisy floor, thin blanket, no tissue, light out in the shower and a sink that did not drain. I am a Marriott member, did not get my free water and had no healthy choices for breakfast. I received a greasy yogurt parfait with fake fruit. They didnt charge me after I complained. No thanks!
Great to meet friends for drinks and hang out
The worse Customer service I ever have my entire life.Customer service at American airlines was trash. I even feel like I deserve a reimbursement for my ticket. It just doesnt make any sense.
Positive: I liked that the hotel was in walking distance of the airport. Negative: The room was small but clean. I did not like that there were so few options for dinner. They did not have any gluten-free options. I feel like a hotel of this size that is more costly should offer a complementary coffee. And a breakfast
My children and I recently stayed here after missing our plane to San Antonio. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the Manager on Duty (MOD) the lovely and professional Ms. Morae; she made us feel so welcomed and valued as Marriott members(she treated us very respectfully.) The Check-in process was seamless. We got into the room and one of the lights was not working; I spoked with Ms. Morea who glady assisted us in having a engineer come up and check the room. The engineer came to our room immediately, and was able quickly resolve the issue. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet, just the right size for out family. In addition, you could not hear any noise from the planes landed and taking off. I would CERTAINLY RECOMMEND anyone to stay here. There is a shuttle to take you back and forth from the hotel to the airport. The hotel is nice and I would definitely stay her again. 😊🙋🏾♀️
Great place to stay for early flights out of Philly!
Positive: Location. Friends, helpful staff, cleanliness of the room. Excellent. Negative: Nothing.
A Great Stay with the Airport Only Yards Away
Perfect stay if you have a flight early in the morning. 5 min walk to the terminal B. Parked my car at Colonial parking, shuttle stops at the hotel. Food ordered to the room, very good quality, huge portions, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Just ok. No fig or microwave. Plan Jane. But good side next to airport
Positive: I am an elite platinum member of Marriott. There was no lounge for us and no alternative. Bad! Staff was nice but not able to help. Room was dirty. Gross dirty.
Our hotel room was nice. Minus the black mold on the pillows, that we noticed in the morning after we slept on them. The front desk staff was less then desirable. Our flight was canceled July 4th due to hurricane Elsa and we were stuck in Philly for the day. When asked where to go eat and what to go do they were irritated by us asking. Then one of the things we wanted was a cheesesteak (very cliche but nonetheless) and the guy sent us to Maxs on Germantown road. A very dangerous part of the city that we had no business as tourists being in. Not cool! Very disappointed that we would be put in that kind of situation/enviroment. Risking our safety. We had no clue. We arent from Philly and never have been here, so we trusted his word. Just do your research before you venture out.
I was quite disappointed when I discovered the shuttle was not operational as I chose this hotel because of location and shuttle. I walked the distance with my baggage and was quite put off. However, the hotel manager Michael was so empathetic. I asked for a drink coupon and he gave me dinner. He was just amazing to speak with and will try his hardest to make your stay fabulous.I will definitely stay here again. The entire team is as sweet as pie!!Ok
Extremely easy check in. Super nice workers.
The rooms are pretty dated, the elevators are as well. long time Marriott member and im relocating so im back and forth a lot. my recent stay was ok until my tv starts to reset every 10 minutes, unable to use my HDMI to hook up tv to my phone because the internet tv options dont work. i went to ask for my stay to be extended and I had to pay almost twice the amount after being here for almost a week. not accommodating at all the Marriott perks are based on preference on who will let you use them. all hotel front desk will not honor your status with Marriott.
Restaurant service slow and food just ok. But they are recovering from a Covid shutdown. Had an awesome server.
Loved our stay here. Quiet and comfortable.
Positive: Location and classic Marriott property. No surprises. Everything worked. Room service was TERRIFIC. Use QR code posted in room to review menu, then called dining to order. In less than half an hour I had the food which arrived in a bag, but fresh. Negative: All was very good.
The bathroom tub was not working correctly and would only spray water all around when i tried to shower. Vending machine was brokenOther than that the rooms were presented well and had a nice atmosphere.
Staff very friendly accommodations meh.1 very thin bath towel, shower dissent work proper expected more for 200$ for 1 nightOh well.
Clean rooms. But no shampoo or shower gel in containers. Check before going in
Its the Marriott hotel I have no complaints
Overall, it was a good place to stay, because we had flights out the next day. However, some of the staff was downright nasty. The woman who was running the gift shop, where they have a Starbucks, told me I could not stir my coffee in the shop, because of Covid. When I asked what stirring coffee could possibly have to do with Covid, she became belligerent and told me to leave, because of Covid. Now Im no Infectious Disease expert, but Im fairly certain it is impossible to spread or catch Covid from stirring coffee. My mask was on, this was completely uncalled for. They really should have someone in that position who is friendly. Her actions completely colored my view of the hotel. Not sure I would stay there again
Very disappointed with the room. The TV rarely functions properly, you have to pay for guest wifi, everything is overpriced, and theres terrible signal.
Convenient location but rooms were not very clean
Comfortable room but threadbare sets with a torn edge that aren’t large enough for the bed. Why can’t Marriott get this right?
Nice, quiet and clean. Comfy beds too
Early May had a flight to Philly. After not having availability at a Hilton, I called this hotel and they said they had room. They then tried to transfer me to booking and hung up after 10+ minutes of being on hold. Got my Uber ride over and saw 4 people behind the desk, but only one accepting customer service. Definitely not a people person, so Im curious why he was working a customer service position. Apparently wasnt able to make a reservation for the night at the current time. That seemed odd. Told me it would be quicker if I booked online. So I chose to with early check in and late check out. Handed over my phone with reservation number that I placed on my phone. At this point I lost track of sighs coming from him. I was just trying to confirm it was in the system and he told in a very strict tone that I could not get into my room until after 3. Even with early check in. My app told me my room was ready before 11. I skipped the desk all together and went to the room with a digital key. Didnt feel like dealing with him if he was still there, and the only one.Only downside to the room was the smoke detector was not secure to the wall. Other than that, the room was very clean and accommodated for my stay. So no issues there. The hotel restaurant was decent. Pricing was as expected and a slight variety of food and drinks.Hotel store was a fantastic experience. No huge markup on souvenirs and guest accomodations. The attendant was a doll. She was fantastic with her customer service accreditation. Had a slight issue with a magnet I was trying to purchase, but was the same price as my water. So she explained and pointed out on the reciept that she just double charged the water since the barcode was not working with scanning nor entering in manually. She was the reason I ranked my stars higher on this review. She is an asset to that hotel and hope her work doesnt go unnoticed. Not sure if I would stay in the hotel again with said bad customer service rep is still in employment. However the stay was enjoyable besides that. Maybe Ill fly in during the night vs morning next time.
Positive: Location with the airport Negative: Could have a better snack area. With soda/water machines attached. With a one night layover on a Sunday night everything is closed by 9 pm.. just an observation
Conveniently located across from gate B. No need to take a shuttle. Beds could be better.
Room was great, front desk staff was great, very convenient for airport travel.. the hotel itself is very nice. The restaurant inside the hotel is a disaster. It’s over priced. Way over priced.. and my food was dry, clearly microwaved because there were spots of hot and spots of cold. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with chicken and fries. The fries were old, cold, and dry. The chicken in the sandwich was somewhat so hot in some spots and cold in the others. The chicken was also extremely dry, no taste, cheese was barely melted on top on the sandwich. If you’re charging $18 for a sandwich and fries, put some more effort into it. I mean I gave them my business because it was easy and close. I could’ve spent less uberring somewhere and had way better food. The service was horrible. The gentleman clearly had way too many tables and moved slow. It wasn’t really his fault. Why give a slow moving server 9 tables to himself? I wanted to complain about my food and send it back, but he was so busy, I couldn’t even get his attention so I got annoyed and was hungry and just ate the bad food. I had 2 overpriced drinks and my food. Paid $60 for this meal and I feel robbed. I have spent way more on dinners in the past, and I have no problem spending money on food or drinks when the quality of service and food is worth the money. My advice to anyone who stays here.. stay..but go to a different restaurant. This place robs you and feeds you dog food.
Customer service was great! Justin was very helpful with getting us a room. He even suggested a great spot to grab a Philly cheesesteak. You can’t go to Philly and not grab a cheesesteak. Thank you Justin for your all of your help!
Very warm greeting at the front desk staff is friendly upbeat and helpful. I was assigned a room on the 12th floor explain to associate checking me in that I prefer to be on lower floor and he made it happen. The room is clean spacious. Later on I had some famous Philadelphia cheesecake at the aviation Bar and Grill. Service was great cheesecake was great slept very well bed extremely comfortable
Economy lot still closed so parking was expensive. Airport is large with lots of dining options and easy to navigate.
Positive: Excellent proximity to the airport, overall a clean hotel. Negative: Not really sure if they are doing anything to respond to COVID? Would have liked some reassurance in the room as I have experienced at other hotels.
Really clean Marriott!! Staff very courteous and helpful. Really convenient if you have an early flight.
Positive: Location Negative: Passive aggressive guy at the front desk. My room was paid for online and without even hearing me out or verbally responding he points to the sign for the $50 deposit. Which I was aware of. Instead I walked away with 2-185.66 charges & Im not going back
The hotel itself is very good and the location is superb when taking a connection, no better place in that sense but there is no place to eat at all and that becomes a biiiiiig problem. They closed their restaurant. You just have room service. It is good, I used it twice but the menu is very short though.
The place is good, but dining options are limited and there isnt much to do around the area. The biggest perk is that its directly connected to the airport.
It was beautiful and the food was great.
I had an out of the norm situation come to me and all the employees at this hotel, were very accommodating and understanding. If they had not stepped up in this situation it could have been very different for me and more stressful. Great place to stay.
Excellent communication prior to arriving in these challenging travel times. Some things are not available, but they are doing a great job of cleaning and making it work. This is, without a doubt, the quietest airport hotel Ive stayed at. Whatever soundproofing they planned truly gets the job done. Kudos and Thanks, as I slept very well.Super-easy access to Terminal B. Highly recommend.
Positive: convenience to my customer and it has an excellent fitness center
Common areas are dirty and room was filthy. Dust build up everywhere in the room, thermostat was smudged with the previous guests grease.
Positive: It was as I expected! Negative: There was no one (concierge) available to ask questions of; the front desk was too busy.
Staff was amazing and friendly! Thank you all for your help. You are outstanding. Most definitely made my stay there a whole lot better.
Nice gym and food was not bad either
Positive: The staff was nice and friendly. The room had a large TV with Netflix so that was nice.
Wonderful staff. First visit. Arrived early. They were very accommodating and rushed to find me an open room anyway. Then they provided me with flawless advice on where to eat and how to make the most of my only day in town. Room was perfect and price was very good
