Quarter machine was broken. Left clothes in the wash went one block over for questers. Come back and its closed and locked. 45fucking minutes before they close!!!!!

Biggest thing plaguing this place is the lack of staff. I had a guy purposefully coughing in there during COVID. No staff was there to do anything about it. I had to call the cops. And then after that, i had to go through three dryers wasting my quarters because half of them dont get hot. Do yourself a favor and dont go here.

The only time I had an issue with any of the machines the owner emailed me back within two minutes and I was able to get a refund. As far as laundromat cleanliness, its average. Theres also an Amazon locker here so thats convenient.

The dryers kinda suck, but its usually not crowded and not too expensive

The dryers do not work. They do not get hot and shut off often because of air flow issues. When I emptied out some clothes, still no heat. I emailed & sent a txt to the address provided & didnt get a response.

Dryers don’t get warm at all and they shut off bc they are too full according to a handwritten note from the owner. Dryers don’t work this way unless they are broken. Don’t go here.

Very clean. Plenty of machines. Nobody hovering over you. What more could one want? Perfect.

Put my towels in there washer. Paid 5.00 for the hot wash. Closed the door. It locked everything inside and had an error screen. There is absolutely no one to contact here to try and get this fixed, except an email. I have been waiting 40 minutes for a response. I would not reccommend

Dryers dont work. Sometimes I get ripped of my quarters.

This place is insanely expensive and filthy. The machines are clearly never cleaned and so disgusting. Avoid coming here.

Over cost to use the washer machine look like no water really 😑😒 I need to find another laundromat

This place is the worst. Its probably a front for something. Lots of stuff out of order on a regular bases, its dirty, theres terrible hand written notices everywhere. Just the worst.

The most rinky-dink, bs operation. Still uses quarters, and they have no employees. Washers and dryers break all the time, and you have no recourse but to send an email.

Nobody runs this place. If you care about customer service dont use it. There is no recourse for lost money on nonworking machines.
