It was great with one exception I needed a cart and one guy was holding one waiting for his clothes to stop washing they just started mine was finished

The cleanliness of establishment demonstrates they care about customers. I am a clean person and Ive seen some neighborhood laundromats that need to be shut down. This is a good one

The parking lot and carts make for an easy load in and the fact that it’s open late is also very convenient. However, there are other laundromat I prefer for a couple reason. One is that the hot water lines seem to not be hooked up - so you’re always getting a cold wash (I’ve checked this both by touching the water running through the soap trays and also the temperature of the laundry / way it comes out. ) second issue is that there’s a bunch of TVs and they’re all really LOUD. Because they’re all on a different channel it can be a really overwhelming cacophony - bring headphones, but even then, it’s hard to block out so you’re kinda just adding to it. Third is that the tiny folding tables here suuuuuck. They’re 3’ x 1.5’ and a shelf above so that 1’ when you’re folding effectively becomes 10”. You basically have to fold sheets and large items with no surface.... if it’s late and this is the only place open, you deal with these downsides but if you can go to another spot — do it !

Great place 2 wash clothes. Dont go on Sunday, they are super crowded.

I love this Laundrynat. Its very clean & nice & very big inside. The lady attendent is very nice to me & if I need help with my laundry card putting money on it she will help me. I only go to this Laundrynat when I really have to or feel like going here because I feel comfortable here.

After using this place for years I no longer like it. The machines break very often. They only use cold water to wash. It seems they have gotten popular so now there is a wait for washers and dryers. And even after I complained about having to wait due to machines being left for hours with clothes in them they say they are no longer allowed to remove the clothes so the washers and dryers can be used.

They dont have any Air Condition with all the money they take from customers it is very bad that a day like today while washing clothes my own the ones I was wearing was soak due to the heat in this place.. treat human like human not like animals even animals deserve some cool place to be.

It was a inconvenients to have so many large washers down... They could keep the maintenance up on their equipment!

Ive been going there for awhile and they always keep the place clean, they are respectable and they are quick to work with you. A lady today only wanted to get her dress dried and they dried it for free. I left my jeans there (by accident of course) and they were still there hours later once I remembered. The best laundry mat Ive ever been too. No drama, no fighting, and clean!!!

Clean, machines work well and fast. But its a popular place so its almost always crowded. Go late at night around 10 pm or really early, as soon as they open or youll be there for a while with a lot of people. Also to dru your clothes fast, they have these super large dryers all the way in the back that can dry about 4 or 5 loads of clothes at one time in about 45 minutes. They are awesome.

Everytime I wash there either the washer breaks down Im using or the dryer breaks down. The attendant doesnt like to refund your money when the washer breaks down but acts like its your fault.

Best laundromat in Philly! I always use the huge washers to wash everything. My clothes always come out really clean. They take care of their washers and dryers and do maintenance checks around the clock on the equipment. If you wash there the dry is always free and the dryers are always hot but wont burn your clothes.

I highly recommend this laundromat, the place is cleap so r the washers and dryers, and they dry real good. The person who is there to greet u when u enter, gives u a smile and when u leave u r thanked for coming with a smile as well. Go and enjoy the atmosphere in that happy place while u get ur wash done.

Nice place to do your laundry with lots if space..

Best in the hood. The $3.45 washer is perfect for a queen sheet set and a weeks worth of clothes. The free dry always gets the job done. They use cards instead of coins and you can pay using debit or cash. They have free WiFi.

What a mess

I go here every other Sunday. Its usually a great experience. Today though was a wait. Think Im just gonna find another day to do my laundry. But its a good value for the prices.

This laundromat is the best in west Philadelphias parkside area. Free dry. Efficient washers and dryers. Multiple size washers and dryers. The prices are actually great prices. Anyone with a big family should definately try this laundromat . One washer is so big you can fit about three laundry bags of clothes and it is worth it. Washes the clothes clean. Same as the dryers. They are very out. All my clothes get dry and I never have to re-dry anything.

Great price and plenty of machines. If youre Asian and you go here, be prepared to be asked 20 times if you work here lol

Nice atmosphere.

They close at 1 there’s lots of washers and dryers however they only sell two different dryer sheets. When I tried to purchase the gain dryers sheets he said no when I asked why he just shook his head but other than that the place has parking and seems clean

Clean, friendly service. They carry laundry supplies (detergents, powders, canvas laundry bags, etc). Also plenty of places nearby to go for a quick bite to eat, gas, browsing, etc. (bp station, family dollar, great seafood spot, wine & spirits...all within a half mile radius).

This place used to be really nice. The old staff were actually helpful, had good customer service skills, and could always be seen keeping the place clean. The new staff is horrible!!!!! They are lazy and rude. Always sitting around watching TV and eating. They seem bothered when you ask a question, and they seem to go out of their way to be rude to customers. The facility is going downhill fast. The washers are always DIRTY somehow, and the dryers make the clothes smell weird. Someone needs to do some serious cleaning here. This place used to have Wifi but its always down, and they close up at 11pm instead of the posted 1am, like they did in the past!

Uugghhh!!! These establishments are ripping people off! There is no hot water in this place at all! The manager stated that the hot water tank is similar to the one for residential use, therefore the hot water will run out. So if I wanted to wash my white clothes in hot water.. your’re just gonna be SOL! Second! When there is a problem with the machines, the owner do no speak English and can’t help you( or gives you hell, when you ask to rectify the matter.) But! When it comes to taking your money, they speak full collegiate English. I can’t with these Korean, Chinese or whatever establishments in our neighborhoods. We need our own

Best place when you dont have one @ home

Very poor service. Whenever you need someone at the window they are never there. They dont speck good English so it takes forever to explain when you need something fixed. I put $20 dollars on my card, but didnt know you dont get the bonus $3 if you use a debit card. So I was short $0.10 for my last wash. When I went to add more with my card you have to do a minimum of $7, but I didnt need that much on the card. My overall experience today has just been a terrible one and wasted so much of my time.

Open late. Reasonably priced. Sometimes machines stop working in the middle of the cycle.

The best laundromat Ive been to in Philadelphia. Large TVs, seating areas, wifi and vending machines available. The staff makes frequent rounds cleaning the place and they are knowledgeable about thier machines. I will say thier liquid detergent always seems watered down so I always buy elsewhere. They also have drop off washing service.
